Abstract
The fitting has a hinge pin (20) and a fixing strut (10) in the shape of a hollow plug. The hinge pin is inserted with the fixing strut in a bore (54) in the wall (50). The fixing strut is surrounded by an at least partly extensible impermeable sleeve (30) for a filling material, along at least part of its length. The cavity (56) of the fixing strut extends axially into the hinge pine (20) and forms a filling opening (21) for filling material. A rear end (12) of the fixing strut in the bore is closed by an at least partly rigid cap (16), which has an opening (17) for the filling material.
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Beschlag zur schwenkbaren Halterung von Fenster- oder Türladen bei einer \ffnung in einer Hohlräume aufweisenden aussenisolierten Gebäudewand. Der Beschlag umfasst einen Scharnierzapfen und ein Befestigungsschwert in Form eines Hohldorns, um damit in ein Bohrloch in der Gebäudewand eingesetzt zu werden. Das Befestigungsschwert ist zudem auf mindestens einem Teil seiner Länge von einer sackförmigen, wenigstens begrenzt dehnfähigen, für ein aushärtendes Füllmaterial wenig durchlässigen Hülle umfasst, wobei sich der Hohlraum des Befestigungsschwertes in seiner axialen Richtung den Scharnierzapfen durchdringend fortsetzt und so eine Einfüllöffnung für das Füllmaterial bildet.
Vorwiegend bei älteren Gebäuden, aber auch bei neuen Häusern wird der K-Wert durch eine aussen an der Gebäudewand angebrachte Schicht aus wärmeisolierendem Material verbessert. Diese Schicht hat eine Dicke von bis zu 0,15 m, wobei die Gebäudewand normal aus Backsteinen aufgebaut ist, welche Backsteine üblicherweise Hohlräume aufweisen. Nachteilig an solcherart gebauten Wänden ist die Tatsache, dass ein aushärtendes Füllmaterial in die Hohlräume der Backsteine fliessen und so zu grossen Verlusten an Material führen kann. Aus dem Schweizer Patent Nr. 668 286 ist bekannt gewor den, das Befestigungsschwert in eine Hülle zu stecken und den Zwischenraum mit Füllmaterial zu füllen.
Dazu werden in das Befestigungsschwert und im Abstand von dessen Ende radiale Bohrungen für den Durchtritt des Füllmaterials in den Zwischenraum zwischen der Aussenwand des Befestigungsschwertes und der Hülle. Es ist vorgesehen, die Hülle bei der \ffnung des Bohrloches mittels einer Hülse zu verschliessen, die sich an das Befestigungsschwert anschliesst und die Hülse umfasst. Nachteilig an einer derartigen Ausbildung ist, dass Handarbeit bzw. Nacharbeit verlangt wird. Es müssen Löcher in die Wand des Befestigungsschwertes gebohrt oder gestanzt werden.
Es ist dementsprechend eine Aufgabe der Erfindung, für die Montage einen Beschlag anzugeben, bei dem die zusätzlichen Arbeiten nicht notwendig sind.
Erfindungsgemäss wird vorgeschlagen, dass das hintere Ende des in das Bohrloch (54) eingesetzte Befestigungsschwertes mit einer wenigstens teilweise starren Abgabekappe verschlossen ist, welche Abgabekappe mit einer radialen Bohrung zum Durchlassen des Füllmaterials versehen ist.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben, in der ein Beschlag mit einer durchsichtig dargestellten Hülle dargestellt ist.
Ein Beschlag bzw. Kloben 1 gemäss der einzigen Figur besteht aus einem als Hohldorn ausgebildeten Befestigungsschwert 10 mit einem Scharnierzapfen 20. Der Hohlraum 56 im Befestigungsschwert 10 durchdringt den Scharnierzapfen 20 axial und bildet eine \ffnung 21 nach aussen. Das hintere Ende des Befestigungsschwertes 10 ist mit einer Kappe 16 verschlossen, die eine durchgehende \ffnung 17, z.B. Bohrung, hinter dem Befestigungsschwert 10 aufweist. Das Befestigungsschwert 10 ist an mindestens einer Stelle 13 oder 14 gequetscht, sodass Einschnürungen 13, 14 gebildet sind. Wie dargestellt, sind die beiden Quetschungen 13, 14 um 90 DEG gegeneinander gedreht und geben zusätzlich zur Einschnürung einen Halt gegen Verdrehung.
Das Befestigungsschwert 10 steckt auf mindestens einem Teil seiner Länge in einer sackartigen Hülle 30 aus einem dehnbaren und für ein Füllmaterial bzw. Bindemittel schwer durchlässigen Material. Diese Hülle 30 kann beispielsweise aus einem Gewebe gefertigt sein.
Ein auf das Befestigungsschwert 10 geschobener Positionstrichter 40 dient als Positionshilfe, um den Kloben 1 in dem nie genau gebohrte Loch genau positionieren zu können.
Mit dem Druck eines in die \ffnung 21 hineingepressten Bindemittels werden die beiden Quetschstellen 13, 14 durchflossen und das Bindemittel gelangt in die am Ende des Befestigungsschwertes aufgesetzte Kappe 16 und durch deren \ffnungen 17 in die Hülle 30 hinein. Mittels des Druckes, mit dem das Bindemittel hineingepresst wird, dehnt sich die Hülle 30 so weit aus, dass sie sich an die Wand der Bohrung 54 anschmiegt und allenfalls auch in die Löcher der Backsteine hineingedrückt wird, soweit deren Dehnbarkeit es zulässt.
