Le procede selon 1'invention envisage plus particulie- rement l'amelioration de 1'adhesion ä des surfaces de materiaux qui, normalement, donnent lieu ä des diffi- cult6s.
De nombreux materiaux presentent des difficultes considerables lorsqu'on desire creer entre eux des forces d'adhesion, notamment pour foxmer ä partir d'eux des stratifies (ensemble de deux ou plusieurs Couches ou films adherant les uns aux autres) ou bien lorsqu'on desire realiser la soudure de matieres plastiques ou encore lorsque, 1'un de Ces materiaux etant une surface solide et 1'autre une surface liquide, par exemple une encre ou un enduit devant adherer ä cette surface solide, an desire faire adherer cette encre ou cet enduit de fapn permanente. Sont remarquables parmi eux, les matieres plastiques hydrophobes telles que le polyethylene, le polypropylene, le polystyrene et autres polyolefines, le chlorirre de polyvinyle, les polymeres ou copolymeres du Chlorure de vinylidene, les resines acryliques hydropho- bes telles que le polyacrylonitrile.
L'adhesion des rnatieres plastiques implique habituel- lement 1'emploi d'adhesifs specialement prepares ou 1'application dune chaleur suffisante pour fondre ou ramollir la matiere plastique, en provoquant ainsi la distorsion ou deformation de surface ou de volume et la deterioration de 1'aspect ou 1'apparence de la surface. Dans le cas du polyethylene et du polypropylene, des procedes speciaux ont ete developpes ou mis au point pour rendre les surfaces de Ces matieres plastiques aptes ä etre imprimees ou decorees, par exemple les procedes de decharge par effet couronne (surfaces soumises ä des decharges electriques entre des electrodes espacees ali- mentees en courant alternatif ou continu) et les proce- des ä la flamme ou de flambage, qui modifient chimi- quement la surface solide continue des matieres plasti- ques en lui conferant ainsi une affinite pour des encres. Ces modifications chimiques de la surface solide conti- nue precitee presentent cependant 1'inconvenient de dimi- nuer son aptitude ä l'adherence.

L'effet peut etre demontre, etabli ou mis en evidence par exemple dans 1e cas de 1'adherence reciproque d'un film de matiere plastique et dune encre par frottement manuel de la surface d'un film ou d'une pellicule de chlorirre de polyvinyle avec un tissu ou une etoffe de coton et en attouchant ou mettant la surface frottee en contact avec une encre, par exemple une encre pr6sen- tant une emulsion aqueuse d'un polymere acrylique qui ne presente normalement pas d'affinit6 du tout pour cette matiere. L'effet est demontre ou etabli au mieux en frot- taut le film ä travers un stencil de fagon que 1e frotte- ment ait lieu ä travers les trous. Lors de 1'application subsequente de 1'encre sirr toute la surface, il s'avere que 1'encre adhere facilement aux zones ou regions frottkes et se retire des zones ou regions couvertes par le stencil. L'effet inverse peut etre produit en frottant le film sup- port6 par 1e stencil. Pour realiser une adhesion 1e long dune fine ligne, 1e frottement peut ehre applique au moyen d'un fix m6talli- que ou dun fil textile, une pression legere ou forte etant appliquee au moyen dune roue tournante rainuree ou d'un-gabarit rainure, les Films ä faire adherer suivant la ligne precitee etant poses dans la rainure ou gorge entre 1e ril metallique ou textile et la roue ou 1e gabarit.

Selon un autre mode de realisation du procede de 1'invention, une matiere=dont an veut provoquer 1'adhe- sion ä une surface non textile est appliquee par des moyens electriques sous forme liquide ou solide apres 1e traitement de ladite surface non textile par frottement ou avant ledit traitement.
Un cas particulier de mise en Oeuvre de la presente invention consiste ä soumettre au frottement precite un assemblage de Couches, de faron ä forcer les Couches adjacentes ä adherer les unes aux autres dans les zones ou regions traitees ; il est en effet possible d'obtenir 1'effet decrit plus haut ä travers un assemblage de deux ou d'un plus grand nombre de films.
