ist mit ihrem Rand in eine Eindrehung6 des Gehäuses1 eingelegt Lind durch einen mit dem Gehäuse1 versehraubten Deekel 7 gegen die sen festgepresst. Die Membrane 4 ist aus Gummi hergestellt, ebenso die Abdiehtungs- seheibe ;
Shut-off valve arranged in a cable run. 1) The shut-off valves that have become known up to now have the disadvantage, as stroke valves, that they generate undesirable impacts in the pipelines when they are opened and closed. ] This exception makes it particularly noticeable when these valves are operated by a magnet.
In the case of shut-off valves in the embodiment as a gate valve, this disadvantage does not occur to the same extent, but their manufacture is significantly more sellable.
The subject matter of the present invention is now a shut-off valve arranged in a conduit, by means of which these disadvantages can be eliminated. According to the invention, a through-hole, controlled by the pressure of the medium, blocking member for the latter "is arranged.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically.
It shows: Fig. 1 a section through a shut-off valve and Fig. 2 the same section, but with # "leieliaxi-- connected supply and discharge lines.
In Fio-A, 1 means a housing with a socket, to which a supply line 2 is connected from below.
The opening 3 of the connecting piece - could also be the - # lünduii #) - of the supply line itself - is located in the vicinity of a membrane 4 or a sealing washer firmly connected to it. 5. The membrane 4, which preferably has a circular shape,
is inserted with its edge into a recess 6 of the housing 1 and through a cover 7 screwed with the housing 1 pressed against it. The membrane 4 is made of rubber, as is the sealing disc;
The latter, however, is made of a significantly harder type of rubber than the membrane, so that only the membrane is deformed when it is rolled, while the sealing disc remains flat. The sealing washer 5 and the membrane 4 are vulcanized together or connected to one another by means of central nozzle screws.
A discharge line 8 is connected to the right side of the outer housing 1 , via which the feed line 2 via # 71 into the interior of the housing 1 </ B> medium flowing in can flow off.
The membrane 4 now has a centrally arranged nozzle opening 9 , with which a similar opening in the shielding disk 5 is aligned. A bypass line 10 , which has a control valve 11 , is connected in the cover 7 opposite the nozzle opening 9 . The latter can be actuated by a magnet 12. Instead of the valve 11, however, a simple, hand-operated tap can also be provided. The free end of the bypass line 10 is connected to the discharge line 8 .
The interior of the housing 1 is divided into two spaces 13 and 14 by the membrane 4. The nozzle opening 9 connecting these two spaces is selected to be small in relation to the opening 3 of the section, for example it has a diameter of 1- nim , while the nozzle. has one such of, for example, 25 mm.
In FIG. 1, the diaphragm 4 is drawn in the state that it assumes when the valve 11 is open. If the valve 11 is now closed, the medium initially flows through the supply line 29 further into the space 13 and partially into the space 14.
Since it can no longer flow out of the latter, however, since the valve 11 is closed, it accumulates in the same and exerts a steady, downward pressure on the membrane 4.
This has the consequence that the latter is deformed and that the sealing disc 5 approaches the opening 3 of the socket until it finally hits the opening 3 and this blocks with a pressure exceeding the medium pressure in the supply line 2.
The time that is required for a complete blocking of the mouth 3 depends in part on the size of the nozzle opening 9 and can be selected in two ways.
If the valve 11 is opened, the media in space 14 flows off via the bypass line 10 . The medium pressure in room 14 becomes smaller. The membrane 4 moves close to the top and releases the opening 3 , so that the pressure is balanced on both sides of the membrane 4 via the bypass line 10 and the mine - brane in the Fig. 1 the position shown as the one assumes.
Instead of being connected to the discharge line 8 , the unification line 10 can also be routed close to a two-way drain. In this case, when the valve 11 is open, there is no di-Lieka-ice sliding on both sides of the membrane 4. In space 13 there is then rather an overriiek, and the menebra 4 is bent near the top.
Since it is arranged in the vicinity of the deeke 7 , it rests against this so that its change in shape is only slight.
In FIG. 2, a shut-off valve is shown in which, in contrast to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the supply line 16 and the discharge line 17 / B> lie in the same axis. The bypass line is routed to a point from which the shut-off valve is to be controlled remotely by means of the tap 18. This embodiment has the advantage of being easier to install in a pipeline.
The equipment described can be used for the shut-off of liquid or gaseous fluids. Its main advantage is that it works without fail, regardless of how the valve 11 works. If a cock is provided instead of the latter, the described device enables a shut-off valve to be remotely controlled without the use of an assistant, which is very advantageous in many cases.
If the valve 11 is designed as a solenoid valve, an auxiliary force is required, but the effort for this valve is much smaller than if the shut-off valve itself is used as a Solenoid valve would be formed.
