Description

  

  Tranchierbrett.         Gegenstand    vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Tranchierbrett, bei welchem die beim  Schneiden der Speisen webfliessenden Säfte  nicht wie bisher grösstenteils verlorengehen,  sondern besammelt werden, so dass sie mit den  Speisen weiterverwendet werden können.  



  In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbei  spiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge  stellt:  Fig. 1 stellt das erste Beispiel in An  sicht dar. Dasselbe weist auf beiden Seiten  eine Vertiefung f auf, die durch eine schräge  Fläche a und eine Umrahmung e     begrenzt     ist. Die Fläche a bildet die Schneidfläche.  Werden die Speisen zerschnitten, so werden  die Säfte in der Vertiefung b     gesammelt    und  können in den Ecken c oder d ausgegossen  werden.  



  Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt nach der Linie  x-x in Fig. 1 durch das Brett, und es ist  sichtbar, wie auch die untere Seite, nachdem  diese nach oben gekehrt wurde, auf gleiche  Weise verwendbar ist. An den Flächen a  werben die Speisen zerlegt und bei b sam  meln sich die Säfte.    Fig.3 zeigt das zweite Ausführungsbei  spiel ebenfalls im     Schnitt,    bei welchem jedoch  die andere Seite g flach bleibt, das heisst eine  ebene     Begrenzung    aufweist, auf welcher  Seite     trockene        Speisen    zerlegt oder bestrichen  werden können.



  Carving board. The subject matter of the present invention is a carving board in which most of the juices flowing from the web when the food is cut are not lost as before, but are collected so that they can be used with the food.

  Fig. 2 shows a section along the line x-x in Fig. 1 through the board, and it can be seen how the lower side, after it has been turned upwards, can also be used in the same way. On the surfaces a, the dishes are dismantled and the juices collect. 3 shows the second Ausführungsbei game also in section, in which, however, the other side g remains flat, that is, has a flat boundary on which side dry food can be cut up or coated.

Claim: carving board, characterized in that it has a recess which is delimited by a frame and an inclined surface, which the latter forms the cutting surface, the whole for the purpose of preventing the juices from flowing away.
