Bei Beton brücken oder Betonstrassen will man ebenfalls den vier eckigen oder rechteckigen Deckel-Rost an die Bordkante der Strasse anschliessend verlegen;
In.
in Ansicht dargestellt.
Drainage inlet shaft The invention relates to a drainage inlet shaft with a cover grate and a tub with drainage connection. Such manholes are used on roads and bridges to collect rainwater,
Drain water from melting snow or from road cleaning into the sewerage pipe designed for this purpose. If these are laid in the floor, the connecting pipes can always be adapted to the drainage nozzle of the tub.
In the case of concrete bridges or concrete roads, one also wants to move the four-cornered or rectangular cover grate to the curb of the street;
but here the position of the sewer pipe is precisely predetermined. As a non-load-bearing element, for static reasons this is assigned a precisely determined place where it is also not in the way of the reinforcing bars.
The connecting pipe from the drainage connection of the tub to the collecting pipe can no longer be laid arbitrarily. Both the difference in height (because of the required gradient) and the angular position in relation to the collecting pipe are precisely defined and also differ from case to case.
Things get even more complicated when the bridge has a slope and you want to align the connecting pipes with the direction of flow. So far it has been done so by having the drainage inlet shafts poured according to the respective case.
It is clear that this made construction more expensive and, under certain circumstances, led to delays if the castings were not delivered on time.
The invention seeks to remedy this by creating a drainage inlet shaft, which is characterized by the fact that the tub has a round, flanged opening into which an intermediate piece holding the grate and a collar protruding into the opening is inserted, which is supported by adjusting screws on the flange, in such a way that
that by rotating the drain pan the drain clip in its direction and with the help of the adjusting screws ben in its distance and its inclination with respect to the lid grate is continuously adjustable within certain limits.
Because the cover does not rest directly on an edge of the tub, but on an intermediate piece with a collar protruding into the tub, the drainage connection of the tub can be rotated in any direction with respect to the cover grate and within a certain amount of height and angle Stepless boundaries
adjusted. Around. To achieve this adjustment, there must of course be a fairly wide gap between the collar of the intermediate piece and the round opening of the tub. If this is perceived as a disadvantage, the intermediate piece can also be designed in two parts,
these parts, together with the tub, have a cylindrical and a spherical sealing surface. In the drawing, some embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown: Fäg.l shows a built-in drainage inlet shaft in section.
2 shows a view of the same inlet chute from above, partly in section, FIGS. 3-6 the same inlet chute in different positions in view, FIGS. 7-10 some variants of an inlet chute with a two-part intermediate piece,
in. A schematic sectional view and Fig.ll and 12 an inlet shaft according to the scheme of FIG. 7 in section and in view.
The inlet shaft shown in FIGS. 1-6 essentially has the following parts: a cover grate 1, an intermediate piece 2 and a trough 3 with a drain connection 4.
The intermediate piece is supported by means of adjusting screws 5, which are provided with locking nuts 6, on the flange 7 of the tub. and a sludge collecting pan 9, which is provided with overflow openings 10, rests on an edge 8 of the intermediate piece. A drain pipe 11, which leads to a collecting pipe (not shown), is placed on the drain nozzle.
The tub and the pipes are completely embedded in concrete 12. This is covered with a waterproof film 13, on which a covering, for example a. Asphalt bitumen covering 14 is attached. The cover 1 is rectangular and has kinked slots 15.
It rests on an edge 16 of the intermediate piece. This is therefore rectangular at the top corresponding to the lid grate and has a collar 17 at the bottom, which protrudes with play into the circular opening of the tub. The flange 7 of the tub is also circular. The:
Between piece 2, however, is, as I said above, rectangular and there are three cams 18 attached, which are provided with threaded holes for the adjusting screws 5. The cams are attached so that the set screws can always rest on the flange 7,
even if the tub with the drain connection piece is rotated into an arbitrary position with respect to the intermediate piece or is brought into an inclined position (see Fig. 3-6). The tub itself is pot-shaped, round with a sloping bottom, because this shape results in a simple casting. It could also be shaped differently if it only has a circular opening with a flange from above.