Cette aptitude ou faculte d'obtenir une adhesion amelioree dune surface en frottant la surface opposee, est d'un interet considerable dans 1'application commer- ciale du procede selon 1'invention, par exemple dans 1e cas de 1'adhesion de deux feuilles ou films ensemble puis- qu'elle permet aux deux Couches d'etre assemblees et ä la friction d'etre appliquee ä la surface exterieure ou interieure de 1'un d'eux ou des deux, immediatement avant de les presser ensemble ou sensiblement en meine temps que cela.

L'aptitude ä 1'adhesion peut etre augmentee par 1'effet auxiliaire dü ä la mise en Oeuvre dune charge elec- trostatique obtenue en soumettant 1e film, la feuille ou tout autre article, ä un champ eleetrique d'intensite ele- vee, comme par exemple en 1e vehiculant entre des Pla- ques, des rouleaux ou analogues eleves au potentiel eleve necessaire. Ceci ne ressemble en aucune maniere ä la methode de traitement par decharge ä effet cou- ronne, du Fait qu'il n'y a pas de decharge par etincelle ou par flamme, que la nature chimique de la surface demeure inchangee et que ses proprietes de soudage ou de scellement ä la chaleur demeurent inalterees.

Le procede peut eire execute par exemple en employant une Plaque metallique, par exemple une Pla- que de condensateur, chargee ä un potentiel elevd, comme Plaque de support pour les films. Un potentiel ä courant alternatif ou ä courant continu de plus de 1000 volts et, de preference, de Fordre de 5000 volts peut etre utilise.

0n peut ainsi realiser par une operation unique de frottement la Formation de plusieurs ensembles de Cou ches ou Films adherant les uns aux autres, Ces ensembles etant separes les uns des autres par de telles Couches fortement resistantes ä 1'adhesion.
Parrni les materiaux qui peuvent etre rendus aptes ä 1'adhesion sofft ä 1'etat revetu ou non revetu, conforme- ment au procede selon la presente invention, figurent 1e polyethylene, 1e polypropylene, 1e polystyrene et d'autres polyolefines, 1e Chlorure de polyvinyle, les polymeres et copolymeres du Chlorure de vinylidene, et les resines acryliques hydrophobes telles que 1e polyacrylonitrile et 1e polymethylmethacrylate. Le procede selon Finvention est particulierement adapte ä la formation de tels produits constitues ä par- tir dune Base en papier ou en carton mince et de matieres plastiques sous forme de films ou feuilles, eventuellement ä.1'etat de mousses. En particulier an obtient une tres Bonne adhesion des polyolefines ä de telles bases. De tels films de matiere plastique sont extrudes en continu ou enduits sur 1e substrat selon les techniques connues. Pour ameliorer 1'adhesion du film ou substrat, 1e procede selon Finvention est mis en ceuvre sur 1'ensemble ainsi produit, sofft directement, sofft ä travers un materiau resistant ä 1'adhesion tel que la cellulose regeneree par exemple par moyen d'un rou- leau tournant rapidement.

Du fait que 1'effet adhesif ou adherant du procede selon Finvention est transmis ä travers une epaisseur considerable de matiere, 1e procede peut etre utilise pour faire adherer des materiaux tres epais, comprenant des pieces ou parties de joints en matiere plastique ou de joints en mauere plastique et en metal.
Le procede selon Finvention est egalement applica- ble ä la realisation, saus utilisation d'adhesif, de 1'adhe- sion de tissus ou etoffes en textile synthetique, par exemple de nylon, de polyester ou de polyacrylonitrile ou de films, feuilles, ou mousses ou d'autres tissus ou etoffes qui peuvent eire constitues de fibres naturelles ou synthetiques. Une application particuliere du pro ced6 selon Finvention concerne la fabrication de eols semi-rigides ou de tissus ou etoffes semi-rigides pour emploi dans la confection, dans 1e metier de tailleur ou dans la couture. La pratique connue consistait ä realiser un assemblage comprenant une premiere couche cons- tituee par un tissu ou un fiten fait en une matiere solu- ble ou fusible et une seconde couche de tissu par exem- ple en coton ou en une autre fibre naturelle, cette seconde couche pouvant etre, en variante, placee en sandwich entre deux Couches du type de la premiere couche precitee, Fadhesion se faisant, dans les deux cas, au moyen de solvants ou de la chaleur.

