Entre l'extrémité du noyau 3 et l'écrou 5' est dis posé un organe 7 en matière plastique, du caoutchouc par exemple, susceptible d'être comprimé par le serrage de la vis 4' dans l'écrou 5'; ce qui a pour effet d'obliger l'or gane 7 à s'élargir et assurer la fixation de la poignée dans le guidon.