When installing the inlet duct, the relatively wide gap between the opening of the tub and the collar of the intermediate piece will be sealed, for example by means of a thick hemp cord 20 or pieces of styrofoam,
before applying the covering 14 or if you want to fix the intermediate piece by means of a mortar edge. The flange. 7 of the tub has the advantage that the waterproof film 13 rests on it so that no water penetrates the concrete during construction. You can also connect the intermediate piece 2 to the tub 3 beforehand by,
After the position of the cover with respect to the tub and its drainage connection has been determined, holes are drilled in the flange 7 and a fastening wire is placed around the cams 18, as indicated at 21 in FIG.
Various installation positions of the inlet shaft described are shown in FIGS. 3-6. In. Fig. 3 is the distance: the center of the drainage connection to the top of the grate cover = Ho and the angle of the drainage connection to the cover surface = ao. With respect to the cover, the Stut zen can be rotated a full 360, as the arrows 30 indicate.
In Fig. 4, the distance H is shown enlarged to H1 and the angle a to a1. In Fig. 5, however, the inclination of the outlet nozzle is reduced to a2, his stand from the OK of the lid is now H2. Furthermore, use has been made here of the possibility
to use the gap between the tub and the nozzle for a small lateral displacement x. This can be of advantage when small inaccuracies have to be compensated so that the cover grate or the edge of the intermediate piece 2 exactly on the curb. on the road.
In Fig. 6, the height setting = H3, the inclination to the surface of the lid grate = a3 and: the rotation with respect to the parallel edges of the lid grate = ss.
7-10 show some variants with a two-part intermediate piece, in a schematic representation. Because these parts and the tub together have a spherical and a cylindrical sealing surface, the adjustment of the outlet connection with respect to the lid grate can be accomplished without large gaps between the parts.
In the designs according to FIGS. 7 and 8, the sealing surfaces between the lower intermediate piece and the tub are spherical. In the embodiments according to FIGS. 9 and 10, however, the sealing surfaces between the lower and the upper intermediate piece are spherical. Depending on which part is designed as a ball socket, the heavy rent point M1 is high or low for the spherical up processing area.
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 7 and 9, a lower part (tub - or lower intermediate piece) forms a type of ball socket and is the center of the ball M1; above, in the embodiments according to FIGS. 8 and 10, it is the other way round. In FIGS. 7 to 10, the adjustment of the drain connection is indicated with angles a.
As described for Fig. 1-6, the distance between the drainage nozzle is adjustable under OK of the grate cover and can be rotated 360 with respect to this. Furthermore, it is indicated with dotted lines that the tub could be designed with a downwardly directed drainage nozzle instead of a lateral one.
The tub according to FIGS. 1-6 could also be designed in this way. Incidentally, it should be noted that in all the embodiments shown, the cylindrical piece, be it on the upper or lower intermediate piece, or even with a one-piece intermediate piece as in Fig. 1-6,
can be extended arbitrarily by means of a tubular extension, so that the distance from the top of the cover grate to the center of the drainage connection is much larger.
In FIGS. 11 and 12, the embodiment of a drainage inlet shaft shown schematically in FIG. 7 is shown on a larger scale. Parts already described are: a cover grate 50, a sludge collecting pan 51 and a trough 52 with lateral drainage stubs 53.
The trough has essentially the shape of a ball socket with an inner radius R. The intermediate piece is in two parts and consists of an upper intermediate piece 54 and a lower intermediate piece 55.
The latter has a collar 56 which rests on the spherical inner wall of the tub and a circular cylindrical inner wall 57 into which the cylindrical stub 58 of the upper intermediate piece protrudes. Two sets of adjusting screws 59 and 60 are now required for adjustment.
The upper set screws 60 allow. a pure height adjustment, the lower: adjusting screws 59 an adjustment of the angle a, whereby naturally the height H is adjusted at the same time. The tub has a flange 62, while the adjusting screws 59 are screwed into a flange 64 of the lower intermediate piece.
In contrast, the upper set screws 60 are screwed into cams 63. In Fig. 12 is the same drainage inlet shaft as in Fig.II,
shown in view. The distance h ″ between the two intermediate pieces is increased to hl and the angle ao is brought to a1, so that the distance from Ho to Hl is now increased.
