Description

       

  



  La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transmission pour la manÖuvre d'un store, par exemple d'un store à lamelles, de volets roulants, de stores empilables, etc., qui comporte un arbre d'entraînement, relié d'un côté audit store et de l'autre côté à une manivelle par un joint de cardan, et une plaque de fixation. 



  Dans les dispositifs connus du type précité, le joint de cardan doit en principe être fixé à la plaque de fixation déjà en usine par tous moyens appropriés, la plaque étant elle-même ensuite apposée par exemple contre un mur ou un cadre de fenêtre, généralement au moyen de vis. Or, selon des impératifs liés aux techniques modernes de construction, il est maintenant nécessaire de disposer de plaques de fixation ou plaques de cardan de plus en plus étroites, ce qui rend leur fixation à un élément de construction pratiquement impossible, l'encombrement du cardan solidaire de la plaque empêchant la pose de vis. 



  Ainsi, le but de la présente invention consiste à fournir un dispositif de transmission pour la manÖuvre d'un store, qui comporte un arbre d'entraînement, relié d'un côté audit store et de l'autre côté à une manivelle par un joint de cardan, et une plaque de fixation, et qui remédie à l'inconvénient précité, plus particulièrement en évitant le montage préalable en usine du cardan sur la plaque de fixation et en rendant au contraire possible la fixation de celle-ci seule à un élément de construction, la pose du reste du dispositif pouvant intervenir postérieurement. 



  Le dispositif selon l'invention, visant à atteindre le but précité est caractérisé par le fait que le joint de cardan est monté dans la plaque de fixation par l'entremise d'une rotule de fixation présentant une portion externe partiellement sphérique introduite élastiquement à force en position de service dans une ouverture que présente ladite plaque de fixation, cette rotule comportant des moyens de retenue coopérant en position de service avec ledit joint à cardan. 



  La présente invention sera maintenant décrite plus en détails en référence au dessin annexé qui illustre schématique et à titre d'exemple non limitatif une forme d'exécution du dispositif de transmission pour la manÖuvre d'un store. 
 
   La fig. 1 en est une vue de côté partiellement en coupe. 
   La fig. 2 en est une vue de face. 
   La fig. 3 est une vue d'un détail du dispositif montrant la rotule de fixation de côté en A et de dessus en B. 
 



  Comme représenté sur les fig. 1 et 2, le dispositif comporte un arbre d'entraînement 1 relié vers le haut au mécanisme (non illustré) de rotation du store, et vers le bas à une manivelle 2, ceci par l'entremise d'un joint de cardan 3a, 3b. L'arbre d'entraînement 1 est généralement de section carrée ou hexagonale, et peut être solidaire du corps de cardan 3a soit par introduction à frottement doux dans un logement axial de même forme, soit fixé par pression, par goupillage, ou par tout autre moyen approprié. 



  Le dispositif comporte encore une plaque de fixation ou plaque de cardan 4, laquelle est fixée contre un mur ou un cadre de fenêtre C au moyen de deux vis 5. 



  L'élément essentiel et caractéristique de la présente invention consiste dans la réalisation du montage du cardan 3a dans la plaque de fixation 4. En effet, ce montage est effectué grâce à un élément intermédiaire constitué par une rotule de fixation 6, présentant deux portions extérieures partiellement sphériques 6a, une portion cylindrique 6b et deux méplats 6c, ainsi qu'une ouverture traversante 7, comme illustré en détails sur les fig. 3A et 3B. De plus, la paroi interne de cette ouverture traversante 7 comporte des lamelles longitudinales 8, par exemple venues de fabrication, et présentant chacune une formation d'accrochage 8 min  à son extrémité située dans la portion cylindrique 6b de la rotule de fixation 6. 



  Enfin, la rotule de fixation 6 présente encore deux tétons cylindriques 10, un sur chaque méplat 6c, ainsi que deux ergots de retenue 11 sur la paroi externe de la portion cylindrique 6b. 



  La plaque de cardan 4 et la rotule de fixation 6 peuvent avantageusement être réalisées en une matière plastique, par exemple en polyamide, de préférence chargée avec de la fibre de verre. 



  En ce qui concerne le montage du dispositif, on introduit tout d'abord la rotule de fixation 6 à force par pression dans un logement pratiqué dans les parois latérales de la plaque de cardan 4, plus particulièrement de manière à ce que les tétons cylindriques 10 coopèrent avec lesdites parois comme axes de rotation. Puis, cette plaque de fixation ou de cardan 4 est fixée seule contre la partie de la construction C choisie au moyen des deux vis 5, ce qui peut être réalisé aisément, étant donné que le cardan n'est pas solidaire de la fabrication avec celle-ci. 



