Dispositif pour tracer des arcs de cercle et des circonférences avec un instrument à écrire, notamment avec un crayon bille L'objet de la présente invention est un dispositif très simple, pour tracer des arcs de cercles et des circonférences avec un instrument à écrire, notam ment avec un crayon bille.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, trois formes d'exécution particulières du dispositif faisant l'objet de la présente invention.
Les fig. 1 à 3 sont des vues en plan desdites formes d'exécution.
La fig. 4 illustre l'emploi de la première forme d'exécution représentée en fig. 1.
La forme d'exécution de la fig. 1 comprend une réglette (3) en matière plastique transparente et mil limétrée avec 5 rangées de trous (2) distants de 5 millimètres entre chaque trou (2). Chaque rangée est décalée d'un millimètre par rapport à son trou d'épingle (1), ce qui permet d'obtenir ainsi avec pré cision des arcs de cercle (8) ou des circonférences au millimètre d'écartement.
La forme d'exécution de la fig. 2 comprend éga lement une réglette (3) en matière plastique quel conque millimétrée et ajourée d'une rainure (10) dans le sens de la longueur ; un curseur (5) y est encastré et peut coulisser d'un bout à l'autre. Au centre par rapport à la rainure (10), un frein à vis (6) permet sa fixation. Le centre de ce frein possède un trou (2) qui permet d'introduire la pointe du crayon ou stylo-bille pour faire pivoter la réglette (3) sur le pivot (4) aménagé dans le trou 1. (7) sera la position de la réglette au moment où le crayon bille décrit l'arc de cercle (8).
La forme d'exécution de la fig. 3 diffère de la deuxième par le fait que le trou d'épingle (1) est placé au centre du frein (6) qui sera ainsi le centre de pivotement de la réglette (3). On disposera aux deux extrémités de la réglette (3) d'un trou (2) de. grandeur appropriée au stylo-bille.
Comme représenté aux fig. 2 et 3, le curseur pré sente un trait (9) indicatif de la position exacte pour dessiner l'arc de cercle (8). En variante, les dispo sitifs représentés pourraient comprendre des rallon ges, comme les compas ordinaires, en vue de décrire également de grandes circonférences.
La fig. 4 représente du travail exécuté avec un crayon bille. Dans la première rangée de trous (2), une épingle pivot est piquée dans le trou (1) ; le crayon-bille (11) est alors introduit dans un des trous (2) pour dessiner des arcs de cercle (8). On pourra également tirer des rayons (12) à l'infini en plaçant la réglette contre le pivot (4) et s'en servir comme règle.

The embodiment of FIG. 1 comprises a strip (3) made of transparent and milled plastic material with 5 rows of holes (2) 5 millimeters apart between each hole (2). Each row is offset by one millimeter with respect to its pinhole (1), which thus makes it possible to obtain precise arcs of a circle (8) or circumferences to the millimeter of spacing.
The embodiment of FIG. 2 also comprises a strip (3) of plastic material which is millimeter-sized and perforated with a groove (10) lengthwise; a slider (5) is embedded therein and can slide from one end to the other. In the center with respect to the groove (10), a screw brake (6) allows its fixing. The center of this brake has a hole (2) which allows the tip of the pencil or ballpoint pen to be introduced to rotate the slide (3) on the pivot (4) made in hole 1. (7) will be the position of the rule when the ball pen describes the arc of a circle (8).
The embodiment of FIG. 3 differs from the second in that the pinhole (1) is placed in the center of the brake (6) which will thus be the pivoting center of the slide (3). There will be at both ends of the strip (3) a hole (2) of. size appropriate for ballpoint pen.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cursor presents a line (9) indicative of the exact position for drawing the arc of a circle (8). As a variant, the devices shown could comprise extensions, like ordinary compasses, with a view to also describing large circumferences.
Fig. 4 represents work done with a ball point pencil. In the first row of holes (2), a pivot pin is stuck in the hole (1); the ball-point pencil (11) is then introduced into one of the holes (2) to draw arcs of a circle (8). You can also draw spokes (12) to infinity by placing the strip against the pivot (4) and use it as a rule.
