Abstract

The plank has two rigid edges (1, 2) disposed on one of four rounded corners (4) of the plank to maintain and fix collected pharmaceutical products. A notch (3) is provided on a plane part of the plank. The edges are disposed on upper right and left corners of the plank if an operator is left and right handed to allow the operator to hold the plank with his right and left hands, respectively.

Description

The present invention is an accessory that allows an operator to

  Manually pick up small products and arrange them in an orderly manner, avoiding any risk of falling of these products.

  Until now, the manual collection of products (in this case medicinal products) is done using a board of Plexiglas (registered trademark), flat and smooth, without ledges, regularly causing falls of products and their breakage (Figure 5).

  The new accessory according to the invention makes it possible to prevent the fall of the products picked up manually by the operator.

  The first feature of the new accessory is to present edges arranged on one of the corners of the board: see 1 and 2, Figure 1.

  The edges are arranged on the upper right corner of the board if the operator is left-handed. He will hold the board with his right hand: see figure 3.

  The edges are arranged on the upper left corner of the board if the operator is right-handed. He will hold the board 20 with his left hand: see figure 4.

  The second feature of this new accessory is the ergonomic grip. A rounded notch is provided to fit the shape of the abductors of the thumb and the thumb itself: see 3, figure.

  The thickness of the board is sufficient to reduce any feeling of tension in the hand and forearm of the operator.

  The flat part of the board is a support that allows the operator to write or write annotations on the delivery note he holds: see 5, figure 6.

  The edges of the board will be used as a guide when the operator will have to empty the collected products on a table or in a container (a cardboard or a box): see 1 and 2, figure 2.

  2865123 2 All the angles of this new accessory are rounded in such a way as to have no point of attachment, especially with the user's clothing: see 4, figure 2.

  The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Plate 1/3: Figure 1: the rigid edges (1 and 2) can stall 40 collected products and move by limiting the risk of falling products.

  The grip is facilitated through a notch made in the flat part of the accessory (3).

  All angles of the accessory are rounded (4).

  Figure 2 provides a different perspective of the accessory. Plate 2/3: Figure 3 shows a board for left-handed (the new accessory according to the invention), seen from above. The operator will hold the board with his right hand at the notch made for this purpose (3). (He picks up the products with his left hand).

  Figure 4 shows a board for right-handed (the new accessory according to the invention), seen from above. The operator will hold the board with his left hand at the notch made for this purpose (3). (He picks up the products with his right hand).

  Plate 3/3: Figure 5 shows the board currently used. It has no edges and its surface is smooth. Products fall regularly when the operator moves.

  Figure 6 shows the new board on which are placed medicinal products (6), wedged against the edges. The operator can use the flat part to write and carry annotations on the delivery note (5).

  2865123 3 The new accessory will be made of rigid plastic, by molding, to form a single main part. The flat surface will be slightly rough to prevent slippage of the products.

  An additional piece can be added at the grip, under the board, so as to match the shape of the fingers of the hand (variant not shown). This piece will be made of softer material, foam for example.

  By way of non-limiting example, the new accessory according to the invention will have dimensions of the order of 32 cm in length, 25 cm in width, 6 cm in height at the edges and 2.5 cm in width. thickness for its flat part.

  The new accessory according to the invention is recommended for the manual collection of pharmaceutical products in wholesale drug distribution establishments and in pharmacies (see Figure 6).

  Its use can be extended to other sectors of activity that require manual collection of small products.