La Pression peut etre tont ä fait legere avec des films minces, mais un leger accroissement de Pression est desi- rable dans 1e cas de films ou de feuilles plus lourds et la Pression exacte peut aussi dependre du poids moleculaire du polymere constituant 1e film.
Exemple <I>2</I> Le processus de 1'exemple 1 est repete en rempla- @ant la couche inferieure de polyethylene par du carton ou par une matiere textile, en utilisant une vitesse de moteur de 27000 tours par minnte et en reduisant la vitesse de Passage au-dessus de 1'assemblage des fihns ä 150 cm/mn tont en exerrant une certaine Pression.
Exemple <I>3</I> Le processus de 1'exemple 1 est repete en rempla@ant 1e film de polyethylene par un film mince de copolymere chlorure de vinyle-chlorure de vinylidene ( < (Saran ). Le meine type de traitement peut etre applique pour faire adherer entre eux des fihns de chlorure de polyvinyle comparativement epais, par exemple de 0,2 mm d'epais- seur. Exemple <I>4</I> De la cellulose regeneree, pourvue d'un revetement d'impermeabilisation ä 1'eau et pour usages analogues, est placee sur 1e dessus d'un film en acetate de cellulose et soumis au traitement avec la machine polisseuse qui tourne ä 27000 tours par minnte et qui est tiree, trainee ou passee sur 1'ensemble ou 1'assemblage ä environ 150 cm/mn. Ort realise ainsi 1'adhdsion des deux mate- riaux precites. Exemple <I>5</I> Un assemblage est realise comme suit a) une Plaque de support metallique comportant un Baufrage ou un motif en relief quelconque ou bien une Plaque de support metallique plane et unie sur laquelle a ete appliquee une grille m6tal- lique mince ; b) un film de polyethylene colore ; c) deux films de polyethylene non colore ou inco- lore ; d) un film de cellulose regdneree. Une tete polisseuse en feutre, tournant ä 27000 tours par minnte, est passee sur la couche superieure ä une vitesse de 150 cm/mn et sous une certaine Pression et il en resulte que les trois films de polyethylene adherent les uns aux autres et apparaissent alors sous forme d'un film unique colore, adherant seulement aux endroits cor- respondant au motif en relief de la Plaque de support ou de la grille precitee. Exemple <I>6</I> L'assemblage est compose de la fa@on suivante. a) une Plaque de support metallique ; b) une feuille coloree d'acetate de cellulose ; c) deux films de polypropylene coule ou moule ; d) un film de cellulose regeneree.
Le frottement est applique au moyen dune tete polis- seuse I> en feutre ou en caoutchouc, tournant ä 27000 tours par minnte et passee au-dessus de 1'ensemble ou assem- Blage ä<B>150</B> cm/mn sous une legere Pression. Les Parties de la surface superieure de 1'acetate de cellulose colore et frotte adherent ä la surface inferieure des deux films de polypropylene qui adherent 1'un ä 1'autre.
Exemple <I>7</I> L'assemblage est compose de a) une surface de support ; b) un film de cellulose regeneree si la surface de support West pas un metal ; c) deux films de polyethylene ; d) un film de cellulose regeneree ; e) deux films de polyethylene ; f) un film de cellulose regeneree ; g) deux films de polyethylene ; h) un film de cellulose regeneree.
Une roue ou meule garnie de feutre, tournant ä une vitesse d'approximativement 27000 tours par minnte, est passee au-dessus de la surface suivant une ligne droite ä une vitesse lineaire de 150 cm/mn et sous une Pression de 100 ä 200 g,'cm2. Trois paires de films de polyethylene sont ainsi formees, dans chacune desquelles les deux films adherent solidement entre eux.
