Die Insassen von Motorfahrzeugen und ganz besonders die Lenker derselben werden oft durch Licht geblendet, das von der vor ihnen liegenden Motorhaube in das Fahrzeug reflektiert wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung vermeidet diese unangenehme und gefährliche Erscheinung durch eine Vorrichtung zum Schutze von Insassen eines Fahrzeuges vor durch Spiegelungen der Motorhaube bewirkter Blendung durch die Windschutzscheibe, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass sie aus einer rechteckigen Platte besteht, die beidenends kipp- und festellbar in Haltern befestigt ist, mit deren Hilfe die Platte auf dem Instrumentenbrett hinter der Windschutzscheibe befestigbar ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung dargestellt. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Ansicht einer erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung in der montierten Lage in einem Fahrzeug von dessen Lenkersitz aus gesehen und
Fig. 2 die Einzelteile der Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 in aus einandergezogenem Zustand.
Mit 4 sind zwei streifenförmige Halter bezeichnet, die von einem länglichen Schlitz 12 durchsetzt sind und an ihrem einen Ende einen Saugnapf 10 tragen. Mittels dieser Saugnäpfe 10 sind die beiden Halter, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, unmittelbar hinter der Windschutzscheibe eines Fahrzeuges auf dem dahinterliegenden, honzontalen Teil der Instrumentenbrettverschalung befestigt. Sie tragen zwischen sich eine längliche rechteckige Platte 18 aus gefärbtem durchsichtigem, durchscheinendem oder undurchsichtigem Material, z. B.
Kunststoff, die längs ihrer einen Längskante mit einem Stab 20 versehen ist, dessen Enden von den Breitseiten der Platte 18 vorragen und dort je mit einem Gewinde versehen sind. Die beiden vorragenden Enden des Stabes 20 durchsetzen unter Zwischenlage einer Unterlagsscheibe 3 die Schlitze 12 der Halter 4. Durch je eine - unter Zwischenlage weiterer Unterlagsscheiben 5 und 6, wobei die letztgenannte eine Vierkantöffnung 8 aufweist - auf die mit Gewinde versehenen Enden der Stange 20 aufgeschraubte randrierte Mutter 7 ist die Platte zwischen den Haltern in verschiedenen Höhenlagen und Schwenklagen ver- und feststellbar. Die Einstellung der Schwenk- und Höhenlage der Platte 18 wird vom Lenker so vorgenommen, dass die obere Kante der Platte 18 von ihm ausgesehen bündig mit der vordersten Kante der Motorhaube verläuft.
In dieser Weise befindet sich die Platte 18 stets zwischen den Augen des Lenkers und allfällig von der Motorhaube durch die Windschutzscheibe hindurch reflektierten Strahlen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Vorrichtung zum Schutze von Insassen eines Fahrzeuges vor durch Spiegelungen der Motorhaube bewirkter Blendung durch die Windschutzscheibe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einer rechteckigen Platte besteht, die beidenends kippund feststellbar in Haltern befestigt ist, mit deren Hilfe die Platte auf dem Instrumentenbrett hinter der Windschutzscheibe befestigbar ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte eine längs ihrer einen Längsseite verlaufende Stange mit beidseits vorragenden Enden aufweist, welche Enden Schlitze der Halter durchsetzen und in diesen Schlitzen längsverstellbar sowie schwenkbar sind.
2. Vorrichtung nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter durch Streifen gebildet sind, die von einem Schlitz durchsetzt sind und an ihrem einen Ende einen Saugnapf tragen.
