Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel enthaltend als aktive Komponente einen Thiooder Dithiophosphorsäureester und seine Verwendung zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen. Die im erfindungsgemässen Mittel enthaltenen neuen Thio- und Dithio-phosphorsäureester haben die Formel I

worin Rl einen Methyl- oder Äthylrest, R2 einen C3-C5Alkylrest, R3 einen C,-C5-Alkyl-, C3-C5-Alkyenyl-, C3-C5-Alkinyl-, Benzyl-, a-Phenethyl- oder p-Phenethylrest, R4 einen Phenylrest oder eine Gruppe der Formel -CH2-COOR3, worin R3 die bereits angegebene Bedeutung hat, und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten.
Alkyl-, Alkenyl- und Alkinylreste in Formel I können verzweigt oder geradkettig sein. Als Alkylreste für R2 und R3 kommen der Methyl-, Äthyl-, n-Propyl-, Isopropyl-, n-Butyl-, Isobutyl-, sec.Butyl- und tert.Butylrest sowie der n-Pentylrest und dessen Isomere in Betracht und als Alkenyl- bzw. Alkinylreste sind z. B. Allyl, Methallyl, 1,2-Dimethylallyl, Propargyl, I-Methyl-2-propinyl, 1,1-Dimethyl-2-propinyl und l-Methyl-l äthyl-2-propinyl zu nennen.
Von besonderer Bedeutung wegen ihrer Wirkung gegen Schädlinge, vor allem gegen Insekten und Vertreter der Ordnung Akarina, sind Thio- und Dithio-phosphorsäureester der oben erwähnten Formel 1, worin: R1 einen Methyl- oder Äthylrest, R2 einen C3 -C5 -Alkylrest, R3 einen C1 -C5 -Alkylrest, R4 einen Phenyl- oder (C-C5-AlkoxyScarbonylmethylrest und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten, und bevorzugt von diesen sind solche, worin R1 einen Äthylrest, R2 einen n-Propylrest, R3 einen Methyl-, Athyl- oder Isppropylrest, R4 einen Phenylrest oder einen Methoxy- oder Athoxy-carbonylmethylrest und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten.
Die neuen Verbindungen der Formel I werden nach im Prinzip bekannten Methoden dadurch erhalten, dass man z. B. a) eine Verbindung der Formel II

In den Formeln II bis IX haben die Substituenten R1 R2, R3, R4 und X die unter Formel I schon angegebenen Bedeutungen, während Hal für ein Halogenatom, insbesondere ein Chlor- oder Bromatom steht. Nur Verbindungen der Formel I worin X Schwefel bedeutet sind durch Verfahren (c) erhältlich.
Die Verfahren (a) und (b) werden bei einer Reaktionstemperatur zwischen -10" und 100 "C, besonders zwischen 20 und 80 "C, bei normalem oder erhöhtem Druck und vorzugsweise in einem gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel vorgenommen. Das Verfahren (c) wird bei einer Reaktionstemperatur von 0" bis 130 "C, bei normalem Druck auch vorzugsweise in Gegenwart eines passenden Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittels durchgeführt.
Als Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel für diese Reaktionen eignen sich z. B. Äther und ätherartige Verbindungen, wie Diäthyläther, Dipropyläther, Dioxan, Dimethoxyäthan und Tetrahydrofuran; Amide wie N,N-di-alkylierte Carbonsäureamide; aliphatische, aromatische sowie halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, insbesondere Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Chloroform und Chiorbenzol; Nitrile wie Acetonitril; DMSD und Ketone wie Aceton und Methyläthylketon. Als Basen für das Verfahren (a) kommen insbesondere tertiäre Amine, wie Trialkylamine, ferner Hydroxide, Oxide, Carbamate und Bicarbonate von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen sowie Alkalimetallalkoholate wie z. B. Kalium-t.butylat und Natrium-methylat in Betracht.
Die als Ausgangsstoffe verwendeten Derivate der Formeln II, lll, V, VI und IX sind bekannt und können analog bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden.
Die Ausgangsstoffe der Formeln IV und VII sind analog dem oben beschriebenen Verfahren (a), aus der entsprechenden Verbindung der Formel II durch deren Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels mit einer Verbindung der Formel X resp. XI

