Description

Vorrichtung zum Frischhalten der Schnittfläche von angeschnittenem Brot Den Erfindungsgegenstand bildet eine Vorrichtung zum Frischhalten der Schnittfläche von angeschnittenem Brot nach Patent 504 557. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die rechtwinklig abgebogene Längsseite der Platte bogenartig gestaltet und mit einem Griff versehen ist. Diese Bauart hat den Vorzug, daß sich die Frischhaltevorrichtung besser der Brotform anpaßt und somit eine Verschiebung oder ein Loslösen des Brotes nicht mehr möglich ist. Durch die Anordnung des Griffes ist das Gerät im Gebrauch auch handlicher. Es zeigen: Abb. r die Vorrichtung, etwas auseinandergezogen, von der Seite gesehen, welche an der Schnittfläche des Brotes anliegt, und Abb. 2 die Vorrichtung in Verbindung mit einem Brote. Die unter der Wirkung der Federn c stehenden Platten a und b sind zum Halten des Brotes je an einem Ende rechtwinklig abgebogen (bei d und e).
