Description
The present invention is in the field of cosmetic compositions for the skin and its method of preparation. The invention particularly relates to a cosmetic composition based on rose petals, in particular having a cleaning action, and its method of preparation. In known manner, there are many cosmetic compositions with a cleaning action for the skin. The skin is composed of an outer layer called "epidermis", an intermediate layer called "dermis" and an inner layer called "hypodermis". The epidermis contains epithelial tissue. The latter plays a protective role, strengthens the firmness of the skin and helps maintain a good "trophicity" of the skin. The term "trophicity" of the skin means good nutrition of its epithelial and dermal tissues, that is to say that the cells constituting these tissues have a balanced nutrient supply and sufficient for their regeneration and their functioning. . The dermis contains collagen which provides the mechanical strength of the skin, but also of the elastin which makes the skin elastic. The elasticity and firmness of the skin directly influences its texture. In general, the degradation of the cells constituting the epithelial tissue or collagen and elastin-producing cells, as well as a decrease in cellular regeneration, results in skin tightness and neglected visual appearance. These last two effects are unpleasant and unattractive. In addition, the use of a cosmetic composition with a cleaning action, such as creams or shower gels, liquid soaps or bubble baths, may accentuate these undesirable effects. More generally, it is the liquid cleaning agent contained in these cleaning cosmetic compositions 35 which largely causes these undesirable effects.
In general, there are shower creams that are either basic or acidic depending on their compositions or chemical formulas. The excess of the basic or acidic nature of these cosmetic cleaning compositions causes malnutrition of the skin cells. This undernutrition disadvantages the physiological balance of the epidermis and the dermis. In the current market, the cosmetic composition of the cleansing panel has the drawbacks of irritating, aggressing and being abrasive for the skin. Indeed, after rinsing the cosmetic cleaning composition, the skin will remain dry, dehydrated and rough texture. These disadvantages result from the fact that the cells of the dermis and the epidermis are destitute. These malnourished cells can not function properly, resulting in a loss of suppleness, elasticity and tonicity of the skin. In addition to the cleaning function, the cosmetic cleaning compositions marketed often have a function of care and nutrition of the skin. Nevertheless, these functions of care and nutrition remain too little developed. In general, the commercial cosmetic cleaning compositions are not sufficient to have a nutritive effect promoting the physiological balance of the cells of the dermis and the epidermis and do not make it possible to hydrate and sufficiently nourish the skin. In particular, cosmetic compositions with commercial cleaning action have the disadvantage of weakening the skin, especially sensitive skin. The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art by proposing a cosmetic composition based on rose petals and its method of preparation. This invention makes it possible to reduce the irritation and aggression that the skin may experience when using a commercialized cosmetic cleaning composition, in particular by caring for and moisturizing the skin. Thus, the cosmetic composition based on rose petals of the invention comprises, in weight percent relative to the total weight of said composition, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least the following compounds: from 36 to 40% d demineralised purified water; - from 23 to 27% of a surfactant; - from 8 to 12% of a wetting agent; - from 0.6 to 0.9% of a perfuming agent; 0.9 to 1.2% of an antiseptic; - from 3 to 7% of a fatty substance; From 0.1 to 0.4% of an acidifying agent; - 18 to 22% of a nutritive and hydrating agent based on rose petals; 0.1 to 0.4% of a metal ion chelator. In addition, according to other characteristics: the nutritive and moisturizing agent based on rose petals is chosen from at least one of the following compounds: rose essence, rose petals and rose hydrosol , or a mixture of these compounds. Said cosmetic composition of the invention is a liquid soap, a bubble bath, a gel or a shower cream, having a cleaning action for the skin. The present application also relates to the use of the cosmetic composition of the invention for restructuring, moisturizing and nourishing the dermal and epidermal layers of the skin. Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of non-limiting embodiments of the invention. The invention relates to a cosmetic composition based on rose petals, preferably a cosmetic composition having cleaning properties. The rose petals are from roses belonging to the Rosaceae family of the genus Rosa, preferably the rose petals of the invention come from "damask roses", called Rosa damascena and / or "rose of May", named Rosa centifolia. The cosmetic composition of the invention based on rose petals contains compounds present in a physiologically acceptable medium. In other words, the cosmetic composition of the invention does not alter the physical, mechanical and biochemical functioning of the body, more particularly the skin. In addition, the interactions of the skin with its environment remain unchanged, the cosmetic composition does not present any major danger for the constituents of the skin. The cosmetic composition of the invention consists of demineralised purified water, i.e. clean water free of minerals. Preferably, this water is sterile, that is to say free of microbial germs. The use of sterile water makes it possible to avoid any risk of contamination of the user and to lengthen the shelf life of the cosmetic composition.
