On décrit une composition pour application topique, à visée hydratante pour la peau du diabétique, dans le but de favoriser une diminution de la perte d'hydratation et du vieillissement cutané, provenant du phénomène de glycation. Une telle composition peut prendre en poids: de 70.0 à 90.0% d'eau déminéralisée, de 6.0 à 10.0 % de mélange de caprilic/capric acid triglyceride, de 3.0 à 12.0 % de glycérine, de 2.0 à 5.0 % de squalane, ainsi que l'addition de 2 à 10 % dans la composition finale d'un mélange répondant à la composition suivante selon l'INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetics Ingredients): Aqua (and) Citrus Paradisi Fruit and Peel Extract (and) Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid (and) Sodium Hyaluronate (and) Alcohol (and) Maltodextrin D'autres actifs pourront complémenter la composition, tels qu'un parfum ne contenant pas d'allergène (au sens du Règlement Cosmétique n°1223/2009, liste des 26 substances allergènes les plus connues), des Oligo-éléments ou encore des Acides de fruits. La demande concerne aussi un tube-préci-dose, en PE blanc, qui permet de protéger la composition, mais également de favoriser une application optimale et précise, en quantité (g/cm2 de peau) du produit.
