Description

  

  Kühleinrichtung zum Servieren von Speisen, Getränken und dergleichen    ES ist bekannt, Speisen, beispielsweise       Pntter,        Fleiseh,    Eisspeisen, Getränke oder       dergleichen,    vor dem Genuss zu kühlen. Da       siele    diese Speisen nach dem Servieren alsbald       erwärmen,    hat es sich eingeführt, derartige       Speisen    mittelbar oder unmittelbar durch     Eis-          @c-ürfel        z1.    kühlen.

   Die     Erfindung    sieht     dem-          gegenüber    eine     Kühleinriehtung    zum Servie  ren von Speisen oder dergleichen vor, die eine       hohl,    ausgebildete und mit     eutektiseher    Sole       ,-efüllte    Kühlplatte aufweist, die vor dem  Servieren tiefgekühlt wird. Durch die Erfin  dung wird es     ermöglieht,    die auf der Kühl  platte befindlichen Speisen während längerer  Zeit     kühlzuhalten.     



  In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbei  spiele der erfindungsgemässen     Kühleinrieh-          tung        dargestellt.    Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 eine Kühlplatte in perspektivischer  Ansieht mit daraufgestellten Gefässen,       Fig.             einen Längsschnitt. durch die     Kühl-          platte    und       Fi-.    3 bis 5     Längssehnitte    durch andere       Ausführun-sformen    der Kühleinrichtung.

    Die Kühlplatte 1 hat in dem in     Fig.    1     ge-          ci-,ten    Ausführungsbeispiel     cluadi atisehe     Form, kann aber auch rechteckig, rund, oval  oder     unregelmässig    geformt sein. Sie weist       einen    geschlossenen Hohlraum 2 auf, der mit       eutektischer    Sole gefüllt ist. Die Kühlplatte  1 besteht zweckmässig aus einem Material    hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit, beispielsweise aus  Metallblech. Als Plattenhöhe kommen Abmes  sungen von 6 bis 8 mm     in    Betracht.  



  Um Kälteverluste herabzusetzen und das  Beschlagen der Kühlplatte 1 nach Möglichkeit  zu verhindern, ist bei der     Ausführung    nach       Fig.3    an der Unterseite und ausserdem an  einem Teil der Umfangsfläche der Kühlplatte  1 eine wärmeisolierende Schicht 3 vorgesehen.  An Stelle dieser Schicht 3 kann, gemäss den  Ausführungsformen nach den     Fig.4    und 5,  ein wärmeisolierender, von der Kühlplatte 1  lösbarer Untersatz 4 vorgesehen sein.  



  Im     Ausführungsbeispiel    nach     Fig.5    ist  die Kühlplatte 1 ausserdem oben mit einer  abnehmbaren, wärmeisolierenden Haube 5  derart abgedeckt, dass zwischen dieser und  der Kühlplatte 1 ein Hohlraum 6 entsteht,  der zur Aufnahme der zu servierenden Spei  sen, Getränke und dergleichen dient. Die Haube  5 verringert nicht nur die Wärmeeinstrah  lung in die Kühlplatte 1, sondern auch die  Wärmeübertragung an die letztere durch Kon  vektion.

  In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the cooling device according to the invention are shown.     In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the cooling plate 1 has a square shape, but can also be rectangular, round, oval or irregularly shaped. It has a closed cavity 2 which is filled with eutectic brine. The cooling plate 1 is expediently made of a material of high thermal conductivity, for example sheet metal. The panel height can be 6 to 8 mm.



  In order to reduce cold losses and to prevent fogging of the cooling plate 1 as far as possible, a heat-insulating layer 3 is provided in the embodiment according to FIG. 3 on the underside and also on part of the peripheral surface of the cooling plate 1. In place of this layer 3, according to the embodiments according to FIGS. 4 and 5, a heat-insulating base 4 which can be detached from the cooling plate 1 can be provided.



  In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 5, the cooling plate 1 is also covered at the top with a removable, heat-insulating hood 5 in such a way that a cavity 6 is created between this and the cooling plate 1, which is used to accommodate the food, drinks and the like to be served. The hood 5 not only reduces the Wärmeeinstrah treatment in the cooling plate 1, but also the heat transfer to the latter by convection.

PATENTANSPRUCH Kühleinrichtung zum Servieren von Spei sen, Getränken und dergleichen, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass sie eine hohl ausgebildete und mit eutektischer Sole gefüllte Kühlplatte aufweist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlplatte wenigstens auf ihrer Unterseite mit einer wärmeisolierenden Schicht versehen ist. 2. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, da.ss die Kühlplatte einen wärmeisolierenden Untersatz aufweist. 3.
