Description

  

  Behälter     zum        Aufbewahren    von Käse.    Zum Frischhalten von     Käse    beim Auf  bewahren finden meist Käseglocken Verwen  dung, oder aber der Käse wird in feuchte  Tücher     eingeschlagen.     



  Im ersten Fall wird der Käse wohl gegen  äussere Einflüsse geschützt, neigt aber zum  Austrocknen, wenn nicht     in        verhältnismässig     kurzen Perioden für Lufterneuerung in der  Glocke gesorgt wird.     Im    zweiten Fall wird  der Käse durch die feuchten Tücher bald  fleckig und     unansehnlich;    diese Art der Auf     -          bew        ahrung        ist    aber auch     aus        hygienischen     Gründen nicht immer     empfehlenswert.     



  Die     Erfindung    betrifft nun eine Auf  bewahrung in einem     Behälter    mit einem  Feuchtigkeitsträger zum Sättigen der im Be  hälter enthaltenen Luft mit Feuchtigkeit,  ohne den Käse zu berühren.     Zweckmässiger-          weise        kann        .der    Feuchtigkeitsträger lösbar  mit dem Deckel des Behälters verbunden     sein          und    aus     einem    Gewebe bestehen, welches am  Deckel eingespannt ist.

      Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des     Aufbewahrungsbehälters    gemäss  der     Erfindung    dargestellt, und es zeigt:       Fig.    1 den Behälter im Schnitt und       Fig.    2     eine    Draufsicht auf den Behälter.  Der zweckmässig aus Holz bestehende Be  hälter weist eine sich von unten nach oben  konisch erweiternde Seitenwandung 1     auf.          In        einem    Abstand von der Unterkante la der       Behälterwandung    1 ist der Boden 2 des Be  hälters angeordnet und in der Wandung 1  befestigt.  



  Die Wandung 1 des     Behälters,    die aus  mehreren, zusammengefügten Teilen bestehen  kann, wird durch Spannringe 3 und 4 zu  sammengehalten.  



  Auf den obern Rand der Behälterwan  dung 1     ist    ein Deckel 5 aufgelegt und durch  eine Absetzung 5a gegen seitliches Verschie  ben     -gesichert.    Der Deckel 5 weist eine kreis  runde     Ausnehmung    6 auf, in die ein     Einsatz-          ring    7 lösbar eingesetzt ist, der ebenfalls eine       kreisrunde        Ausnehmung    7a aufweist.

   Der           Einsatzring        'l    weist einen konisch sich nach       unten    erweiternden Innenwand 8 auf, der mit  einem entsprechenden konischen     Aussenrand     9 eines     Spannringes    10     zusammenwirkt,    der  ebenfalls eine kreisrunde     Ausnehmung    11  aufweist. Die     Konizität    ist so schwach, dass  der Spannring 10 sich unter     Keilwirkung    im  Einsatzring festklemmen     kann.     



  Die     konischen    Ränder 8 und 9 der Ringe  7 und 10 dienen zum Einspannen eines Ge  webes 12, welches als Feuchtigkeitsträger  dient.  



  Der Feuchtigkeitsträger 12, welcher aus  einem porösen, viel Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen  den Gewebetuch besteht, wird nach entspre  chender     Befeuchtung    auf den     mit    dem Ein  satzring 7 abgenommenen     und    umgedrehten  Deckel 5 aufgelegt     und    sodann der Spannring  10 unter Einspannung des Gewebes 12 zwi  schen die beiden konischen Ränder 8 und 9  in die     Ausnehmung    7a des Einsatzes ge  drückt     und    festgeklemmt.  



  Die Feuchtigkeit des Tuches 12 teilt sich  der im Behälter enthaltenen Luft mit, die       nun    mit eingelegtem Käse     in    Berührung tritt  und diesen frisch halten kann, ohne dass der  Feuchtigkeitsträger den Käse berührt.  



  Der Boden 2 ist mit durchgehenden Rin  nen 2a versehen, in denen die feuchte Luft  an der Unterfläche mit aufliegendem Auf  bewahrungsgut in Berührung     kommen    kann.  



  Zum Entfernen des Gewebes 12 wird ein  fach der     Spannring    10 aus dem Einsatzring  7     herausgeschlagen,    wodurch das Gewebe 12  frei wird     und    durch ein anderes ersetzt oder  erneut befeuchtet und wieder eingespannt  werden kann.  



  Der Einsatzring 7     kann    weggelassen wer  den, wenn der Deckel 5 genügend dick aus  gebildet ist, so dass ein genügend breiter  konischer     Innenrand    in der     Ausnehmung    6  des Deckels     gebildet    ist, um dem Spannring  10 und dem Gewebe 12 genügenden Halt zu  geben.

  The conical edges 8 and 9 of the rings 7 and 10 are used to clamp a Ge web 12, which serves as a moisture carrier.
