Die Erfindung betrifft einen luftdicht versehlossenen Behälter mit einer eingeschlossenen trinkbaren Flüssigkeit, der sich dadurch anszeiehnet, dass er aus zwei zur Bildung eines geschlossenen Hüllkörpers miteinander in Verbindung gebrachten, je aus einer ver formbaren WIetallfolie gebildeten Teilen besteht, von denen wenigstens der eine eine als Versteil'ung zur Bewahrung der Form des betreffenden Teils dienende Ausfütterung aus L;
Fig. 3 der fertige Behälter gezeigt ist.
Airtight container with an enclosed drinkable liquid.
It is known to sell liqueurs or early juices enclosed in chocolate casings as pralines or chocolate bonbons. Since such products feel soft and sticky because of the relatively low softening temperature of the chocolate in the warmer months of the year, they require special packaging and care in handling and storage, because the thin chocolate shells break easily and the liquid flows out.
The invention relates to an airtight container with an enclosed drinkable liquid, which is characterized by the fact that it consists of two parts, each made of a deformable WIetallfolien, each of which is formed from a deformable WIetallfolien, of which at least one is an adjustable part Lining made of L to preserve the shape of the part in question;
Has chocolate and the part used as a lid has a marked, pierceable part for the introduction of a tube to be used for fluid removal, further that an externally accessible band-shaped organ is inserted between the two parts, which after fluid removal took the loosening and Lifting off the lid enables the edible contents to be removed.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown visually.
Fig. 1 and 2 show the two container parts of the first embodiment separately, while in
Fig. 3 shows the finished container.
Fig. 4 shows the container base according to the second embodiment and
FIG. 5 shows the container lower part according to FIG. 4 closed by means of the lid according to FIG. 2.
The container base 1 according to the embodiment of FIG. 1 has the shape of a beeher and is made of an easily deformable metallic foil, preferably a tin foil, that is, made of a material that is much stiffer than the known wrapping material used to wrap chocolate bars . The container base 1 is provided with an outwardly beaded edge in a known manner, not shown, and filled up to the latter with liquid chocolate and emptied again, but a thin, firmly adhering chocolate coating 2 remains on both the bottom and the inner wall of the part 1 . This chocolate topping 2 can be eaten later.
It initially serves as a stiffening agent so that the container retains its shape and can be grasped without the risk of breaking. In the space bounded by the chocolate lining 2, the ge desired liquid 3 is introduced in the form of a fruit juice or a liqueur, whereupon the part 1 can be closed by means of the lid 4 shown in FIG.
The bottom of the cover 4, which is also made from an aluminum foil, has a circular point 5 which is marked by embossing on the occasion of the shaping and which can easily be pierced as a result of the 3Imaterialehwäehung. The inside of the bottom of the lid is pasted over with a sheet of paper made from water-impermeable paper. This paper disk lies in a thin chocolate lining with which the lid is reinforced in a manner analogous to the container base 1 to maintain the shape and which extends to the edge of the lid.
The end of a band-shaped aluminum material strip 6 provided with a knot is placed on the open end of the filled lower container part 1 in such a way that the thickening formed by the knot comes to rest over the liquid. The cover 4 is then put on, the edge of which reaching down over the flanging of the part 1 is pressed against the lower part 1 so that a tight seal is achieved between the cover 4 and the lower part 1. The edge of the lower part and the edge of the lid can, however, also be brought into an effective connection with one another by means of a flange.
The container base is closed with the lid as long as the chocolate lining is still plastic and deformable in both parts. This chocolate lining takes on the role of a sealing means preventing the passage of liquid through the connection point between the lid and the lower part, in that the lining of the lid and that of the lower part come into contact with one another and when the chocolate is cooled, they join together in an airtight manner.
To remove the liquid, a tube 7 is provided, which is expediently held on the container by means of a band 8 placed around the latter. The tape 8 can be printed with a reference to the manufacturer of the product and / or the contents of the container, and a round paper disc or one with a serrated or similar edge, which can be glued to the outside of the lid base, can also be glued to the outside of the lid appropriate imprint.
The removal of the liquid content is done by piercing point 5 of the lid and the paper layer underneath this latter and the layer of chocolate by means of the tube.
The tube can then be inserted into the liquid. After emptying, the protruding aluminum strip 6 is grasped and pulled upwards, the connection between the lower part of the container and the lid being removed by the width of the band so that the lid can easily be grasped from the edge and lifted off. The exposed chocolate content can now also be removed and eaten.
The aluminum strip 6 and the tube 7 are preferably made of a plastic. It is thereby achieved that the content of the lower part 1, even if it remains in contact with the end of the strip of material 6 provided with the knot during longer storage periods, does not suffer any relief in terms of taste.
The embodiment according to FIG. 5 differs from that according to FIG. 3 only in the shape of the container lower part 1, in that the latter is given a pronounced base due to its shape and is similar to that of a glass. The shape of the lower part of the container as well as that of the lid can, however, also be any other.
The lining of the lower part, which is used to hold the liquid when the container is standing, and the lid with an easily meltable class not only mean that the two parts retain their original shape during the formation of the airtight envelope, but also that subsequent changes in shape without any major changes External forces are not to be feared, so that a subtle treatment of the article is not necessary, and that no special measures are necessary for the purpose of shipping.
As metal foils, it is advantageous to use those such as those used for the production of bottle caps, the outside of which can be of any color, so that special effects that affect the eye can be achieved.
Since the containers are hermetically sealed, there is practically no limit to the storage time, especially if the storage takes place at a temperature that prevents the chocolate from softening.
If the lid edge is connected to the edge of the lower container part by a known crimping process in such a way that a completely tight connection is made between these two parts, then the chocolate lining in the lid can also be omitted. In this case, a thin layer of an easily meltable material, for example paraffin, is poured onto the paper disk glued to the base. Chocolate could also be used instead of paraffin.
