Abstract
To secure a hinge pin (20) to a wall which has an outer insulating layer (52) and bricks (53) with cavities (51) inside, a hollow tube (10) is inserted in a hole (54) terminating at the bricks. The tube, which passes through the bottom part of the hinge pin, is used to inject a binding substance into the hole, to anchor the tube and pin in position. The tube has holes (15) through its wall, and is inserted in a flexible bag (30) containing the binding substance. A collar (40) near the outer end prevents the substance being forced out, and a necked part (13) of the tube retains the substance at the inner end. ADVANTAGE - The weight of shutters is adequately supported.
Description
BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen Kloben,
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a fitting for pivotally holding wings according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
In older buildings, which according to the current standard have too high a K-value, the aim is to improve them by covering the outside of the building wall with a layer of heat-insulating material. These layers have a thickness of the order of 10 cm. The building wall itself consists of common bricks with cavities.
Some systems for anchoring fasteners have become known. It is known from CH-A 596459 to close a borehole for receiving a fastening element on the mouth side with a peg-like fixing part with a central opening and a fixing plate attached to it, for the exact local alignment. The fixing plate has two openings for the filling of a binder and for the ventilation.
This arrangement can prove itself if the masonry is only porous and has no voids.
Anchoring for fastening elements is described in the main patent CH-A 594 144 and in the additional patent CH-A 611 986. In both cases, the binder is filled through a cavity of the fastener, wherein according to the main patent, the space to be filled with binder is vented through an opening in the peg-like cap that closes the mouth of the borehole when the fastener is inserted. For the application of this pouring method in walls with bricks that have cavities, it is proposed in the additional patent mentioned to introduce an elastic sleeve into the borehole and to clamp it in between the cap and the borehole wall at the mouth of the borehole by means of the peg-like cap.
Openings are provided in the casing for ventilation, so that the binding agent filled in by the fastening element by means of a dispensing nozzle, in order to avoid undesired filling of the cavity in the fastening element, completely fills the all-round closed casing and expands it in order to anchor it within the cavities in to effect the building wall.
With this arrangement, anchoring in building walls with a layer of heat-insulating material is not possible.
Please refer to CH-A 644673 for anchoring a fastening element in a heat-insulated building wall. After a hole has been drilled into the cavity area of the building wall, a fastening element consisting of anchoring part and this extension part, which is extended to the thickness of the insulating mat, is used. The extension part then serves to receive and hold a sleeve serving as a counter bearing for the actual holding of an object. The anchoring part is enclosed by a stretchable fabric-like shell. By means of a spray nozzle, binder can be filled into the shell through an opening in the bottom of the extension part next to the anchoring part. It is obvious that such a multi-part fastener for assembly in buildings is very expensive.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide fittings which can be anchored in a building wall consisting of bricks with cavities and a thermal insulation layer by means of simple assembly work.
According to the invention this is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of the independent claim.
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
1 is a plan view of a block,
Fig. 2 is a sectional view with a vertical sectional plane through a building wall with the block according to Fig. 1 and
Fig. 3 is a similar sectional view, but with a horizontal sectional plane.
According to Fig. 1 there is such a bracket for fittings of e.g. Shutters made of a fastening element designed as a hollow mandrel 10 with a hinge pin 20.
The cavity 11 in the hollow mandrel 10 opens outwards by means of a bore 21 in the hinge pin 20. Near its other end 12, a constriction 13 is formed by means of a pinch and at a distance on the inside of this constriction 13 there are two diagonally arranged bores 14, 15. The hollow mandrel 10 is located over almost its entire length in a sack-like sheath 30 made of a stretchable material which is difficult for binders to bind, such as a woven fabric. A sleeve 40 encompassing the hollow mandrel 10 is placed over the sleeve 30 which conforms to the hollow mandrel 10 and the sleeve 30 is placed over the sleeve 40 with its upper end. With a rubber band 41 sleeve 30 and sleeve 40 are held together and captively attached to the block.
The sleeve 40 consists for example of polystyrene and is formed in two parts. The bore 54 thus formed is cylindrical and the outer surface is conical or conical, so that any tolerances of the borehole can be compensated for.
When using it as a hinge for a window or door shutter, the problem with the correct position of the hinge axis with respect to the soffits arises. In particular if these are also covered with an insulating layer, so that a necessary strong support can only be achieved if the hollow mandrel 10 extends into a brick. For this purpose, however, as shown in FIG. 3, the hole must be arranged somewhat parallel to the bisecting plane in this edge from the edge between the reveal and the outer wall.
2 and 3 clearly show, the sleeve 30 expands under the pressure of a binder 50 pressed into the filling opening 21 of the hinge pin 20 into the cavities 51 in the brick 53 and thus anchors the hollow mandrel 10 in the building wall.
As is known, the forces act in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 2 and it has been shown that despite the unfavorable distribution of the force application points on the long lever arm, which is formed by the hollow mandrel 10, this design meets the requirements in building construction.