The cosmetic composition of the invention also comprises a surfactant, in proportions of between 23 and 27% by weight relative to the total mass of the composition, preferably 23%. The surfactant may be anionic, cationic or amphoteric, it has the role of modifying the surface tension between two surfaces in said composition. In particular, the surfactant of the invention is a mixture of sodium laureth sulfate, propyl betaine, hydroxyethyl NN-amide from coconut oil and glucoside from coconut oil. . Sodium laureth sulfate is a strong ionic surfactant, that is to say that it is easily loaded according to the pH of the solution in which it is located. Sodium laureth sulfate is a surfactant with foaming and detergent properties. Its specific action is to break the hydrophobic associations and the disulfide bridges, resulting in denaturation of the proteins. Unlike sodium laureth sulfate, glucoside is a nonionic surfactant. Glucoside is known to be biodegradable and mildly irritating to the skin. It also has foaming, detergent, cleansing and emulsifying properties. In particular, the emulsifying properties of the glucoside prevents the parts of oil and water from separating and thus enhances the moisturizing properties of the cosmetic composition. Propyl betaine is a zwitterionic surfactant. Preferably, the composition of the invention comprises as surfactant, as a weight percentage relative to the total mass, a mixture consisting of 15% sodium laureth sulfate, 5% propyl betaine, 3% N, N hydroxyethyl amide from coconut oil and 2% glucoside from coconut oil. According to another particularity of the invention, the composition also comprises a wetting agent. The wetting agents have the function of reducing the solid-liquid surface tension and allow greater spreading of the liquid. In other words, the wetting agent increases the suspension of solid particles in a liquid in which they are insoluble. The wetting agent makes it possible to expel the layer of air adhering to the solid particles hindering their dispersions in the liquid phase. Preferably, the wetting agents of the composition of the invention have a hydrophilic / lipophilic balance or "HLB: Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance" of between 6 and 8.

The present invention also relates to a method for preparing said composition of the invention. The preparation process comprises the following steps: A) the rose petals are imbibed by immersion in deionized water heated to a temperature of between 93 ° C. and 97 ° C., preferably 95 ° C., with stirring, for a period of between 25 and 35 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, - B) the water is removed in particular by a filtration technique; 10 - C) the rose petals are steamed, preferably with water vapor; - D) the rose petals are cleaned with demineralized purified water; E) Steps A), B) and C) are repeated twice and in this order; - F) the rose petals are dried and stored for later use in step J; (G) to a solution X of deionized water heated to a temperature of between 50 and 95 ° C, preferably 70 ° C, the surfactant is added; H) the surfactant is stirred until the surfactant is completely homogenized; I) the following compounds are added to the solution X until complete homogenisation and stirring: the wetting agent, the surfactant, the fatty substance, the metal ion chelating agent; - J) when the temperature of the solution X drops to a temperature between 43 and 47 ° C, preferably 45 ° C, is added the antiseptic, the perfuming agent, the acidifying agent 30 to adjust the acidity, rose petal - based moisturizer consisting of rose essence, rose hydrosol, and dried rose petals of step F). According to one particular characteristic of the invention, for step A) and step D), demineralized and sterile water is used, that is to say free of microorganisms that can impair the function of the care and hydration of the composition. The use of sterile water allows in particular a better preservation of said composition. According to another particular characteristic of the process, the excess water is removed by a filtration technique. All filtration techniques known from the state of the art is possible, preferably clarifying filtration will be performed. According to another characteristic of the process of the invention, the rose petals are dried by any known technique. Preferably, the rose petals are dried by placing them between two sheets of absorbent paper or blotting papers, or by flattening them in a botanist's press, so as to drain them.
La composition de l'invention présente donc une fonction de soins et d'hydratation de la peau.10According to a particular embodiment, steps H to J are carried out in the following manner: H) the sodium laureth sulfate is stirred until homogenization is complete; and I) is added to solution X until complete homogenisation is achieved. and with stirring, the following compounds: glycerin, propyl betaine, coconut oil N, N-ethylamide hydroxy, coconut oil glucoside, olive oil, polyethylene glycol, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (J) when the temperature of the solution X decreases at a temperature between 43 and 47 ° C, preferably 45 ° C, is added the iodopropynyl butyl carbamate , diazolidinyl urea, sodium benzoate, diamylene, transcinnamaldehyde, linalool, citric acid to adjust acidity, methylisothiazolinone, rose essence, rose hydrosol and dried petals of step F). According to another characteristic of the process of the invention, the acidity of the composition is adjusted to remain in a pH range of between 6.3 and 6.7. This pH range is close to the physiological pH of 5.5 of the skin, so without risk of causing any unpleasant sensation of irritation or roughness of the skin. The adjustment of the acidity is carried out using, for example, citric acid as acidifying agent. In a particular way, the composition of the invention makes it possible to improve the texture of the skin and to reduce irritation and aggressions of the skin by reinforcing its natural defenses. The composition of the invention therefore has a function of care and hydration of the skin.
