Fruchtfleischzentrifuge.
Fig. 4 ist eine zugehörige Draufsicht.
Pulp centrifuge. The invention relates to a pulp centrifuge for extracting fruit juice with a stripping member for the pulp residues assigned to the wall of the centrifugal basket.
For use, it is important that the pulp centrifuge can be easily disassembled for cleaning. According to the invention, it is therefore provided that the housing cover is designed as a collecting space for pulp residues, in whose opening opposite the centrifuge basket wall the pivotable stripping member is arranged, which strips the pulp residues from the inner wall of the centrifugal basket and directs it into the collecting space.
The housing cover is removed to clean the pulp centrifuge. The pulp centrifuge thus dismantled into two main parts can now be easily cleaned. The invention has the further advantage that the collecting space for the pulp remains can be pressed or poured in a single operation during the production of the lid.
The collecting space can form a space from which the pulp remains are removed by hand from time to time. But it can also be designed as a channel through which the remnants of the pulp are automatically led to the outside.
The stripping member can be arranged resiliently or pivotably with adjustable ble stripping edge at different distances from the inner Schileuderkorbwandung.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a centrifuge in a middle, leren, vertical section. .
Fig. 2 is a view of the collecting space and the scraper member seen from below.
3 shows a further embodiment in a vertical central section.
Fig. 4 is a related plan view. Figure 5 is a top view of another embodiment.
Fig. 6 shows a section, in the upper part corresponding to the line A = B of Fig. 5 ge draws.
In the centrifuge housing 1, a friction or shredding disc 4 and a centrifugal basket 5 are attached to the shaft 3 driven, for example, by a reduction gear 2. The wall 5 'of the centrifugal basket 5, which is perpendicular to the right in the example shown, is designed like a sieve or provided with ldeinen through holes 6. A cover 7 closing the housing 1 at the top is on the one hand to the introduction funnel 8 and on the other hand to a collecting space. 9 trained.
The wall of the collecting space 9 is provided with an opening 10 at a point opposite the basket wall <B> .5 '</B>, and a stripping member 11 is assigned to this opening. In the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the scraper member 11 is made of spring steel in the form of a shovel and preferably has a U-shaped cross section. With a tab 11 ', the member 11 can be firmly connected to the wall of the collecting rail 9 ver by screws or rivets.
The free end (stripping edge) 11 "extends against the centrifugal basket wall 5 'and on the other hand is part of the opening 10 of the collecting space 9 free.
The fruits to be juiced are pressed in through the channel 9 and crushed by the friction disc 4. As a result of the centrifugal force, the pulp is thrown from the friction disk 4 into the basket 5, 5 'and forms an inner coating on the perforated centrifuge basket wall 5', while the juice is thrown outwards and in the centrifuge housing 1, which has an outlet 12 is provided, is collected.
As the thickness of the covering consisting of the fruit meat residues on the basket wall 5 'increases, the meat residues come into contact with the scraper 11. The remnants of fruit are captured by the edge 11 ″ of the scraper 11 and pass through the opening 10 into the collecting space 9. If the scraper 11 is resiliently mounted or is itself designed to be resilient, the pressure exerted on the scraper by the remnants of fruit occurs small pivoting of the scraper 11 instead, the scraper edge 11 ″ approaching the inner wall of the spin basket 5 'so that even more meat remains are removed.
The meat residues (pomace) that accumulate in the Ratun 9 are removed by hand from time to time. The collecting space 9 can be closed at the top by a removable cover. As can be seen from Fig. 2, the scraper 11 encloses a relatively acute angle with the centrifugal basket wall.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, parts that match your game just described are provided with the same reference numerals. The only difference is in terms of the design of the housing cover and the stripping member. The collecting space provided in the cover 13 of the centrifuge housing 1 is designed as a channel 14 which leads to a lateral outlet opening 15.
