Abstract

A writing or drawing instrument (1) comprising a removable cap (2) for receiving the writing or drawing nib end (3) of the instrument. The cap (2) is provided with a fastening clip (7) joined to the cap by a joining member (8) adjacent the open end (5) thereof while its free end (9) is located adjacent the closed end (6) of said cap. The joining member (8) of the fastening clip (7) is located in the half (L') of the length (L) of the instrument/cap assembly (1-2) which includes the inoperative end portion (4) thereof.

Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient et d'établir une relation entre l'instrument et son support.ll comporte en effet un capuchon,muni d'une agrafe de fixation dont la butée est disposée,par rapport au corps du capuchon, du côté de l'orifice du capuchon et dont l'extrémité ouverte est disposée,par rapport au corps du capuchon,du côté du fond du capuchon;le sens de pénétration de l'instrument dans l'orifice du capuchon est alors contraire au sens de pénétration du support dans l'agrafe du capuchon.Un mécanisme de fermeture par pression,vissage,ou autre,assure la fermeture de l'instrument dans son capuchon.Ce dispositif permet à l'usager d'extraire l'instrument d'écriture hors de son capuchon tout en laissant le capuchon fixé à son support.L'intégrité de l'ensemble composé par l'instrument et son capuchon est alors rompue.ll devient ainsi, après usage de l'instrument,nécéssaire de reconstituer l'intégrité de l'ensemble instrument-capuchon, donc de reboucher l'instrument avec son capuchon;pour ce faire l'usager referme l'instrument dans son capuchon,le remettant ainsi sur son support. The device according to the invention makes it possible to remedy this drawback and to establish a relationship between the instrument and its support.