Exemple <I>8</I> L'assemblage est compose de a) une surface de support ; b) un film de cellulose regeneree si la surface n'est pas un metal et si 1e laminage sur celui-ci West pas desire ; c) deux films de polypropylene ; d) deux films de polyethylene ; e) deux films de polypropylene oriente ; f) un film de cellulose regeneree.
Une roue ou meule garnie de feutre, est passee au- dessus de la surface dans les conditions de 1'exemple 7 ci-dessus. L'adhesion se produit entre des films similai- res, mais non entre des films dissemblables.
Exemple <I>9</I> Une assez Bonne adhesion a etd observee entre des matieres plastiques dissemblables dans 1'assemblage sui- vant: a) un support ; b) un film de polypropylene oriente ; c) deux couches de film de polyethylene ; d) un film de polypropylene oriente ; e) un film de cellulose regeneree.
Une roue ou meule, garnie de feutre, est passee en tournant au-dessus de la surface ä approximativement 27000 tours par minnte et trainee en travers de la sur- face de 1'ensemble ä une vitesse d'environ 2,5 cm/sec. Une adhesion ferne est constatee particulierement du film de polypropylene oriente inferieur au polyethylene, qui est egalement scelle ä lui-meme.
Dans tous ces exemples, une diminution de la charge peut eire compensee par un accroissement de la vitesse motrice de la roue ou meule garnie de feutre ou des moyens de frottements similaires et, ä une vitesse de 27000 tours par minnte, peu ou pas de Pression du tont est necessaire pour 1'adhesion, la tete polisseuse etant passee simplement ä la maniere dune brosse par-dessus la surface. Exemple <I>10</I> Adhesion <I>du</I> polypropylene <I>ä la</I> fibre <I>de</I> verre Un assemblage est r6alise comme suit a) une matiere de support telle qu'une feuille de Polyester ; b) un film de polypropylene cou16 ; c) une 6toffe ou pike de fibre de verre tiss6e ; d) un film de polypropylene cou16 ; e) une feuille de toile ä dessin d'architecte (impr6- gnee de Polyester).
Une töte de polissage Dremel, garnie de feutre, tour- nant ä 25000 tours par minnte, est pass6e ä une vitesse d'environ 75 cm/mn et sous une certaine Pression (envi- ron 70 g/cm2) Sur la toile ä dessin d'architecte. Les deux films de polypropylene cou16 adherent alors aux deux cöt6s de 1'6toffe en fibre de verre.
Exemple <I>11</I> Adhesion <I>de</I> bois, <I>de</I> matiere plastique, <I>de Papier et</I> <I>de</I> matiere plastique Un assemblage est r6alise comme suit a) une piece de bois contreplaqu6 ; , b) un tilm de polyethylene ; c) une feuille de Papier, ; d) un film de polypropylene orient6 ; e) un film de cellulose r6g6n6r6e.
La töte de polissage garnie de feutre est passee par- 25000 tours par minnte, est pass6e plusieurs fois sur 1'assemblage ou ensemble ä une vitesse lin6aire de 50 cm/mn et sous une Pression d'environ 100 ä 200 g/cm2. Les mat6riaux a) ä d) sont rendus adh6rents lös uns aux autres.
Exemple <I>12</I> Adhesion <I>de Papier, de textile et de</I> matiere plastique Un assemblage est r6alis6 comme suit a) une feudle de polyt6trafluor6thylene ; b) une feuille de Papier ; c) une epaisseur de fiten de polypropylene orient6 retr6cissable ; d) un tissu ou une 6toffe tisse en fils ou monofils de polypropylene ; e) une seconde 6paisseur de film de polypropylene oriente retr6cissable ; f) un film de cellulose r6g6n6ree.
