Abstract
Un biosensor que incluye: una célula de flujo; y un dispositivo de detección con la celda de flujo acoplada a él, formando la celda de flujo y el dispositivo de detección un canal de flujo que está configurado para tener sustancias biológicas a químicas en él que generan emisiones de luz en respuesta a una luz de excitación, dispositivo de detección que incluye: una base de dispositivo que tiene un arreglo de sensor de sensores de luz y un arreglo de guía de guías de luz, teniendo las guías de luz regiones de entrada que están configuradas para recibir la luz de excitación y las emisiones de luz del canal de flujo, extendiéndose las guías de luz hacia la base del dispositivo desde las regiones de entrada hacia los sensores de luz correspondientes y teniendo un material de filtro que está configurado para filtrar la luz de excitación y permitir que las emisiones de luz se propaguen hacia los sensores de luz correspondientes, incluyendo la base del dispositivo un circuito del dispositivo acoplado eléctricamente a los sensores de luz y configurado para transmitir señales de datos en base a fotones detectados por los sensores de luz; y una capa protectora que se extiende entre el canal de flujo y la base del dispositivo, teniendo la capa protectora aperturas posicionadas en relación con las regiones de entrada de las guías de luz correspondientes de tal manera que las emisiones de luz se propaguen a través de aperturas hacia las regiones de entrada correspondientes, extendiéndose la capa protectora entre aperturas adyacentes y configurada para bloquear la luz de excitación y las emisiones de luz incidentes en la capa protectora entre las aberturas adyacentes.
