The invention relates to a plate-shaped wall element, in particular in room height, for interior work, with recesses in a support plate, preferably with channels in a flat side of the support plate for receiving installation cables such as heating, plumbing, electrical and data lines.
In a new building, e.g. A brick building, channels are inserted in the walls just erected, which are used for electrical installation, for central heating, for telephone as well as for antenna cables and similar. Like. Be used. At most, heat exchangers for heating and cooling purposes in the form of coils in these channels or recesses are inserted.
Apart from a often uncontrolled weakening of the load-bearing walls, a large amount of work and a large amount of rubble are associated with the production of the channels.
In the field of Althaussanierung all installations usually have to be relocated. Apart from the fact that the old walls are no longer suitable for Stemmarbeiten and the plaster also on the unprocessed side in large areas drops, usually also in addition an improvement of the thermal and the sound insulation is desired.
From EP 565 842 A1 as well as from FR 2 394 648 A1, complex prefabricated wall elements are known which contain pipelines already installed within a construction of at least three layers for heating purposes. These finished heating panels are mounted on a wall or ceiling.
This also applies to the versions according to CH 685 724 A5, which also relates to a finished heating element with a support plate and a cover plate.
The invention aims to provide a wall element for both the new building as well as for the Althaussanierung available, which can be applied to existing and possibly also on newly built walls and is provided as insulation and for the installation of any installations.
Such a plate-shaped wall element is characterized in that the support plate of heat and sound insulating material, seen in vertical mounting position, horizontal channels near the bottom and near the ceiling and optionally at least one channel approximately centrally, that the channels near the bottom with the channels near the ceiling are connected by a vertical channel and that the flat side of the support plate with the aforementioned channels can be covered by a cover plate or by a plaster layer, wherein the cover plate is preferably divided and sections are arranged directly removable over a channel or over several channels. The backing plate may be made, for example, of cementitious fibrous material, e.g. mineral bound wood wool, exist and the channels can be pressed.
Such a wall element has, for example, a width of 80 cm and a height of 280 cm. The pressing of the channels or recesses takes place from one side. Circular cylindrical extensions for installation of installation boxes can be provided at the crossing points of the channels. The channels near the ceiling serve primarily to accommodate the electrical installation. The vertical channels connect to switches or sockets. The near-ground channels are primarily intended for the heating pipes. In between, no channels or possibly only one or more centrally arranged channels are provided. In the channels near the floor or in correspondingly pressed recesses and heating loops in the form of heating registers for wall heating (and cooling) can be installed.
The support plates are, after successive laying on one or all walls of a room or after installation in a supporting grid structure (for example, for partitions) with the electrical installation pipes and the central heating or air conditioning pipes u. Like. Equipped as needed and it will be the connections to feed points, switches, valves, radiators u. Like. Produced. Then comes a cover plate, e.g. a plasterboard, over all installations. It is expedient in many cases if the cover plate, as already mentioned, is subdivided and individual sections directly above one or more channels, e.g. below and above, are arranged removable. This leaves access to critical areas, such as junction boxes or pipe connections or
Connections of Radiators u. Like. Without much effort, so without having to remove entire plates received. Of course, the carrier plate can also be plastered. It is also possible to arrange two support plates mirror images of each other and either to lay one another with the structured sides through the channels or to divergently arrange the structured sides, so as to use as prepared on both sides for installations intermediate wall.
Embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated in the drawings.

2 shows a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 3: a section along the line III-III in Fig. 1 and
4:
a representation according to FIG. 3 with. attached cover plate.
A support plate 1 consists of a thermally and acoustically insulating material, such as mineral bonded, pressed fibers. In the course of production on a platen press channels 2, 3, 4 and 5 are pressed. The channels 2 extend near the bottom of the room-height wall element and are intended primarily for receiving the heating pipes and heating coils or heating coils or other heat exchangers in the context of wall heating (or air conditioning). The channels 3 are used for electrical installation and accept plastic tube for cables (including telephone and antenna cables).
In the example, three channels 2 and 3 are shown in each case.
A vertical channel 4 is used for cross connection of the electrical installation to switches (at half room height) or sockets (in the bottom area). For switch boxes or sockets, the channels 4 can be enlarged in a circular cylinder in the appropriate heights. In the middle of the support plate 1, the horizontal channel 5 is still pressed. This serves either the electrical installation or a frame-shaped or zigzag guided over a plurality of support plates 1 heating line for heat dissipation.
Fig. 4 shows a cover plate 6 on the support plate 1, which closes the channels 2 to 5 to the front.
A portion 6¾ of the cover plate 6 may be removably arranged to access critical areas of the installation quickly and without substantial destruction of the surface.
The plate-shaped wall element can be offered as a standard component in the usual room heights. For reasons of transport or for easier installation, the plate-shaped wall element can also be centrally divided into two, for example within the channel 5. The channel 5 is then formed by the discontinuous flush joint of the two parts of the wall element.
