Description
Sowohl in der Haushaltswäsche als auch in der Industriewäsche werden vermehrt flüssige Waschmittel eingesetzt. Diese enthalten meistens eine Mischung von anionischen und nicht-ionischen Tensiden und keine "Builder" (Gerüststoffe), so dass deren Waschwirkung bei fettigen Anschmutzungen trotz hohem Tensidanteil (ca. 40%) mässig ist. Für eine gute Waschwirkung auf proteinischen Anschmutzungen muss ein Enzym (Protease) zugesetzt werden. Es wurde gefunden, dass flüssige Waschmittel, die ein carboxymethyliertes bzw. carboxyäthyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt von Fettalkoholen oder Alkylphenolen neben Fettsäure(n) und anderen anionischen Tensiden enthalten, nicht nur eine hervorragende Waschwirkung bei normalen Verschmutzungen, sondern auch ohne Enzym eine hohe Waschwirkung auf proteinischen Anschmutzungen aufweisen. Gegenstand der Erfindung sind flüssige Waschmittel enthaltend ein carboxymethyliertes oder carboxyäthyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt eines Fettalkohols oder eines Alkylphenols, eine oder mehrere Fettsäuren und eines oder mehrere sonstige anionische Tenside sowie Alkali zur Neutralisierung. Solche Waschmittel enthalten in wässriger Lösung von 1 bis 25, bevorzugt 4 bis 20 Gew.-% carboxymethyliertes bzw. carboxyäthyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt von Fettalkoholen oder Alkylphenolen, 5 bis 30, bevorzugt 10 bis 25 Gew.-% einer Fettsäure und 2 bis 20, bevorzugt 5 bis 15 Gew.-% eines weiteren anionischen Tensides, zusammen 20 bis 50, bevorzugt 30 bis 50 Gew.-% Tensid, sowie eine genügende Menge Alkali zur Neutralisierung dieser Säuren. Ausserdem können diese Waschmittel noch übliche Bestandteile von flüssigen Waschmitteln, wie hydrotrope Mittel, Sequestriermittel, Puffer, Enzym und Aufheller enthalten. Die carboxymethylierten bzw. carboxyäthylierten Aethylenoxydaddukte von Fettalkoholen oder Alkylphenolen entsprechen bevorzugt der allgemeinen Formel R1-O-(CH2CH2O)n-(R2-COOH)x, worin R1 für den Rest eines Fettalkohols mit 8-22 C-Atomen oder eines Alkylphenols mit 10-24 C-Atomen, R2 für eine Methylen- oder Aethylengruppe, n für eine Zahl von 1 bis 20 und x für einen durchschnittlichen Wert von 0,1 bis 1 stehen. Diese Verbindungen sind bekannt bzw. können nach allgemein bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden. Als bevorzugte Verbindung wird ein Produkt eingesetzt, das durch Umsetzung eines synthetischen Laurylalkohols (C12-15) mit 4-5 Mol Aethylenoxyd und 0,8 Mol Chloressigsäure hergestellt wird. Diese Produkte fallen normalerweise in neutralisierter Form, d.h. als Alkalisalze, insbesondere als Natriumsalze an und werden bevorzugt in dieser Form eingesetzt. Unter Fettsäuren sind gesättigte und ungesättigte C5-22-, vorzugsweise C12-18-Carbonsäuren zu verstehen. Diese Fettsäuren, wie z.B. Cocosfettsäure oder Oelsäure, werden als solche eingesetzt, aber durch Zusatz von Alkali wie Natrium- oder Kaliumhydroxyd, Triäthanolamin neutralisiert. Als weitere anionische Tenside kommen die allgemein bekannten, wie z.B. - Sulfate und Sulfonate von Fettsäuren, Fettsäureestern und Fettsäureamiden, - lineare oder verzweigte Alkyl(C5-18)-sulfate und -sulfonate, - Sulfate äthoxylierter Produkte, so vor allem Sulfate von nichtionischen Tensiden, - Polykarbonsäureestersulfonate, - Alkyl(C5-18)benzolsulfonate und Alkyl(C1-4)- oder Dialkyl(C1-4)naphthalinsulfonate in Frage. Als Säuren eingesetzt, werden sie durch Zusatz von Alkali neutralisiert. Als hydrotrope Verbindungen kommen z.B. Harnstoff, Dicyandiamid und Derivate, Alkohole, wasserlösliche Glykole, Glykoläther, Glykolester, C1-4-alkylsubstituierte Benzolsulfonate in Frage, vorausgesetzt, dass diese Verbindungen in destilliertem Wasser bis zur Kochtemperatur keinen Trübungspunkt aufweisen bzw. wasserlöslich bleiben. Sie dienen zur Vermeidung einer Phasentrennung, d.h. zur Stabilisierung der Flüssigform. Als Sequestriermittel werden Zitronensäure, Nitrilotriessigsäure und sonstige komplexierende Verbindungen eingesetzt. Puffer werden hinzugefügt, um den pH der Waschflotte im neutralen oder alkalischen Bereich zu stabilisieren. Als solche können Natriumhydrogencarbonat, Natriumcarbonat oder Natriumsilikat verwendet werden. Durch Abstimmung dieser verschiedenen Zusätze und durch die fakultative Verwendung von üblichen Enzymen (Proteasen, Amylasen) und optischen Aufhellern kann die Waschwirkung der flüssigen Waschmittel je nach gewünschtem Anwendungsbereich optimal gestaltet werden. Diese flüssigen Waschmittel können vor allem in der Haushaltswäsche anstelle der bekannten phosphathaltigen oder phosphatfreien Waschmittel eingesetzt werden. In den nachfolgenden Beispielen (Tabelle) werden das carboxymethylierte Aethylenoxydaddukt der Formel C12-15-O-(CH2CH2O)4,5-(CH2-COONa)0,8 als 50%ige Paste, die Nitrilotriessigsäure (NTA) als 40%ige Lösung und 30%ige Natronlauge bis zu einem pH-Wert von 7,5 eingesetzt. Claims (5)
1. Flüssiges Waschmittel enthaltend ein carboxymethyliertes oder carboxyäthyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt eines Fettalkohols oder eines Alkylphenols, eine oder mehrere Fettsäuren und eines oder mehrere sonstige anionische Tenside sowie Alkali zur Neutralisierung.
2. Flüssiges Waschmittel gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 1 bis 25 Gew.-% carboxymethyliertes oder carboxyäthyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt eines Fettalkohols und 5 bis 30 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Fettsäuren, 2 bis 20 Gew.-% eines weiteren anionischen Tensids und zusammen 20 bis 50 Gew.-% an Tensid sowie eine genügende Menge Alkali zur Neutralisierung in wässriger Lösung enthalten sind.
3. Flüssiges Waschmittel gemäss Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausserdem ein hydrotropes Mittel, ein Sequestriermittel, ein Puffer, ein Enzym und/oder ein Aufheller enthalten sind.

