Description
Dispositif de montage d'un palier dans un bâti de pièce d'horlogerie
On connait déjà plusieurs dispositifs de montage d'un palier dans un bâti de pièce d'horlogerie. Dans certains d'entre eux, le dispositif comprend un corps de palier renfermant un coussinet, ce corps étant fixé à un support monté lui-même dans une plaque de bâti et s'appuyant par une butée de centrage élastique contre une autre butée que présente une des pièces du dispositif.
Dans certains autres d'entre eux, le palier pour mécanisme d'horlogerie est constitué par un cylindre présentant un logement pour llextrémité dlun axe et un filetage extérieur permettant un réglage en hauteur, deux fentes diamétrales assurant le vissage du palier et le blocage en position étant obtenu par llélasticité des parties fendues.
Enfin, on a déjà eu ltidée dans un autre type de dispositif connu, de réaliser le pivotage d'un mobile pour pièce d'horlogerie au moyen d'une crapaudine ménagée à llextrémité d'un cylindre fileté s'engageant dans un filetage pratiqué dans un pont amovible fixé au bâti par une vis.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de montage, plus simple, plus efficace que ceux susmentionnés et permettant en outre un réglage rapide en hauteur. Il est caractérisé par une pince, à branches élastiques, fixée au bâti, par un filet de vis pratiqué sur les faces en regard de ces branches et par un. même filet pratiqu sur le pourtour du palier, celui-ci étant fixé à la pince par ces filets.
Ce dispositif est spécialement avant tout destiné à des pièces courantes.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes dtexécution de ltobjet de la présente invention la fig. 1 est une vue en élévation partie en coupe de la première forme dSexécution,.
la fig. 2 en montre un détail en plan, la fig. 3 est une élévation partielle, partie en coupe, de la seconde forme dtexécution.
Aux fig. 1 et 2, 1 représente la platine et 2 le coq dtun mouvement d'horlogerie. 3 est ltaxe de balancier; il se termine par des tourillons pointus 4 qui pénètrent dans un évidement inférieur que présente la platine et dans un évidement supérieur que présente le coq. L'évidement inférieur est pratiqué dans une pièce 5 que lton dénomme couramment "vis à cornet" à sa périphérie, cette pièce présente un pas de vis 6. 7 est une plaquette fixée par une vis 8 ia platine et fendue en 9, de façon à présenter deux branches légèrement élastiques 7a et 7b; dans les faces en regard de ces deux branches est pratiqué un pas de vis 10 identique au pas de vis 6 susmentionné;
la pièce 5 se visse à la hauteur voulue dans la plaque 7 et reste maintenue dans cette position, malgré les chocs que peut subir la pièce dthorlogerie gr ce à ltélasticité des deux branches 7a et 7b.
La forme drexécution de la fig. 3 présente également, fixée sous la platina 1, une plaque 7 identique à la plaque 7 susmentionnée. Mais, dans celle-ci, se visse le carter 11 dtun dispositif amortiseêur de chocs, carter renfermant une pierre percée 12, un contre pivot 13 et un ressort de rappel 14.

Several devices are already known for mounting a bearing in a timepiece frame. In some of them, the device comprises a bearing body enclosing a bearing, this body being fixed to a support itself mounted in a frame plate and pressing by an elastic centering stop against another stop that has one of the parts of the device.
In some others, the bearing for a clockwork mechanism consists of a cylinder having a housing for the end of a shaft and an external thread allowing height adjustment, two diametric slots ensuring the screwing of the bearing and locking in position. being obtained by the elasticity of the split parts.
Finally, we have already had the idea in another type of known device, of pivoting a mobile for a timepiece by means of a lug formed at the end of a threaded cylinder engaging in a thread made in a removable bridge fixed to the frame by a screw.
The present invention relates to a mounting device, simpler, more efficient than those mentioned above and also allowing rapid height adjustment. It is characterized by a clamp, with elastic branches, fixed to the frame, by a screw thread made on the facing faces of these branches and by a. same thread practiced on the periphery of the bearing, the latter being fixed to the clamp by these threads.
This device is especially intended above all for common parts.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the present invention in FIG. 1 is an elevational view partly in section of the first embodiment,.
fig. 2 shows a detail in plan, fig. 3 is a partial elevation, partly in section, of the second embodiment.
In fig. 1 and 2, 1 represents the plate and 2 the cock of a clock movement. 3 is the pendulum axis; it ends with pointed pins 4 which penetrate into a lower recess presented by the plate and into an upper recess presented by the cock. The lower recess is formed in a part 5 which is commonly referred to as a "horn screw" at its periphery, this part has a screw pitch 6. 7 is a plate fixed by a screw 8 ia platinum and split at 9, so to present two slightly elastic branches 7a and 7b; in the facing faces of these two branches is made a screw pitch 10 identical to the screw pitch 6 above;
the part 5 is screwed at the desired height in the plate 7 and remains held in this position, despite the shocks that the timepiece can undergo thanks to the elasticity of the two branches 7a and 7b.
The embodiment of fig. 3 also has, fixed under the plate 1, a plate 7 identical to the plate 7 above. But in this, the casing 11 is screwed with a shock absorbing device, casing containing a pierced stone 12, a counter pivot 13 and a return spring 14.