An opening of the channel 14 opposite the centrifugal basket wall 5 'is. closed in the rest position by a stripping member 16 which is pivotable by means of a rod 18 which is rotatably mounted in the cover 13 and is provided with a handle 17 on top. The rod 18 is provided with a slot 19 at the bottom. With the sem slot 19, the rod 18 is inserted over a pin 20 fixed in the stripper 16. This design has the advantage that the stripper 16 can be removed from the cover 13 by simply pulling out the rod 18, so that these parts are easy to clean after use.
via scraper 16 consists of a double-armed lever. A leaf spring 21, the free end of which is supported on a wall of the channel 14 or of the cover 13, is firmly connected to the rear arm 16 ′. This spring 21 ensures that the scraper 1.6 is always in its inner position which closes the channel 14. This position is shown in dashed lines in FIG. From the scraper arm 16 'can itself form the stripping member, or it is, as can be seen from Fig. 4, with a special, for example made of sheet steel wiper 22 firmly connected.
If the user of the centrifuge notices that the juice supply is decreasing, then he only needs to rotate the handle 17 in the arrow direction P shown in FIG. 4, whereby the stripping member 22 is brought closer to the inner circumference of the centrifugal basket. The juiced pulp remains are then removed in the manner described above. A stop screw, not shown, is expediently arranged in the scraper arm 16 ', which limits the pivoting of the scraper by resting on the cover 13, so that the scraper edge cannot come into contact with the spin basket wall itself.
If the handle 17 is released, the stripper automatically returns from the working position shown in phantom in FIG. 4 to its rest position. Of course, in this case too, the scraper can have an angled or U-shaped cross-section in order to ensure with certainty that the remnants of the juicy meat get into the channel 14. If the channel 14 is filled to a certain height with pulp residues, the residues then enter the opening 15 and fall outside the centrifuge housing 1.
Of course, the cover 13 could also be designed so that the upper wall of the channel 14 is formed by a removable cover so that any blockages within the channel 14, which can occur depending on the nature of the fruit meat residues, can be removed. As shown in Fig. 3 and 4, the channel 14 is shaped such that it has the same passage cross section everywhere. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, matching parts with the embodiments described above as in turn with the same reference numerals are seen ver.
The differences from the embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4 consist on the one hand in the special design of the Aus @@ - ar fkanals and on the other hand in a different arrangement of the stripping member. The ejection channel 14 is located in the cover 23, which is connected to the centrifuge housing 1 by screws 24, for example.
In order to be able to clean the channel 14 conveniently and to easily remove any blockages that may occur within the channel, the upper wall of the channel 14 is formed by a hinged cover 24 ″ which is pivoted about a horizontal bolt 25. The hinged cover 24 ″ with its side walls 24 ′ simultaneously forms the outlet opening 15.
The scraper member 26 is in the shape of a lying [J. The horizontal legs 26 'of this U-shaped structure are firmly connected to a vertical axis 27 mounted in the cover 23. With these legs 26 ', the stripping member engages in the inlet opening of the channel 14. The stripping member 26 has a vertical edge (cutting edge 28) which cooperates with the wall 5 'of the centrifugal basket. The wall 29 of the stripper that adjoins the cutting edge 28 is curved in a concave manner when viewed from the inside.
This surface 29 forms a guide surface for the striped off pulp remains in order to allow the latter to enter the channel 14 with certainty.
A handle 30 is attached to the upper end of the pivot axis 27, with the aid of which the stripping member 26 can be brought into the working position. In contrast to the first and second embodiment described above, the pivot axis 27 is mounted in relation to the scraper in such a way that the scraper is always pushed away from the centrifugal basket wall by the pressure exerted by the pulp remains, which can be readily seen from FIG is. The direction of rotation of the Schleutderkorbes is indicated in Fig. 5 by an arrow drawn in dashed lines.
In addition, a coil spring 31 can be net angeord on the pivot axis 27, which also seeks to pivot the scraper from into its rest position. For the purpose of removing the remains of meat, you only need to pivot the handle 30 from time to time in the arrow direction indicated in Fig. 5 by P, whereby the scraper from the centrifugal basket wall is approached. A stop (not shown) ensures that the scraper cannot come into direct contact with the wall of the centrifugal basket.
