Pièce d'horlogerie L'objet de la présente invention est une pièce d'horlogerie dont le dispositif de remontage et de mise à l'heure comprend une tige de remontoir dite brisée, le tronçon extérieur de cette tige s'assemblant par un mouvement de rotation au tronçon intérieur.
Cette pièce est caractérisée par un manchon de verrouillage, monté entre le mouvement et la boîte et pouvant tourner autour de l'axe de la pièce et coulisser par rapport à celle-ci, le bord intérieur de ce manchon présentant une encoche dont le bord est destiné à s'engager avec une surface d'arrêt du tronçon intérieur de la tige, ceci pour empêcher ce tronçon de se mouvoir lorsqu'on assemble avec lui le tronçon extérieur.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 en est une coupe axiale partielle. Les fig. 2 et 3 montrent un premier détail, et la fig. 4, un second.
La pièce d'horlogerie représentée comprend un fond-calotte 1, une carrure 2, une lunette 3 et une glace 4 serrée par la lunette contre une saillie annulaire 5 du fond-calotte. 6 est le mouvement supportant le cadran 7, et 8 est le rehaut de glace.
Le dispositif de remontage et de mise à l'heure de cette pièce comprend une tige de remontoir dite brisée, montrée en fig. 2 et 3, et formée de deux tronçons, l'un intérieur 9, monté dans le mouvement, et l'autre extérieur 10, qui porte la couronne de remontoir 11 et traverse le tube 12 de la boîte. L'extrémité intérieure de ce tronçon présente un tenon fileté 13 que l'on peut visser dans le trou taraudé 14 du tronçon intérieur 9. Celui-ci présente, à son extrémité extérieure, deux méplats 15.
Quant au rehaut de glace 8, représenté en fig. 4, il est monté entre le mouvement et la boîte, de façon à pouvoir tourner autour de l'axe vertical de celle-ci et coulisser par rapport à cet axe ; sur son bord intérieur, il présente deux encoches 16 et 17.
En temps normal, le tronçon extérieur 10 est vissé à fond dans le tronçon intérieur 9 et le rehaut 8 occupe une position telle que le tronçon 9 de la tige se trouve dans l'encoche 17, ce qui lui permet de tourner librement pour le remontage et la mise à l'heure. Lorsqu'il s'agit de déboîter le mouvement, on enlève la glace, on tire le rehaut 8 à l'extérieur de façon à dégager le tronçon 9 de l'encoche 17, on fait tourner ce rehaut de l'angle voulu puis on le repousse à l'intérieur de façon que son encoche 16 entoure le tronçon 9, ses parois venant en prise avec les deux méplats 15.A partir de ce moment, le tronçon 9 ne peut plus tourner ;
on peut donc en séparer le tronçon 10 par dévissage, retirer ce tronçon de la boîte puis sortir le mouvement de celle-ci. L'emboîtage de celui-ci se fait pgr les opérations inverses.
Comme manchon de verrouillage on pourrait utiliser, au lieu du rehaut, un autre élément constitutif de la boîte, par exemple un simple anneau ne débordant pas le cadran.

The timepiece shown comprises a bottom-cap 1, a caseband 2, a bezel 3 and a crystal 4 clamped by the bezel against an annular projection 5 of the bottom-cap. 6 is the movement supporting dial 7, and 8 is the glass flange.
The device for winding and setting the time of this part comprises a so-called broken winding stem, shown in FIG. 2 and 3, and formed of two sections, one interior 9, mounted in the movement, and the other exterior 10, which carries the winding crown 11 and passes through the tube 12 of the case. The inner end of this section has a threaded tenon 13 which can be screwed into the threaded hole 14 of the inner section 9. The latter has, at its outer end, two flats 15.
As for the ice flange 8, shown in FIG. 4, it is mounted between the movement and the box, so as to be able to rotate about the vertical axis of the latter and to slide relative to this axis; on its inner edge, it has two notches 16 and 17.
Normally, the outer section 10 is fully screwed into the inner section 9 and the flange 8 occupies a position such that the section 9 of the rod is in the notch 17, which allows it to rotate freely for reassembly. and setting the time. When it comes to disengaging the movement, the glass is removed, the flange 8 is pulled to the outside so as to release the section 9 from the notch 17, this flange is rotated to the desired angle then pushes it back inside so that its notch 16 surrounds section 9, its walls engaging the two flats 15. As locking sleeve one could use, instead of the flange, another constituent element of the case, for example a simple ring not extending beyond the dial.
