Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar soluciones de carotenoides en un aceite apropiado para comestible que comprende proporcionar una suspensión de carotenoide en el aceite, calentar continuamente y enfriar la solución de carotenoide caliente, mezclando dicha solución con una corriente más fría de aceite apropiado, en una bomba mezcladora.
