Die Neuerung betrifft ein Stückgutgebinde, insbesondere Seifenstückgebinde, bestehend aus einer Folienverpackungshülse mit in deren Innenraum angeordnetem Stückgut.The innovation concerns a piece goods container, in particular a soap bar container, consisting of a film packaging sleeve with piece goods arranged inside it.

Derartige Stückgutgebinde sind allgemein bekannt und in Benutzung, wobei es sich bei den Folienverpackungshüllen in der Regel um einfache Beutel handelt, die an einer Seite zugeschweißt sind. Bekannt sind ferner Stückgutverpakkungen, die in der Regel aus einem tiefgezogenen, transparenten Folienteil bestehen, dessen Ausformung in etwa an das darin befindliche Stückgut angepaßt und auf der offenen Seite mit einer flachen Kartonage verschlossen ist. Seifenstücke werden bisher, wenn es sich nicht um besonders preisgünstige Angebote handelt, nach wie vor recht aufwendig und anspruchsvoll verpackt, um den Angebots- und Kaufansprüchen im Kosmetikbereich genügen zu können. Wie gesagt, wird dafür ein beträchtlicher Verpackungsaufwand getrieben, der soweit geht, daß die in dekoratives Papier eingehüllten Seifenstücke zusätzlich, mitunter sogar in Einzelschachteln, untergebracht werden. Nachfolgend wird auf ein Seifenstückgebinde Bezug genommen, da darauf das Hauptinteresse gerichtet ist, ohne daß damit ausgeschlossen sein soll, daß bezüglich des Stückgutes auch andere Gegenstände infragekommen könnten. Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, besteht das Stückgutgebinde aus einer Folienverpackungshülle mit in deren Innenraum angeordnetem Seifenstück 9, für dessen Form im Ausführungsbeispiel die für Seifenstücke gängigste Form gewählt ist. Die Hülle ist aus einem dem Seifenstück 9 in der Form angepaßten Tiefziehbodenteil 1 mit Deckelaufnahmeringrand 2 gebildet, in dem der ebenfalls formangepaßte Tiefziehdeckel 3 mit seinem formentsprechenden Einsatzringrand 4 eingesetzt ist, der mit dem Ringrand 2 des Bodenteiles 1 fest, aber lösbar, verbunden ist. Diese Verbindung kann durch Kleben, insbesondere aber auch Versiegeln, hergestellt sein. Die Ringränder 2, 4 sind in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel und im Querschnitt gesehen, in Form von Stufenprägungen 5 ausgebildet, wobei der obere Rand der Stufenprägung 5 in einer in bezug auf die Deckelfläche 3* gleichen oder höherliegenden Ebene verlaufend angeordnet ist, wobei in dieser Ebene eine den Deckel 3 überspannende Verschlußfolie 7 öss ganze Gebinde abschließt.
