Heftbefestigung für Bestecke. Es besteht bei Bestecken sowohl mit Metallgriff als auch solchen mit Holzgriff ein großer Übelstand darin, daß sich an der Stoßfuge zwischen der Balance und Schale Rost bildet. Die Balance und Schale stoßen an dieser Stelle meist nur einfach zusammen, cl. h. es ist zwischen ihnen infolge schlechter Verlötung oft eine wenn auch nur kleine Fuge vorhanden, in der sich Feuchtigkeit festsetzt und in kurzer Geit, insbesondere an der Balance, Rostbildungen hervorruft. Diese Rostbildung wird außerdem noch dadurch begünstigt, daß Messer und Gabeln gerade an dieser Stelle oft nicht sorgfältig genug getrocknet werden.Attachment for cutlery.