La töte de polissage garnie de feutre est passee par dessus 1'ensemble ou 1'assemblage de la fagon d6crite Jans 1'exemple 2 et 1e Papier, 1e tissu de polypropylene et lös films de polypropylene adherent alors lös uns aux autres.
Exemple <I>13</I> Adhesion <I>du</I> polyethylene avee insertion d'un <I>f il de</I> laiton Un assemblage est r6alis6 comme suit a) une feuille de support de polyt6trafluorethylene ; b) trois feuilles de film de poly6thylene de Brande resistance ; c) un fil de laiton intercalaire ou d'insertion ; d) trois feuilles de film de poly6thylene de Brande resistance ; e) un film de cellulose r6g6ner6e. La töte de polissage garnie de feutre, r6gl6e ä une vitesse d'environ 25000 tours par minnte, est passee plu- sieurs fois sur 1'ensemble ou assemblage, comme d6crit dans 1'exemple 2, jusqu'ä ce que lös feuilles de poly6thy- lene adherent lös unes aux autres de fagon que 1e fil soit enrob6.
Exemple <I>14</I> Adhesion <I>de textiles</I> Un assemblage est RTI ID="0006.0270" WI="14" HE="4" LX="1499" LY="577"> constitu6 comme suit a) une feuille de polytetrafluorethylene formant ma- tiere de Support ; b) un tissu ou une 6toffe de nylon ; c) un tissu ou une 6toffe de nylon ; d) un film de cellulose reg6n6r6e.
Une töte de polissage, dure, garnie de feutre, tour- nant ä 27000 tours par minnte, est d6plac6e Sur 1'ensem- ble ou assemblage ä une vitesse d'environ 150 cm/mn et sous une 16gere Pression, gräce ä quoi lös deux mat6- riaux textiles en nylon adherent 1'un ä 1'autre. La m6- thode peut etre utilisee pour faire adh6rer des textiles dissemblables, par exemple des tissus ou 6toffes en textile naturel et synth6tique.
Exemple <I>15</I> Adhesion <I>de</I> mousse <I>de</I> polystyrene <I>ä du Papier</I> Un assemblage est constitu6 comme suit a) une Plaque de m6tal ; b) une feuille de mousse de polystyrene decorative ; c) une mince feuille de Papier ; d) un film de cellulose r6g6neree.
* Une töte douce, molle ou souple, garnie de feutre, est placee sur un polissoir Dremel qui est r6gle pour toumer ä 20000 tours par minnte.
La töte est alors passee ä vitesse 61ev6e (300 cm/mn) mais sous une Faible Pression sur 1'ensemble ou assem- blage ; ä la Suite de ce traitement, 1e Papier adhere ä la mousse de polystyrene.
Exemple <I>16</I> Produit stratifie <I>en</I> mousse <I>de</I> polyurethane <I>et film de Polyester</I> Un assemblage est constitue comme suit a) une Plaque metallique ; b) un morceau de mousse de polyurethane ; c) un film de Polyester ; d) un film de cellulose r6g6n6r6e.
Une töte- Bure, garnie de feutre, tournant ä 25000 tours par minnte, est pass & sous une legere Pression Sur 1'ensemble ou assemblage ä une vitesse lin6aire de 75 em/mn. Le film de Polyester adhere alors ä la mousse. Exemple <I>17</I> Un film ou une feuille de polyethylene est frott6 loca- lement avec un tampon ou Patin de feutre mou, tendre ou doux. n peut constater que 1'angle de contact de 1'eau est augment6 dans lös zones ou r6gions frott6es. Une encre flexographique, par exemple une encre d'im- pression appe16e < c Flexogloss , vendue par la firme am6ricaine Sun Chemical Corporation (encre ä base d'al- cool) est ensuite appliqu6e ä la brosse sur tonte la sur- face. En appliquant 1'essai au ruban Scotch ou ruban adhésif, l'adhésion de l'encre se révèle améliorée dans les zones ou régions frottées. En appliquant l'épreuve du ruban Scotch, on constate que l'adhésion de l'encre est fortement améliorée dans les zones frottées.