Flüssiges Waschmittel gemäss einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das carboxymethylierte bzw. carboxyäthylierte Aethylenoxydaddukt der folgenden Formel entspricht,
R1-O-(CH2CH2O)n-(R2COONa)x
worin R1 für den Rest eines Fettalkohols mit 8-22 C-Atomen oder eines Alkylphenols mit 10-24 C-Atomen und
R2 für eine Methylen- oder Aethylengruppe,
n für eine Zahl von 1 bis 20 und
x für einen durchschnittlichen Wert von 0,1 bis 1 stehen.

Flüssiges Waschmittel gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 4 bis 20 Gew.-% carboxymethyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt eines Fettalkohols, 10 bis 25 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Fettsäuren, 5 bis 15 Gew.-% eines weiteren anionischen Tensides und zusammen 30 bis 50 Gew.-% an Tensid sowie eine zur Neutralisierung ausreichende Menge Alkali enthalten sind.
1. Flüssiges Waschmittel enthaltend ein carboxymethyliertes oder carboxyäthyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt eines Fettalkohols oder eines Alkylphenols, eine oder mehrere Fettsäuren und eines oder mehrere sonstige anionische Tenside sowie Alkali zur Neutralisierung.

Flüssiges Waschmittel gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 1 bis 25 Gew.-% carboxymethyliertes oder carboxyäthyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt eines Fettalkohols und 5 bis 30 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Fettsäuren, 2 bis 20 Gew.-% eines weiteren anionischen Tensids und zusammen 20 bis 50 Gew.-% an Tensid sowie eine genügende Menge Alkali zur Neutralisierung in wässriger Lösung enthalten sind.
3. Flüssiges Waschmittel gemäss Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausserdem ein hydrotropes Mittel, ein Sequestriermittel, ein Puffer, ein Enzym und/oder ein Aufheller enthalten sind.

Flüssiges Waschmittel gemäss einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das carboxymethylierte bzw. carboxyäthylierte Aethylenoxydaddukt der folgenden Formel entspricht,
R1-O-(CH2CH2O)n-(R2COONa)x
worin R1 für den Rest eines Fettalkohols mit 8-22 C-Atomen oder eines Alkylphenols mit 10-24 C-Atomen und
R2 für eine Methylen- oder Aethylengruppe,
n für eine Zahl von 1 bis 20 und
x für einen durchschnittlichen Wert von 0,1 bis 1 stehen.

Flüssiges Waschmittel gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 4 bis 20 Gew.-% carboxymethyliertes Aethylenoxydaddukt eines Fettalkohols, 10 bis 25 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Fettsäuren, 5 bis 15 Gew.-% eines weiteren anionischen Tensides und zusammen 30 bis 50 Gew.-% an Tensid sowie eine zur Neutralisierung ausreichende Menge Alkali enthalten sind.