  On introduit ensuite le cardan 3a, dans lequel l'arbre d'entraînement a été préalablement engagé librement ou fixé, dans la rotule de fixation 6 solidaire de la plaque de cardan 4 et de telle sorte que les formations d'accrochage 8 min  coopèrent élastiquement avec une rainure 9 que présente ledit corps de cardan 3a, ce dernier ne pouvant alors plus être ressorti de ladite rotule 6, mais pouvant tourner librement dans l'ouverture traversante 7 de celle-ci. 



  Enfin, la portion cylindrique 6b de la rotule de fixation 6 peut présenter sur sa face externe un ou plusieurs ergots 11 destinés à retenir ladite rotule lors de l'introduction dans celle-ci du cardan 3a et de l'axe d'entraînement 1. 



  Grâce à la conception nouvelle du montage du cardan dans la plaque de fixation, il est possible de ne procéder au montage de l'arbre d'entraînement du store et de la manivelle qu'au dernier moment, juste avant la réception des travaux du bâtiment, ce qui évite l'usage abusif dudit store pendant la durée des travaux.

However, according to imperatives linked to modern construction techniques, it is now necessary to have mounting plates or cardan plates increasingly narrow, which makes their fixing to a construction element practically impossible, the size of the cardan secured to the plate preventing the installation of screws.



  Thus, the object of the present invention is to provide a transmission device for the operation of a blind, which comprises a drive shaft, connected on one side to said blind and on the other side to a crank by a seal. gimbal, and a fixing plate, and which overcomes the aforementioned drawback, more particularly by avoiding the prior assembly in the factory of the gimbal on the fixing plate and by making on the contrary possible the fixing of the latter alone to an element construction, the installation of the rest of the device can intervene later.



  The device according to the invention, aimed at achieving the aforementioned aim is characterized in that the universal joint is mounted in the fixing plate by means of a fixing ball having a partially spherical external portion inserted elastically by force in the service position in an opening presented by said fixing plate, this ball joint comprising retaining means cooperating in the service position with said universal joint.



  The present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing which illustrates schematically and by way of nonlimiting example an embodiment of the transmission device for the operation of a blind.
 
   Fig. 1 is a side view partially in section.
   Fig. 2 is a front view.
   Fig. 3 is a view of a detail of the device showing the attachment ball from the side at A and from above at B.
 



  As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device comprises a drive shaft 1 connected upwards to the mechanism (not shown) for rotating the blind, and downwards to a crank 2, this by means of a universal joint 3a, 3b. The drive shaft 1 is generally of square or hexagonal section, and can be secured to the gimbal body 3a either by introduction with gentle friction in an axial housing of the same shape, or fixed by pressure, by pinning, or by any other appropriate means.



  The device also comprises a fixing plate or cardan plate 4, which is fixed against a wall or a window frame C by means of two screws 5.



  The essential and characteristic element of the present invention consists in carrying out the mounting of the gimbal 3a in the fixing plate 4. In fact, this mounting is carried out thanks to an intermediate element constituted by a fixing ball 6, having two outer portions partially spherical 6a, a cylindrical portion 6b and two flats 6c, as well as a through opening 7, as illustrated in detail in FIGS. 3A and 3B. In addition, the internal wall of this through opening 7 comprises longitudinal strips 8, for example from manufacturing, and each having an attachment formation 8 min at its end located in the cylindrical portion 6b of the fixing ball 6.



  Finally, the fixing ball 6 also has two cylindrical pins 10, one on each flat 6c, as well as two retaining pins 11 on the external wall of the cylindrical portion 6b.



  The gimbal plate 4 and the fixing ball 6 can advantageously be made of a plastic material, for example polyamide, preferably loaded with fiberglass.



  As regards the mounting of the device, the fixing ball 6 is first of all introduced by force by pressure into a housing formed in the side walls of the gimbal plate 4, more particularly so that the cylindrical pins 10 cooperate with said walls as axes of rotation. Then, this fixing or cardan plate 4 is fixed alone against the part of the construction C chosen by means of the two screws 5, which can be easily carried out, since the cardan is not integral with the manufacture with that -this.



  Then the gimbal 3a, in which the drive shaft has been freely engaged or fixed, is introduced into the fixing ball 6 integral with the gimbal plate 4 and in such a way that the hooking formations 8 min cooperate elastically with a groove 9 presented by said cardan body 3a, the latter then no longer being able to be pulled out from said ball joint 6, but being able to rotate freely in the through opening 7 thereof.



  Finally, the cylindrical portion 6b of the fixing ball 6 can have on its external face one or more lugs 11 intended to retain said ball when the cardan joint 3a and the drive axis 1 are introduced into it.



  Thanks to the new design of the mounting of the gimbal in the fixing plate, it is possible to proceed with the mounting of the drive shaft of the blind and the crank only at the last moment, just before the reception of the building works , which avoids the improper use of said awning during the duration of the work.
