Claims (6)

  1. Assembly (20) for holding or supporting a timepiece balance spring (21) including, on the one hand, a balance spring stud (1) comprising at least one orientation surface (7) defining a holding or supporting direction of a said balance spring (21), and, on the other hand, a stud-holder (2), which stud-holder (2) includes:
    - a first housing (3) for receiving said balance spring stud (1);
    - means (4) for securing said balance spring stud (1) including a screw (5) whose axis is orthogonal to that of said stud (1) and comprising a screw head (51), said screw (5) passing through said balance spring stud (1) to hold said stud in an indexed locked position;
    - means (6) for securing said stud-holder (2) to an escapement mechanism (30);
    characterized in that said balance spring stud (1) includes a second housing (12) for the contactless passage of said screw (5), and in that said stud-holder (2) includes, on either side of said first housing (3) for receiving said stud (1):
    - on a first side (13) of said first housing (3) for receiving said stud (1), an internal thread (14) arranged to cooperate with the thread of said screw (5);
    - on a second side (15) of said first housing (3) for receiving said stud (1), a bore for the passage of said screw head (51) which is arranged to abuttingly engage with said orientation surface (7) of said stud (1) formed by a flat portion (16).
  2. Assembly (20) according to claim 1, characterized in that said second housing (12) is oblong in a direction perpendicular to that of said screw (5) for the height adjustment of said stud (1).
  3. Assembly (20) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said second housing (12) is of larger size than the external diameter of the thread of said screw (5), with an adjustment play (J) for the height adjustment of said stud (1), the diameter of said screw head (51) being sized to remain in abutment on the periphery of said second housing (12) in every adjustment position of said stud (1).
  4. Timepiece escapement mechanism (30) including at least one assembly (20) according to any of the preceding claims.
  5. Timepiece movement (40) including at least one escapement mechanism (30) according to claim 4.
  6. Timepiece (50) including at least one movement (40) according to claim 5, characterized in that the timepiece is a watch.
