A device for mounting a bearing in the frame of a timepiece movement The present invention relates to a device for mounting a bearing in the frame of a timepiece movement, a device allowing adjustment of the ébat height of the axis of the mo bile and comprising a bearing body enclosing a pad, this bearing body being fixed to a support mounted itself in a plate of the frame.
This device is characterized in that the bearing body is screwed into the support and has a stop resting against another stop that one of the parts of the positive device has, at least one of these stops being elastic, these stops stops centering one in the other by means of at least one conical surface that one of them has and being pressed one against the other by the screwing of the bearing body in the support.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, three embodiments of the object of the invention.
Figs. 1, 2 and 3 are sections of the first, second and third embodiments, respectively.
The first embodiment comprises a bearing body 1 carrying a pierced stone 2 forming a pad and a counter-pivot stone 3. This bearing body 1 is screwed into a bearing support 4. The latter is mounted in a plate. 5 of the frame of the movement; this pla that can be a bridge 5 or the plate. The bearing is driven into the bearing body, while the counter-pivot rests there freely and is held in place by a spring 6 which engages under a shoulder 1c of the bearing body. A is the axis of a timepiece mobile.
The bearing body 4 has, in its central part, a thread 1a and in its lower part a stop 1b with a frustoconical surface. The bearing support carries a thread 4a in engagement with that of the bearing body, as well as a resilient stop 4b pressing against the frustoconical surface lb. The cylindrical surfaces 1d and 4c constitute a second centering device.
To adjust the height of the axis A, the bearing body is screwed into its support, the two stops 4b and lb being pressed against each other; the elastic stopper 4b bears against the frustoconical surface of the stopper lb so as to center said bearing body in said support.
In the second embodiment, 7 shows the bearing body, 8 the bearing support and 9 the bridge. The axis B rotates between at least three balls 10 held in place downwards by a split ring 11 engaging in a groove 7c of the bearing body and upwards by a counter-pivot 12 crimped in the latter. The bearing body has a thread 7a and a frustoconical surface stop 7b respectively engaged with a thread 8a and a resilient stop 8b of the bearing support as in the first embodiment. The third embodiment represents a shock absorbing bearing.
This com takes a chaton 13 mounted in a bearing body 14, the latter screwing into a support formed by a ring 15 and a bridge 16 in which it is fitted. The axis C is pivoted in a bearing 17 and abuts against a counter-pivot 18; these two parts are mounted in the chaton 13 of which a conical bearing surface 19 rests on a circular seat 20 of the bearing body 14. A circular groove 21 formed in the latter contains a shock-absorbing spring 22.
The bearing body has a thread 14a allowing it to be screwed onto the threaded ring 15 as well as a resilient stop 14b. The latter has a frustoconical surface 14c pressed against a circular stop 16a of the bridge.
The centering of the two stops can take place by two conical surfaces, each of the stops having one.
The bearing can, it goes without saying, be simplified by the use of a pierced stone without a counter-pivot or even of a disc with a hollow cone in which the point of the axis A of fig. . 1.