<I>Exemple 18</I> Un film de chlorure de polyvinyle plastifié est traité comme dans l'exemple 17, excepté que du coton est uti lisé à la place du feutre.
Le frottement s'effectue à travers un stencil et on applique ensuite à la brosse, sur toute la surface du film une encre constituée par une émulsion aqueuse colorée d'un polymère acrylique. L'encre adhère aux zonès frot tées et se retire des zones non frottées.
<I>Exemple 19</I> Un film ou feuille de polypropylène non orienté est frotté avec un tampon ou une pelote de fibres de nylon pendant qu'il est supporté par du verre. La surface de ce film ou feuille présente alors des caractéristiques d'adhésion remarquables vis-à-vis de produits tels que l'acide fluorhydrique et les solvants organiques suivants l'alcool éthylique, l'éthylèneglycol, le diéthylène-glycol et la diméthylformamide ; cette surface est également ren due apte à l'adhésion des encres flexographiques.
<I>Exemple 20</I> Deux épaisseurs de film de polypropylène isotactique orienté biaxialement sont placées l'une au-dessus de l'au tre et frottées au moyen d'une roue ou meule de polis sage à la silicone actionnée par moteur et entraînée à 25000 tours par minute et tirée ou traînée par-dessus elles avec un léger contact à une vitesse de 7,5 cm/sec, tandis qu'elles sont supportées par une plaque d'alumi nium. A la suite de ce traitement les deux films adhèrent l'un à l'autre sur toute la surface frottée. Par contraste avec les procédés connus d'adhésion à la chaleur, il y a peu ou aucune tendance des films à se plisser ou se rider dans les zones d'adhésion.
<I>Exemple 21</I> Un film de polypropylène est placé sur une étoffe tis sée en fibres de polypropylène. Une roue ou meule de polissage, garnie de feutre, est tirée ou traînée par-des sus l'ensemble ou l'assemblage et provoque l'adhésion du film au tissu.
<I>Exemple 22</I> Un film de polypropylène orienté de 0,025 mm d'épaisseur fut posé sur une plaque métallique consti tuant le plateau d'un condensateur chargé alimenté par un générateur à courant alternatif d'environ 12 volts,<B>0,10</B> ampère et 2000 hertz, ce film fut immédiatement frotté dans ces conditions avec un chiffon de coton pendant une demi-minute environ. Une encre d'aniline fut appli quée à la brosse sur le film et séchée. Après séchage, on observa que l'encre adhérait remarquablement bien au film de polypropylène (essai au ruban adhésif) ; on ob serva des résultats analogues, en opérant dans les mêmes conditions, en appliquant, au lieu d'une encre d'aniline, une peinture aqueuse à base acrylique.
<I>Exemple 23</I> <I>Encrage d'un film de polypropylène</I> La surface d'un film de polypropylène est brossée doucement avec un tampon ou bourrelet de coton préa lablement imbibé de fines particules de noir de carbone. Le film peut ensuite, si on le désire, être chauffé douce ment dans un courant d'air chaud, par les lampes à rayons infrarouges, ou par d'autres moyens. Une encre flexographique est ensuite appliquée à la surface en uti lisant un étendeur de film. Le film est ensuite séché. Une très bonne adhésion de l'encre est obtenue.
<I>Exemple 24</I> Un film de polypropylène orienté est saupoudré de limaille de fer et frotté avec un tampon ou bourrelet de coton, la limaille étant ensuite enlevée par frottement et de l'encre est appliquée à partir d'un étendeur de film, ou au moyen d'une brosse, d'un pulvérisateur ou d'un appareil à projection ou à aspersion. L'échantillon est ensuite séché.
Ce traitement a pour résultat une amélioration subs tantielle de l'adhésion. La limaille de fer peut être rem placée par d'autres particules métalliques, telles que le bronze, le nickel, etc.
<I>Exemple 25</I> <I>Adhésion de cellophane nue ou non revêtue</I> <I>sur de la mousse de polyester</I> L'assemblage se compose de a) une plaque de métal ; b) de la mousse polyester ; c) un film de cellophane nue ou non revêtue.