Dies bewirkt eine sehr gute Halterung des Klobens bzw. Beschlags 1 in der Mauer 50, wobei durch die Quetschungen 13, 14 noch eine zusätzliche Haltekraft gegen ein Drehen des Beschlages erzielt wird.
Die Verbilligung einer derartigen Anordnung ergibt sich daraus, dass keine Löcher in das Schwert zu bohren oder zu stanzen sind. Die Abschlusskappe 16 dient dazu, dass das dünnflüssig eingespritzte Material im Kloben verbleibt und nicht herausläuft. Damit durch den Kloben keine oder höchstens eine schwache Wärmebrücke entsteht, kann dieser aus herkömmlichem Stahl oder einer Chrom-Nickel-Stahlverbindung hergestellt sein.
Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass die Hülle (30) nur im Bereich der Backsteinmauer und nicht im Bereich der Isolationsschicht (30) vorhanden ist und die Hülle an dieser Stelle mit einem Klebeband um das Schwert (10) am Schwert verschlossen ist. Dies zum Zweck, dass das Füllmaterial nur im Bereich des festen Untergrundes zum Einsatz gelangt, um so Kosten für das Füllmaterial zu sparen.
The present invention relates to a fitting for pivotally holding window or door shutters in an opening in an externally insulated building wall having cavities. The fitting comprises a hinge pin and a fastening sword in the form of a hollow mandrel, so that it can be inserted into a borehole in the building wall. The fastening sword is also encompassed on at least part of its length by a sack-shaped, at least limited stretchable sheath that is not permeable to a hardening filling material, the cavity of the fastening sword continuing in its axial direction penetrating the hinge pin and thus forming a filling opening for the filling material.
Mainly in older buildings, but also in new houses, the K value is improved by a layer of heat-insulating material attached to the outside of the building wall. This layer has a thickness of up to 0.15 m, whereby the building wall is normally made up of bricks, which bricks usually have cavities. A disadvantage of walls constructed in this way is the fact that a hardening filler material flows into the cavities of the bricks and can thus lead to large losses in material. From Swiss Patent No. 668 286 it has become known to put the fastening sword in a cover and to fill the space with filler material.
For this purpose, radial bores are made in the fastening sword and at a distance from its end for the passage of the filler material into the space between the outer wall of the fastening sword and the casing. It is envisaged to close the casing at the opening of the borehole by means of a sleeve which adjoins the fastening sword and encompasses the sleeve. A disadvantage of such training is that manual work or rework is required. Holes must be drilled or punched into the wall of the fastening sword.
Accordingly, it is an object of the invention to provide a fitting for the assembly in which the additional work is not necessary.
It is proposed according to the invention that the rear end of the fastening sword inserted into the borehole (54) is closed with an at least partially rigid dispensing cap, which dispensing cap is provided with a radial bore for the passage of the filler material.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing, in which a fitting with a transparent cover is shown.
A fitting or block 1 according to the single figure consists of a fastening sword 10 designed as a hollow mandrel with a hinge pin 20. The cavity 56 in the fastening sword 10 axially penetrates the hinge pin 20 and forms an opening 21 to the outside. The rear end of the fastening sword 10 is closed with a cap 16 which has a continuous opening 17, e.g. Bore, behind the fastening sword 10. The fastening sword 10 is crimped at at least one point 13 or 14, so that constrictions 13, 14 are formed. As shown, the two bruises 13, 14 are rotated by 90 ° relative to one another and, in addition to the constriction, also hold against rotation.
The fastening sword 10 is in at least part of its length in a sack-like casing 30 made of a stretchable material that is difficult to permeate for a filler or binder. This sleeve 30 can be made of a fabric, for example.
A position funnel 40 pushed onto the fastening sword 10 serves as a positioning aid in order to be able to position the block 1 exactly in the hole which has never been drilled precisely.
The pressure of a binding agent pressed into the opening 21 flows through the two pinch points 13, 14 and the binding agent reaches the cap 16 placed at the end of the fastening sword and through its opening 17 into the casing 30. By means of the pressure with which the binding agent is pressed in, the casing 30 expands to such an extent that it clings to the wall of the bore 54 and, if necessary, is also pressed into the holes in the bricks, as far as their elasticity permits.
This results in a very good retention of the block or fitting 1 in the wall 50, whereby an additional holding force against rotation of the fitting is achieved by the pinches 13, 14.
The cost of such an arrangement results from the fact that there are no holes to be drilled or punched in the sword. The end cap 16 serves to ensure that the thinly injected material remains in the block and does not run out. So that there is no or at most a weak thermal bridge created by the block, it can be made of conventional steel or a chromium-nickel steel connection.
It is assumed that the sheath (30) is only present in the area of the brick wall and not in the area of the insulation layer (30) and the sheath is closed at this point with an adhesive tape around the sword (10) on the sword. This is for the purpose that the filler material is only used in the area of the solid base, in order to save costs for the filler material.