worin Rs, X und Hal die schon angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen, erhältlich.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I liegen als cis/trans Isomeren vor. Wenn deshalb bei der Herstellung einzelne cis bis trans Ausgangsmaterialien nicht verwendet werden, so gelangt man zwangsläufig zu cis/trans Isomerengemischen als Reaktionsprodukt. Unter dem Begriff der gegenwärtigen Erfindung versteht man sowohl die einzelen cis oder trans Isomeren als auch deren Gemische.
Die im erfindungsgemässen Mittel enthaltenen Verbindung gen der Formel I eignen sich zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen, insbesondere zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Vertretern der Ordnung Akarina. Sie können z. B. gegen Insekten der Familien Tettigoniidae, Gryllidae, Gryllotalpidae, Blattidae, Reduviidae, Pyrrhocoridae, Cimicidae, Delphacidae, Aphididae, Diaspididae, Pseudococcidae, Scarabaeidae, Dermestidae, Coccinellidae, Tenebrionidae, Chrysomelidae, Bruchidae, Tineidae, Noctuidae, Lymantriidae, Pyralidae, Culicidae, Tipulidae, Stomoxydae, Trypetidae, Muscidae, Calliphoridae und Pulicidae, sowie Akariden der Familien Tetranychidae und Dermanyssidae, eingesetzt werden.
Den beschriebenen erfindungsgemässen Mitteln lassen sich andere biozide Wirkstoffe oder Mittel beimischen. So können die neuen Mittel ausser den genannten Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I z. B. Insektizide, Fungizide,
Bakterizide, Fungistatika, Bakteriostatika oder Nematizide zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums enthalten.
Die günstige Toxizität der Verbindungen der Formel I gegen Warmblüter soll auch vermerkt werden.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I werden erfindungsge mäss zusammen mit geeigneten Trägern und/oder Zuschlag stoffen gemischt. Geeignete Träger und Zuschlagstoffe kön nen fest oder flüssig sein und entsprechen den in der Formu lierungstechnik üblichen Stoffen wie z. B. natürlichen oder re generierten Stoffen, Lösungs-, Dispergier-, Netz-, Haft-, Ver dickungs-, Binde- und/oder Düngemitteln. Zur Applikation können die Verbindungen der Formel I zu Stäubemitteln, Emulsionskonzentraten, Granulaten, Dispersionen, Sprays, zur Lösungen oder Aufschlämmungen in üblicher Formulierung, die in der Applikationstechnik zum Allgemeinwissen ge.
hören, verarbeitet werden.
Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und/oder Vermahlen von Wirkstoffen der Formel I mit den geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegen über den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispergier- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe können in den folgenden Aufarbeitungsformen vorliegen und angewendet werden:
Feste Aufarbeitungsformen: Stäubemittel Streumittel und Granulate (Umhüllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungsgranulate und Homogengranulate),
Flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen: a) in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate: Spritzpulver, Pasten und Emulsio nen; b) Lösungen: Aerosole.
Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mit teln liegt zwischen 0,1 und 950/o, dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mit anderen ge eigneten Applikationsgeräten auch höhere Konzentrationen eingesetzt werden können.
Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I können beispielsweise wie folgt formuliert werden (Teile bedeuten Gewichtsteile): Stäubemittel: Zur Herstellung eines a) 50/oigen und b) 2obigen Stäubemittels werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: a) 5 Teile Wirkstoff,
95 Teile Talkum; b) 2 Teile Wirkstoff,
1 Teil hochdisperse Kieselsäure,
97 Teile Talkum.
Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den Trägerstoffen vermischt und vermahlen.
Granulat: Zur Herstellung eines 50/oigen Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet:
5 Teile Wirkstoff
0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin,
0,25 Teile Cetylpolyglykoläther,
3,50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol,
91 Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3-0,8 mm)
Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend das Ace ton im Vakuum verdampft.
Spritzpulver: Zur Herstellung eines a) 400/obigen, b) und c) 250/obigen d) 100/oigen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet: a) 40 Teile Wirkstoff,
5 Teile Ligninsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz,
1 Teil Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz,
54 Teile Kieselsäure; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff,
4,5 Teile Calcium-Ligninsulfonat,
1,9 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose
Gemisch (1:1),
1,5 Teile Natrium-dibutyl-naphthalinsulfonat,
19,5 Teile Kieselsäure,
19,5 Teile Champagne-Kreide,
28,1 Teile Kaolin;
c) 25 Teile Wirkstoff,
2,5 Teile Isooctylphenoxy-polyoxyäthylen-äthanol,
1,7 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose

Die Wirkstoffe werden in geeigneten Mischern mit den Zuschlagstoffen innig vermischt und auf entsprechenden Mühlen und Walzen vermahlen. Man erhält Spritzpulver, die sich mit Wasser zu Suspensionen der gewünschten Konzentration verdünnen lassen.
Emulgierbare Konzentrate: Zur Herstellung eines a) 100/oigen und b) 25obigen emulgierbaren Konzentrates werden folgende Stoffe verwendet: a) 10 Teile Wirkstoff
3,4 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl,
3,4 Teile eines Kombinationsemulgators, bestehend aus Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther und Alkylaryl sulfonat-Calcium-Salz,
40 Teile Dimethylformamid,
43,2 Teile Xylol; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff,
2,5 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl,
10 Teile eines Alkylarylsulfonat/Fettalkoholpoly glykoläther-Gemisches,
5 Teile Dimethylformamid,
57,5 Teile Xylol.
Aus solchen Konzentraten können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Emulsionen der gewünschten Konzentration hergestellt werden.
Sprühmittel: Zur Herstellung eines a) 50/oigen und b) 20/obigen Sprühmittels werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet: a) 5 Teile Wirkstoff,
1 Teil Epichlorhydrin,
94 Teile Benzin (Siedegrenzen 160-190 C) b) 2 Teile Wirkstoff,
2 Teil Diazinon,
97 Teile Kerosen.
Aerosol:
0,25 Teile Wirkstoff,
25,00 Teile 1,1,1-Trichloräthan,
24,75 Teile Benzin werden in einer Aerosol
Abfüll-Anlage mit
50,00 Teilen Treibgas bestehend aus Freon 11/12 im Verhältnis 1:1 in Aerosol-Dosen abgefüllt.

11,2 g Kalium-t-butylat werden in 100 ml Acetonitril vorgelegt und 21,6 g Acetylbernsteinsäurediäthylester bei 10 bis 20 "C zugetropft. Anschliessend gibt man auch bei 10 bis 20 "C tropfenweise 20,5 g O-Äthyl-S4n)-propyl-thiochlorphos- phat zu und lässt das Reaktionsgemisch über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur ausreagieren. Man filtriert die Salze ab, entfernt das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum und nimmt den Rückstand in Methylenchlorid auf.
Die Methylenchloridlösung wird nacheinander mit eiskalter, verdünnter Natronlauge und mit Wasser gewaschen und danach im Vakuum bei 50 "C eingedampft. Man erhält 36,6 g des Produktes, O-äthyl- S-(n)-propyl-O.(2,3-diäthoxycarbonyl-1 -methyl- 1-propenyl)- thiolphosphat (Verbindung Nr. 1) als ein hellbraunes Öl:

Baumwollpflanzen wurden mit einer 0,05 /oigen wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem 100/oigen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) besprüht.
Nach dem Antrocknen des Belages wurden die Pflanzen je mit Spodoptera littoralis- oder Heliothis virescens-Larven L3 besetzt. Eine prozentuale Auswertung der erzielten Abtö- tung erfolgte nach 2, 4, 24 und 48 Stunden. Im Falle einer 1000/eigen Abtötung nach 48 Stunden, wurden die Pflanzen erneut mit frischen Versuchstieren besetzt und eine weitere Abtötungsauswertung in gleichen Zeitintervallen bis zu 48 Stunden durchgeführt. Erreichte man wiederum eine 1000/obige Abtötung so wurde der Test noch einmal nach 8 Tagen wiederholt. Als Vergleichsverbindungen nahm man

Phaseolus vulgaris (Buschbohnen) wurden 12 Stunden vor dem Test auf akarizide Wirkung mit einem infestierten Blattstück aus einer Massenzucht von Tetranychus urticae (OP!-sens.) bzw. Tetranychus cinnabarinus (OP.-tol.) belegt.
Die übergelaufenen beweglichen Stadien wurden aus einem Chromatographiezerstäuber mit einem emulgierten Testpräparat enthaltend 400, 200 bzw. 100 ppm. Aktivsubstanz bestäubt, dass kein Ablaufen der Spritzbrühe eintrat. Nach 2 und 7 Tagen wurden Adulte unter dem Binokular auf lebende und tote Individuen ausgewertet und das Ergebnis in Prozenten ausgedrückt. Während der Haltezeit standen die behandelten Pflanzen in Gewächshauskabinen bei 25 "C.

Phaseolus vulgaris (French beans) were coated with an infested piece of leaf from a mass cultivation of Tetranychus urticae (OP! -Sens.) Or Tetranychus cinnabarinus (OP.-tol.) 12 hours before the test for acaricidal activity.
The overflowing mobile stages were obtained from a chromatography nebulizer with an emulsified test preparation containing 400, 200 and 100 ppm, respectively. Active substance dusted so that the spray liquid did not run off. After 2 and 7 days, adults were evaluated for living and dead individuals under the dissecting microscope, and the result was expressed as a percentage. During the holding time, the treated plants stood in greenhouse cabins at 25 "C.