Une roue ou meule, garnie de feutre mou et tournant à approximativement 30000 tours par minute, est passée sur la cellophane ce qui force ce matériau à adhérer de façon permanente à la mousse de polyester ; dans le cas de grandes surfaces on remplace la roue par un rouleau de feutre.
<I>Exemple 26</I> <I>Adhésion d'un film de cellophane nue ou non revêtue</I> <I>sur une feuille mince de copolymère chlorure de</I> <I>vinyle-chlorure de</I> vinylidène <I>( </I> Saran <I> )</I> L'assemblage se compose de a) une feuille épaisse de Teflon ; b) un film d'enveloppe de Saran ; c) un film de cellophane nue ou non revêtue<B>;</B> d) un film de cellophane nue ou non revêtue.
Une roue ou meule, garnie de feutre doux, et tour nant à environ 30000 tours par minute, réalise le frotte ment du film supérieur de cellophane, et permet de faire adhérer le film inférieur de cellophane sur l'enveloppe de Saran .
Le même assemblage peut être utilisé pour obtenir quelque adhésion entre un film de nylon ou un film de polyester et la cellophane, mais une pression et une vitesse accrues sont nécessaires.
Claims (11)
- REVENDICATION Procédé pour rendre une première surface solide apte à adhérer à au moins des zones d'une seconde surface, solide ou liquide, continue ou discontinue, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à soumettre ladite première surface à un frottement appliqué directement à ladite surface ou à travers une couche intermédiaire. SOUS-REVENDICATIONS 1. Procédé suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce qu'une matière dont on veut provoquer l'adhésion à une surface non textile, est appliquée par des moyens méca niques sous forme liquide ou solide après le traitement de ladite surface non textile par frottement.
- 2. Procédé suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce qu'une matière dont on veut provoquer l'adhésion à une surface non textile, est appliquée par des moyens élec triques sous forme liquide ou solide après le traitement de ladite surface non textile par frottement ou avant ledit traitement.
- 3. Procédé suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce qu'un assemblage de couches est soumis au frotte ment, ce qui force les couches adjacentes à adhérer les unes aux autres dans les zones ou régions traitées.
- 4. Procédé suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce que le frottement est appliqué à travers une couche d'une matière fortement résistante à l'adhésion et dans des conditions telles que ladite matière fortement résis tante n'adhère pas.
- 5. Procédé suivant la revendication et la sous-reven- dication 4, caractérisé en ce que la matière résistante à l'adhésion est constituée par de la cellulose régénérée nue ou non revêtue.
- 6. Procédé suivant la revendication et la sous-reven- dication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage précité est mis au contact au cours du frottement, avec un support gaufré ou possédant des parties en creux et des parties en relief, de façon à réaliser l'adhésion des couches de cet assemblage, uniquement suivant des zones corres pondant aux reliefs dudit support.
- 7. Procédé suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique une charge électrique à la matière soumise au frottement.
- 8. Procédé suivant la revendication et la sous-revendi- cation 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière non textile soumise au frottement est traitée dans un champ électri que ou électromagnétique (par des ondes courtes).
- 9. Procédé suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce que l'une desdites surfaces est celle d'un produit extrudé dont on réalise l'adhésion suivant cette surface avec une autre matière, suivant l'autre desdites surfaces, en sou mettant l'ensemble formé par ce produit extrudé et cette matière à un frottement.
- 10. Procédé suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce que le frottement est effectué en ligne suivant certai nes zones des couches précitées, dans le but d'obtenir l'adhésion de ces zones, lesdites couches étant simulta nément découpées dans lesdites zones ou à proximité immédiate de celles-ci.
- 11. Procédé suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique sur la surface soumise au frottement, avant réalisation de ce frottement, simultanément ou bien à la suite de celui-ci, des particules solides ou un liquide approprié, de façon à augmenter la force d'adhésion.
