Fourneau de cuisine à combustibles solides. L'invention a pour objet un fourneau de cuisine à combustibles solides, tels que le bois, l'anthracite, les briquettes.
Le dessin ci-joint montre, schématiquement et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de ce fourneau.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en coupe longi tudinale suivant A-A de la fig. 2 qui est une vue par-dessus; dans cette fig. 2, la pla que 1 de cuisson étant supposée transparente est indiquée en traits mixtes.
La fig. 3 est une coupe transversale sui vant B-B de la fig. 2.
Le fourneau représenté comporte un foyer à grille 2, et un four 3. A l'arrière est placé, pour service d'eau chaude, un serpentin 4 en dessous d'un couvercle allongé constitué par deux plaques 4 , 46 placées bout à bout; dans une autre forme d'exécution, ce serpentin peut être remplacé par une bouillotte 5 indiquée en traits mixtes, la plaque ta étant alors sup primée, tandis que dans la plaque 41, est toujours ménagé un trou de sortie de fumée. Une entrée d'air primaire en dessous du foyer se produit, comme dans d'autres fourneaux, par une ouverture à l'avant, de façon usuelle.
Les flèches f, f' montrent les chemins de cet air primaire jusqu'à la grille 2 qu'il traverse, puis le trajet des gaz de combus tion qui, grâce à la manoeuvre d'un obtura teur 6 à levier 7, ouvrant ou fermant un pas sage 8, suivent soit le chemin f du tirage direct, soit le circuit normal f 1 passant en dessous du four, en contournant une chicane 9, puis derrière ledit four pour se diriger vers la sortie de fumée 14.
Un appel d'air secondaire, par la partie in férieure du fourneau, suit le trajet indiqué par les flèches f 1, en passant dans un canal 10 puis, en partie dans des canaux 11, 12 ménagés entre la paroi latérale du foyer et la paroi de côté du fourneau, pour arriver au-dessus du foyer, et en partie au travers de la grille 2 pour s'élever dans ledit foyer. L'appel d'air secondaire est constamment ouvert.
Lorsque les gaz de combustion suivent le circuit f<B>1</B> de tirage normal passant au- dessous du four, celui-ci est chauffé dans de très bonnes conditions sans qu'un prélèvement d'une partie de la chaleur pour chauffer le serpentin ou la bouillotte se produise prati quement avant que les gaz de combustion passent derrière le four par une ouverture 13, c'est-à-dire dans leur dernier parcours avant la sortie du fourneau.
Dans ce dernier parcours, étant donné la situation de l'ou verture 13, la. fumée passe dans la région médiane de la partie arrière du fourneau et elle peut ensuite être favorablement dirigée à droite vers la sortie de fumée comme dans le cas du dessin, ou à gauche dans le cas où l'on placerait la. sortie de fumée à gauche sans changer autre chose à la disposition du fourneau, la bouillotte, s'il y a lieu, étant facilement placée soit à droite, soit à gauche, dans l'espace allongé occupant l'arrière du fourneau. Les essais ont montré que, si la bouillotte est placée sur la droite, le passage 8 est cependant assez distant du corps de cette bouillotte pour que la fumée, lors du tirage direct, se dirige, dans de bonnes conditions, vers la sortie placée sur la gauche.
Solid fuel cooking stove. The object of the invention is a cooking stove using solid fuels, such as wood, anthracite, briquettes.
The attached drawing shows, schematically and by way of example, an embodiment of this stove.
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view along A-A of FIG. 2 which is a top view; in this fig. 2, the cooking plate 1 being supposed to be transparent is indicated in phantom.
Fig. 3 is a cross section following B-B of FIG. 2.
The stove shown comprises a grate 2, and an oven 3. At the rear is placed, for hot water service, a coil 4 below an elongated cover consisting of two plates 4, 46 placed end to end. ; in another embodiment, this coil can be replaced by a hot water bottle 5 indicated in phantom, the plate ta then being deleted, while in the plate 41, a smoke outlet hole is still provided. Primary air entry below the fireplace occurs, as in other stoves, through an opening at the front, in the usual way.
The arrows f, f 'show the paths of this primary air as far as the grid 2 that it crosses, then the path of the combustion gases which, thanks to the operation of a shutter 6 with lever 7, opening or closing a wise step 8, follow either the path f of the direct draft, or the normal circuit f 1 passing below the oven, bypassing a baffle 9, then behind said oven to go towards the smoke outlet 14.
A secondary air intake, through the lower part of the furnace, follows the path indicated by arrows f 1, passing through a channel 10 then, partly in channels 11, 12 formed between the side wall of the hearth and the side wall of the furnace, to reach above the hearth, and partly through the grid 2 to rise in said hearth. The secondary air call is constantly open.
When the combustion gases follow the normal draft circuit f <B> 1 </B> passing below the furnace, the latter is heated under very good conditions without removing part of the heat to heating the coil or the hot water bottle occurs practically before the combustion gases pass behind the furnace through an opening 13, that is to say in their last journey before leaving the furnace.
In the latter route, given the situation of opening 13, the. smoke passes in the middle region of the rear part of the furnace and it can then be favorably directed to the right towards the smoke outlet as in the case of the drawing, or to the left in the case where it is placed. smoke outlet on the left without changing anything else available to the stove, the hot water bottle, if necessary, being easily placed either to the right or to the left, in the elongated space occupying the rear of the stove. Tests have shown that, if the hot water bottle is placed on the right, passage 8 is however far enough from the body of this hot water bottle so that the smoke, during the direct draft, goes, under good conditions, towards the outlet placed on left.
