  4. Structure according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening portion (5, 22) is releasable from the connecting portion (7, 24) and/or the window frame (12, 17, 29), or in that the fastening portion (5, 22) is formed in one piece with the connecting portion (7, 24).
  5. Structure according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the anchoring portion (6, 23) is adhesively bonded in the ceiling (3, 19, 31) or connected to a wall plug (33) which is braced in the ceiling (3, 19, 31).
  6. Structure according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the connecting portion (7, 24) and the fastening portion (5, 22) are formed in one piece.

Structure according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting portion (7, 24) engages through the roller shutter box (13, 30) or the venetian blind box (20) in such a way that the end of the connecting portion (7, 24) that is to be connected to the anchoring portion (6, 23) is defined by a filigree ceiling (14) or a semifinished ceiling in the direction of the building envelope of the structure (4, 16, 27), in particular being arranged so as to be spaced apart by 4 - 5 cm.

Fastening element (1, 21) for fastening a window frame (2, 17, 29) to a ceiling (3, 19, 31) of a structure (4, 16, 27) according to Claim 3 or Claim 3 and one of Claims 4 to 7, which fastening element (1, 21) has a fastening portion (5, 22) for connecting the fastening element (1, 21) to the window frame (2, 17; 29), an anchoring portion (6, 23) for anchoring the fastening element (1, 21) in the ceiling (3, 19, 31) of the structure (4, 16, 27), and a connecting portion (7, 24) which connects the fastening portion (5, 22) to the anchoring portion (6, 23), wherein, with the fastening element (1, 21) in a fastened state, the connecting portion (4, 27) extends through a roller shutter box (13, 30) or a venetian blind box (20) of the structure (4, 16, 27) that is arranged between the window frame (2, 17, 29) and the ceiling (3, 19, 31), characterized in that the anchoring portion (23), which is formed integrally with the connecting portion (7, 24), adjoins the connecting portion (7, 24) rectilinearly, and the connecting portion (7, 24) extends vertically starting from the fastening portion (5, 22), wherein the fastening portion (5, 22) is designed as a window frame tie.
  10. Fastening element according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the fastening portion (5, 22) is releasable from the connecting portion (7, 24) and/or the window frame (2, 17, 29), or in that the fastening portion (5, 22) is formed in one piece with the connecting portion (7, 24).
  11. Fastening element according to one of Claims 8 to 10, characterized in that the anchoring portion (6, 23) is designed such that it can be adhesively bonded in the ceiling (3, 19, 31) or such that it can be connected to a wall plug (33) which can be braced in the ceiling (3, 19, 31).
  12. Method for fastening a window frame (2, 17, 29) to a ceiling (3, 19, 31) of a structure (4, 16, 27) according to one of Claims 1 to 7 using a fastening element (1, 21) according to one of Claims 8 to 11, comprising the following steps:
    - introducing the connecting portion (7, 24) into the roller shutter box (13, 30) or into the venetian blind box (20) which is arranged between the window frame (2, 17, 29) and the ceiling (3, 19, 31);
    - fastening the window frame (2, 17, 29) to the fastening portion (5, 22);
    - anchoring the anchoring portion (6, 23) in the ceiling (3, 19, 31).
  13. Method according to Claim 12, characterized in that, after the connecting portion (7, 24) has been introduced into the roller shutter box (13, 30) or into the venetian blind box (20), the anchoring portion (6, 23) is fastened to the connecting portion (7, 24) and then the anchoring portion (6, 23) is anchored in the ceiling (3, 19, 31), in particular by being cast into in situ concrete.
  14. Method according to Claim 12, characterized in that the anchoring portion (6, 23) is introduced into an existing ceiling (3, 19, 31) of the structure (4, 16, 27) and anchored therein, wherein the connecting portion (7, 24) is then connected to the anchoring portion (6, 23) or is formed in one piece therewith.
