Descrizione
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto una macchina a tavolo portapezzi ruotante intermittentemente, per la lavorazione ed il montaggio di pezzi di alta precisione.
La macchina secondo la presente invenzione differisce da quelle note per il fatto che ie unità operatrici sono comandate da levismi e non da camme. Ne risulta una cinematica molto semplificata e un costo di fabbricazione molto contenuto.
La macchina secondo la presente invenzione, che comprende unità operatrici disposte sopra, sotto e lateralmente rispetto alla tavola rotante, è caratterizzata da ciò che il comando degli avanzamenti delle unità operatrici ad asse verticale avviene tramite leve comandate da organi a loro volta azionati da una camma avente profili opposti in modo da comandare detti organi in senso opposto, l'ampiezza degli spostamenti di dette unità operatrici ad asse verticale venendo variata individualmente so-postando il fulcro di dette leve.
Forma pure oggetto della presente invenzione una macchina come sopra descritta, e caratterizzata dal fatto che le leve suddette hanno più fulcri intorno ai quali esse ruotano in fasi successive di una stessa operazione di azionamento di una unità operatrice.
I disegni allegati illustrano una preferita forma, non limitativa di realizzazione della macchina in oggetto.
Èssi rappresentano:
In fig. 1 la sezione longitudinale della macchina oggetto dell'invenzione;
In fig. 2 la vista dall'alto dell'insieme delle leve applicate ad una pluralità di unità operatrici;
In fig. 3 la vista laterale di una leva con due fulcri in una fase dell'operazione durante la quale essa è imperniata intorno al fulcro situato a destra nel disegno;
In fig. 4 la stessa vista della leva con due fulcri in una fase dell'operazione durante la quale essa è imperniata intomo al fulcro situato a sinistra nel disegno-
In fig. 5 il diagramma del moto di avanzamento di una unità operatrice azionata dalla suddetta leva con due fulcri.
L'albero 6 collegato col motore 7 tramite ingranaggi 11 e 12 comanda il congegno a croce di malta 8, 9 che trasforma il moto rotativo continuo in intermittente per azionare il tavolo portapezzi 10. Un secondo albero 13 solidale col motore 7 porta una camma 5 che aziona, tramite rullini 14,15, i piattelli 2 e 2'.
La camma 5 presenta due profili opposti in modo che Î piattelli 2, 2' si muovano in senso contrapposto.
Tali piattelli agiscono sulle leve 1, V le quali a loro volta comandano, tramite i nottolini 17, 17' (vedere anche le fig. 3 e 4) le unità operatrici ad asse verticale 18, 18'. Le unità operatrici 18,18'vengono a loro volta azionate tramite cinghie 19, 19' dai motori 20, 20' oppure possono essere dotate da motori incorporati. L'ampiezza degli avanzamenti può essere variata individualmente per ogni unità operatrice, spostando i fulcri 4a, 4a'-4b, 4b' delle leve 1,1'.
Per l'impiego razionale della macchina in oggetto, si prevede di variare la curva 23 (fig. 5) che rappresenta l'avanzamento «a» dell'unità di lavoro, rispetto allo spostamento angolare «s» della camma 5 (fig. 1), nella curva 24, utilizzando ad esempio in una prima e ultima fase di lavoro (AB-DE fig. 5) un primo fulcro 4a, 4a' e in una seconda fase di lavoro (BD) un secondo fulcro 4b, 4b' di dette leve 1,1', intorno al quale le leve stesse ruotano allorché il primo fulcro si è distaccato dal suo appoggio per effetto della avvenuta rotazione di dette leve intorno al suddetto primo fulcro.
Tutto ciò sempre nell'ambito di protezione del brevetto.

Claims (2)

Rivendicazioni
1. Macchina a tavolo portapezzi ruotante intermittentemente, per la lavorazione ed il montaggio di pezzi di alta precisione, comprendente unità operatrici disposte sopra, sotto e lateralmente rispetto alla tavola ruotante, caratterizzata da ciò che il comando degli avanzamenti delle unità operatrici ad asse verticale (18, 18') avviene tramite leve (1, 1'), comandate da organi (2, 2') a loro volta azionati da una camma (5) avente profili opposti in modo da comandare detti organi (2, 2') in senso opposto, l'ampiezza degli spostamenti di dette unità operatrici ad asse verticale (18, 18') venendo variata individualmente spostando il fulcro (4a, 4b rispettivamente 4a', 4b') di dette leve (1,1').
2. Macchina secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che le leve suddette (1, 1') hanno più fulcri (4a, 4b e 4a', 4b') intorno ai quali esse ruotano in fasi successive di una stessa operazione di azionamento di una unità operatrice.
