Description

  

  Appareil d'ancrage d'un lien à un rail d'une voie ferrée.    On est parfois appelé à ancrer momen  tanément un lien à l'un ou aux deux rails  d'une voie ferrée, par exemple un câble au       moven    duquel on veut déplacer ou retenir un       véhicule    roulant     sur    ladite voie.  



  L'objet de l'invention est un appareil  d'ancrage se prêtant à cet- usage.  



  Il est     constitué    pour cela de deux organes       susceptibles    de serrer entre eux la semelle  d'un rail par le fait que l'un de     ces    organes,  plat et pouvant se placer sous et contre la  dite semelle,     porte    un moyen d'accrochage à  l'un des bords de la semelle et, à l'opposé, un  organe pivotant excentrique, capable d'exer  cer- une     pression    contre l'autre bord de la  semelle sous l'action de la traction du lien  appliquée à l'extrémité d'un bras de levier  de ce second organe.  



  Le     dessin    annexé montre une forme  d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention, donnée  à titre d'exemple.  



  La     fig.    1 en est une vue en élévation.  La     fig.    2 en est une vue en plan.  



  En 1 est un rail, vu en ,coupe à la     fig.1    et  par-dessus à la.     fig.    2.  



  Sous la semelle 2 de ce rail et contre cette  dernière, on voit une plaque métallique 3  bordée d'un côté par une mâchoire 4, accrochée  à l'un des bords de ladite semelle.  



  A l'opposé, cette plaque porte un organe  rotatif 5, tournant autour du boulon 6, dans       un    plan parallèle au plan de la plaque et for  mant un excentrique 7 opposé à la mâchoire 4.    Cet excentrique comporte. un bras de levier 8  avec un .crochet 9 pour l'attache d'un lien tel  que le câble 10.  



  L'ensemble est ainsi conçu que la traction  exercée par le lien en direction de la flèche 11  (voir     fig.    2), tend à faire tourner l'excen  trique 7 ,dans le sens où il exerce une pression  contre la semelle ou patin 2 du rail, en direc  tion de la mâchoire 4. La semelle se trouve       ainsi    serrée entre la mâchoire fixe 4 et l'excen  trique 7, et cela d'autant     phis    fort que la trac  tion du câble augmente. Le serrage cesse dès  que ladite traction disparaît.  



  On voit aisément qu'il est très facile de  mettre un tel .appareil d'ancrage en place  entre deux traverses n'importe où le long d'un  rail. Il suffit de passer la plaque 3 sous la  semelle, d'accrocher la mâchoire 4 à cette der  nière et, par rotation de     l'excentrique    7 et  de son levier 8, de provoquer le     serrage    par  exemple provisoirement à la main, puis à fond  par la traction exercée par le lien 10.  



  Pour     enlever    ou déplacer l'appareil, on  relâche la traction et, si l'effet de coin réalisé  a coincé l'excentrique contre la semelle, il suf  fit, pour le débloquer, de donner un coup au  crochet 9 ou au levier 8 dans le sens     inverse     à celui de la flèche 11.  



  Mâchoire et excentrique présentent tous  deux un rebord 12 empêchant l'ensemble de  s'échapper e la semelle du rail.  



  Pour avoir une double attache, aux deux  rails d'une voie, il faut deux appareils tels      que celui que l'on vient de décrire, mais symé  triques.  



  On pourrait aussi prévoir un appareil  avec un excentrique présentant deux rampes  symétriques opposées, permettant de l'uti  liser dans les deux sens de traction du lien.  



  Il est évident que l'appareil d'ancrage  selon la présente     invention    peut être exécuté  sans autre de manière à répondre aux exi  gences des gabarits des chemins de fer.

  The object of the invention is an anchoring apparatus suitable for this use.



  For this, it consists of two members capable of clamping the sole of a rail together by the fact that one of these members, flat and being able to be placed under and against said sole, carries a means of attachment to the 'one of the edges of the sole and, on the other hand, an eccentric pivoting member, capable of exerting pressure against the other edge of the sole under the action of the traction of the link applied to the end of a lever arm of this second organ.



  The appended drawing shows an embodiment of the object of the invention, given by way of example.



  Fig. 1 is an elevation view thereof. Fig. 2 is a plan view.



  In 1 is a rail, seen in, section in fig.1 and above in the. fig. 2.



  Under the sole 2 of this rail and against the latter, we see a metal plate 3 bordered on one side by a jaw 4, attached to one of the edges of said sole.



  In contrast, this plate carries a rotary member 5, rotating around the bolt 6, in a plane parallel to the plane of the plate and forming an eccentric 7 opposite to the jaw 4. This eccentric comprises. a lever arm 8 with a hook 9 for attaching a link such as cable 10.



  The assembly is so designed that the traction exerted by the link in the direction of arrow 11 (see fig. 2) tends to turn the eccentric 7, in the direction where it exerts pressure against the sole or pad 2. of the rail, in the direc tion of the jaw 4. The sole is thus clamped between the fixed jaw 4 and the eccentric 7, and this is even stronger as the traction of the cable increases. Tightening ceases as soon as said traction disappears.



  It is easily seen that it is very easy to put such an anchoring device in place between two sleepers anywhere along a rail. It suffices to pass the plate 3 under the sole, to hook the jaw 4 to the latter and, by rotation of the eccentric 7 and of its lever 8, to cause the clamping, for example temporarily by hand, then fully by the traction exerted by the link 10.



  To remove or move the device, the traction is released and, if the wedge effect achieved has stuck the eccentric against the sole, it suffices, to release it, to give a blow to the hook 9 or to the lever 8 in the opposite direction to that of the arrow 11.



  Both jaw and eccentric have a flange 12 preventing the assembly from escaping from the sole of the rail.



  To have a double attachment to the two rails of a track, two devices such as the one just described are needed, but symmetrical.



  It would also be possible to provide a device with an eccentric having two opposite symmetrical ramps, making it possible to use it in both directions of traction of the link.



  It is obvious that the anchoring apparatus according to the present invention can be executed without further so as to meet the requirements of the railway jigs.

REVENDICATION: Appareil d'ancrage d'un lien à un rail d'une voie ferrée, caractérisé par une mâ choire destinée à être accrochée à l'un des bords de la semelle du rail et portée par une pièce plate destinée à être placée en dessous contre ladite semelle, pièce sur laquelle est pivoté un excentrique solidaire d'un levier muni d'un organe d'accrochage pour ledit lien, cet excentrique étant destiné à exercer une pression contre l'autre bord de la. semelle sous l'action de la traction du lien appliquée audit levier. SOUS-REVENDICATIONS 1. Appareil selon la revendication, carac térisé en ce que la m.âehoire et l'excentrique présentent chacun un rebord les empêchant d'échapper à la semelle du rail. 2.
