Porte-Mine. La présente invention a pour objet un porte-mine comprenant un corps tubulaire, une tige et une enveloppe.
Le,corps tubulaire sert de logement etde guide pour la mine.
La tige se meut dans le corps tubulaire suivant l'axe -de celui-ci et porte<B>à</B> son extré mité anièrieure une petitedouille fendue pour tenir l'extrémité interne de la mine. Elle sert <B>à</B> faire sortir et rentrer la mine par l'extré mité avant du corps tubulaire.
Enfin l'enveloppe est reliée<B>à</B> son extre- mité arrière de la tige, et son extrémité avant entoure Io #corps tubulaire, elle forme avec ce dernier une surface<B>à</B> peu près continue dont la longueur totale varie avec la péné tration de la tige dans le corps.
Deux formes d'exécution 4e l'objet de la présente invention sont représentées au des sin ci-annexé, donné<B>à</B> titre dexemple.
La fig. <B>1</B> est une coupe lengit.lt.dinale# de la première forme -d'exécution; La fig. 2 est une coupe longitudinale de la deuxième forme. <B>1</B> désigne un corps tubulaire renfermant la mine 2 qui peut<B>y</B> glisser librement. Sur l'extrémité arrière de la tige filetée est fixée une butée'6. <B>A</B> -cette extrémité est reliée l'ex- trèraité :arrière d'une enveloppe en forme de fourreau fendu<B>7</B> capable de glisser<B>à</B> frotte ment doux sur le corps<B>1;</B> la fente<B>15</B> du fourreau donne passage au bouton<B>10.</B>
Le porte-mine est<B>à</B> son maximum d'exten sion quand la mine est neuve; le fourreau<B>7</B> recouvre alors le corps<B>1</B> d'une petite quan tité.<B>A</B> mesure que la mine s'usera, il suffira de dévisser légèrement le bouchon<B>3</B> formant contre-écrou, et ensuite de tourner<B>là</B> tige 4, de façon<B>à</B> la visserdans le bouchon<B>3,</B> et dans la partie filetée<B>Il</B> du corps, pour faire avan- cer la mine<B>à</B> volonté et compenser son usure. Le fourreau<B>7</B> suivra, la tige 4 de sorte que l'ensemble du porte-mine se raccourcira pro- ,(,rressivement. En produisant le mouvement inverse on obligera au -contraire la mine de rentrer dans le corps.
Le fourreau est maintenu sur l'extrémité de la tige contre la butée<B>6</B> an moyen d'un écrou<B>13</B> et -d'un contre-écrou 14.
La tige 4 est prolongée au dela du four reau<B>7</B> et recourbée en forme d'un crochet<B>8.</B> Ce crochet permet,de suspendre le porte-mine au bord de la poche, ou<B>à</B> un anneau etc.; en outre, il empêche le porte-mine de rouler et évite ainsi des chutes fréquentes; enfin il à- eilite la man#uvre de la tige 4.
Dans la seconde forme -d'exécution (fi-. 2) l'enveloppe est constituée par une série d'éléments télescopiques 7a,<B>7b,</B> 7c <B>...</B> 7f, de forme légèrement conique ou cylindrique, dont le premier est fixé sur la butée<B>6</B> et le dernier sur le bouchon<B>3,</B> de sorte que l'en semble de ces éléments se raccourcit<B>à</B> me sure que la tige 4 est vissée davantage. dans le bouchon<B>3</B> et dans le corps<B>1.</B>
Le mode de fixation -de la butée<B>6</B> sur la tige 4, et ce-lui -de l'enveloppe sur le eorps <B>1</B> ou sur son bouchon<B>3,</B> ce dernier étant faeul- tatif, pourront varier, bien qu'il soit préfé rable de fixer toutes ces parties -de manière facilement amovible,. par exemple par vissage.
