Description
Machine pour la fabrication de béton cellulaire La présente invention a pour objet une machine pour la fabrication de béton cellulaire comprenant un cylindre vertical à l'intérieur duquel tourne un arbre portant des palettes, caractérisée par le fait que lesdites palettes ont leur grand axe perpendicu laire à l'axe longitudinal dudit arbre, leurs faces étant obliques par rapport audit axe et formant entre elles une suite de V, inversés, ouverts à la base.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la machine objet de l'in vention.
La fig. 1 en est une coupe schématique en élévation.
La fig. 2 est une vue agrandie d'un détail de la fig. 1.
La fig. 3 est une coupe selon 1-I de la fig. 2.
La machine représentée comprend un bâti 1 sur lequel est fixé un cylindre vertical 2 muni d'un cou vercle démontable 5. A l'intérieur du cylindre 2 est monté un arbre 3 dont l'extrémité inférieure 20 prend appui sur une butée 19 placée dans un logement 11 du cylindre 2. L'arbre 3 est muni de palettes en acier 4. Ces palettes ont leur grand axe perpendicu laire à l'axe longitudinal de l'arbre 3, leurs faces étant placées obliquement par rapport à cet axe et formant entre elles une suite de V inversés, ouverts à la base (fig. 2 et 3).
Sur le bâti 1 est fixé, sur un support 10, un moteur électrique 8 accouplé à un réducteur 9 destiné à faire tourner l'arbre 3 à un régime déterminé. L'arbre 3 est relié au réducteur 9 par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement 15. Le cou vercle 5 du cylindre 2 est muni d'une amenée d'eau 7 et d'une ouverture 6 fermée par un couvercle 16 et par laquelle on verse les agrégats dans le cylindre 2. Sur la paroi du cylindre 2, une ouverture 17 obturée par un couvercle 18 permet de surveiller l'état de la masse de béton.
La partie inférieure du cylindre 2 porte un orifice 12 fermé par une porte 13 et par lequel on extrait le béton de la machine.
Il est prévu de mettre sous l'orifice 12 une gout tière 14 pour canaliser le béton.

The machine shown comprises a frame 1 on which is fixed a vertical cylinder 2 provided with a removable cover 5. Inside the cylinder 2 is mounted a shaft 3 whose lower end 20 bears on a stop 19 placed in a housing 11 of the cylinder 2. The shaft 3 is provided with steel pallets 4. These pallets have their major axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the shaft 3, their faces being placed obliquely with respect to this axis and forming between them a series of inverted Vs, open at the base (fig. 2 and 3).
On the frame 1 is fixed, on a support 10, an electric motor 8 coupled to a reduction gear 9 intended to rotate the shaft 3 at a determined speed. The shaft 3 is connected to the reducer 9 by means of a coupling 15. The cover 5 of the cylinder 2 is provided with a water supply 7 and an opening 6 closed by a cover 16 and by which the aggregates are poured into cylinder 2. On the wall of cylinder 2, an opening 17 closed by a cover 18 makes it possible to monitor the state of the mass of concrete.
The lower part of cylinder 2 carries an orifice 12 closed by a door 13 and through which the concrete is extracted from the machine.
It is planned to put under the orifice 12 a gutter 14 to channel the concrete.
