  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines    neuen     Salzes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines neuen  Salzes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,       dass    man     N-Pyrrolidinoessigsäure-(2-ehlor-6-          niet.hyl-anilid)    mit Bernsteinsäure zur Reak  tion bringt. Man kann die     Umsetzung    in  einem Lösungsmittel, wie z. B. Alkohol, Äther,  Benzol.     Diozan,    Wasser,     Wasser-Alkohol-          gemisehen,    vornehmen.  



  Man kann zur     Ausführung    des erfindungs  gemässen Verfahrens auch so vorgehen, dass  man ein solches     Salz    des     N-Pyrrolidinoessig-          sü.ure-l2-ehlor-6-methyl-anilides)    mit einem  solchen Salz der     Bernsteinsäure    zusammen  bringt, aus welchen sich durch     Umsetzung     intermediär das freie     N-Py        rrolidinoessigsäure-          (3-ehlor-6-methyl-anilicl)    und die freie Bern  steinsäure bilden.

   Das Reaktionsprodukt be  steht in diesem Falle aus zwei Salzen; je nach  der Löslichkeit und     Kristallisationstendenz     derselben tritt das     N-Pyrrolidinoessigsä.ure-(2-          (-hlor--6-methyl-anilid)-hydrogen-suecinat    als  erstes oder als zweites     Kristallisat    auf.  



  Das so erhaltene     N-Pyrrolidino-essigsäure-          (2    - chlor - 6 -     methy    1-     anilid)        -hydrogen-sueeinat     bildet farblose Kristalle, die bei 178-18l          schmelzen.    Das neue     Salz    soll als     Lokal-          arrästlretikum    verwendet werden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  32 g     Pyrrolidinoessigsäure-(2-ehlor-6-me-          thyl-anilid)    in 150     cm3    Äthanol werden mit  einer Lösung von     14,7    g Bernsteinsäure in  150     em3    Äthanol versetzt. Auf Zusatz von  Äther tritt Kristallisation ein. Nach einiger  Zeit werden die gebildeten Kristalle abge  saugt, mit Äther gewaschen und dann ge  trocknet. Man erhält 32 g des bei 178-181   schmelzenden N -     Pyrrolidinoessigsäure    - (2  chlor-6-methy     1-anilid)        -hydrogen-suecinates.

Das resultierende 1\i-Pyrrolidinoessigsäure- (2 - chlor - 6 - methyl - anilid) -hydr ogen-succinat bildet farblose, bei 178-181 schmelzende Kristalle; es soll als Lokalanästhetikum ver wendet werden.
