Abstract

El objetivo de la invención es proporcionar un aglutinante hidráulico a base de escorias de alto horno granuladas molidas, libres de cemento Portland, que permita obtener mejoras en el fraguado y endurecimiento. Con este fin, la invención se refiere a un aglutinante hidráulico que comprende (en % en peso seco); A. al menos 50 de al menos una escoria de alto horno molida y granulada; B. más de 5 de al menos un cemento de aluminato de calcio y/o de al menos un cemento de sulfoaluminato de calcio; C. más de 5 de al menos una fuente de iones de sulfato; D. entre 1 y 5 de Ca(OH)2 y/o de cemento portland; E. entre 0,01 y 1 de al menos un carbonato de metal alcalino, preferentemente Li2CO3; F. y al menos un reactivo alcalinizante que consiste en al menos un carbonato de metal alcalino y/o bicarbonato, diferente de E, (NaHCO3; Na2CO3; K2CO3; y mezclas de estos); sujeto a las siguientes condiciones: (i) la cantidad de C es suficiente para permitir que los iones de sulfato de C reaccionen con B y con A; (ii) la cantidad de F es suficiente para que su reacción con el componente D en presencia de agua lleve el pH de la formulación húmeda resultante a un valor no inferior a 12, para una relación de mezcla agua-mortero de entre 10 y 35 % en peso.
