Abstract
AGLUTINANTE HIDRÁULICO À BASE DE ESCÓRIA, COMPOSIÇÃO DE ARGAMASSA SECA COMPREENDENDO O MESMO E SISTEMA PARA ATIVAR UM AGLUTINANTE À BASE DE ESCÓRIA. O objetivo da invenção é fornecer um aglutinante hidráulico à base de escória de alto forno granulada moída, livre de cimento Portland, o que permite que melhorias na pega e endurecimento sejam obtidas. Para este fim, a invenção referese a um aglutinante hidráulico compreendendo (em % em peso seco); A. pelo menos 50 de pelo menos uma escória de alto forno moída e granulada; B. mais do que 5 de pelo menos um cimento de aluminato de cálcio e/ou de pelo menos um cimento de sulfoaluminato de cálcio; C. mais do que 5 de pelo menos uma fonte de íons de sulfato; D. entre 1 e 5 de Ca(OH)2 e/ou de cimento Portland; E. entre 0,01 e 1 de pelo menos um carbonato de metal alcalino, preferencialmente Li2CO3; F. e pelo menos um reagente alcalinizante consistindo em pelo menos um carbonato e/ou bicarbonato de metal alcalino, diferente de E, (NaHCO3; Na2CO3; K2CO3; e misturas destes); sujeito às seguintes condições: (i) a quantidade de C é suficiente para permitir que os íons de sulfato de C reajam com B e com A; (ii) a quantidade de F é suficiente para que sua reação com o componente D na presença de água traga o pH da formulação úmida resultante a um valor não menor do que 12, para uma taxa de mistura de água para argamassa de entre 10 e 35% em peso.
