Dispositif pour raccrochage et le décrochage des accouplements de wagons de chemin de fer. La présente invention se rapporte aux dispositifs pour l'accrochage -et le décrochage des accouplements de wagons de chemin .de fer, elle concerne en particulier, un dispositif que l'on actionne en dehors .des rails et à côté des wagons à accrocher ou à décrocher.
Sur le dessin ci-annexé, on a représenté, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif suivant l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en élévation du,dis positif dans, deux positions, position de repos et position d'accrochage; La fig. 2 en est une vue en plan corres pondante, à la position d'accrochage.
En se reportant à la fig. 1, A représente en pointillé l'appareillage d'accouplement existant et fonctionnant sur les wagons ac tuels, dans la position de repos, ou décrochée, muni du dispositif (tracé en traits pleins).
En B, on voit en pointillé l'appareillage accouplement en position d'accrochage et le dispositif de l'invention en action. Le dispositif d'accouplement actuel com prend: la manille d'accrochage a., les crocs <I>b,</I> le tendeur e et les crochets <I>d.</I>
Le dispositif a pour but de décrocher la manivelle a de son crochet, l'opérateur se tenant en dehors des rails, de. sorte que tout accident est évité.
Ce dispositif comprend pour chaque ex trémité du wagon, un arbre 1 porté et touril- lonné dans des supports 2. Sur cet arbre 1 sont clavetés -des brais 3 accouplés par une entretoise 4. Les extrémités de l'arbre 1 sont terminées en carré 5 pour recevoir une clé de manoeuvre 6 qui permet de relever les bras 3 ou de les abaisser comme représenté dans la fig. 1, position -A.
L'écrou 7 de devant du dispositif d'ac- crochage, celui auquel est reliée la manille, possède une .oreille B sur laquelle s'articule un support 9.
Ce support présente deux bras 10 qui viennent en contact avec les branches de la manille. A la partie, inférieure du support se trouve une rampe 11 sur laquelle s'ap puient les levier, 3 qui servent au relevage.
Le décrochage de l'accouplement a lieu comme suit: Aussitôt qu'un choc léger se pro duit entre les tampons de deux wagons, ce qui indique que ces wagons sont suffisam ment rapprochés l'un. de l'autre, on engage la clé 6 à. l'extrémité de l'arbre 1, du côté oic à lieu le service, puis on produit une rotation de l'arbre,dans le sens voulu pour relever les bras 3. En continuant cette rotation les bras appuient sur le support 9 qui pivote sur son axe 12 pour amener les bras 10 en con tact avec les branches de la manille.
Le bras du support solidarisant la, manille avec les leviers 3, les efforts qui sont exercés sur la clé 6 se transmettent intégralement sur la manille qui, se trouvant soulevée, se dégage du crochet.
Un quart de tour de l'arbre suffit au sou lèvement -de l'appareil en entier, et ce dernier est prêt pour l'accrochage.
Pour éviter le recul de l'appareil d'ac crochage pendant son soulèvement à l'aide,clu dispositif de relevage, on a prévu sur la. face intérieure des deux leviers 3, des soutiens 13 qui exercent sur l'appareil d'accrochage, une action analogue à celle du support. 10, de sorte que l'appareil d'accrochage se main tient rigide au lieu de s'incurver.

The purpose of the device is to unhook the crank a from its hook, the operator standing outside the rails, of. so that any accident is avoided.
This device comprises for each end of the wagon, a shaft 1 carried and journalled in supports 2. On this shaft 1 are keyed - pitches 3 coupled by a spacer 4. The ends of the shaft 1 are terminated in a square shape. 5 to receive an operating key 6 which allows the arms 3 to be raised or lowered as shown in FIG. 1, position -A.
The front nut 7 of the fastening device, the one to which the shackle is connected, has a lug B on which a support 9 is articulated.
This support has two arms 10 which come into contact with the branches of the shackle. At the lower part of the support is a ramp 11 on which the lever, 3 which is used for lifting, rests.

A quarter turn of the shaft is enough to lift the entire device, and the device is ready for hanging.
To prevent the recoil of the hooking device during its lifting using, clu lifting device, it is provided on the. inner face of the two levers 3, of the supports 13 which exert on the attachment device, an action similar to that of the support. 10, so that the hooking device is held rigid instead of curving.
