Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer therapeutisch wertvollen     Sulfoverbindung.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Patentes ist       ein    Verfahren zur Herstellung einer thera  peutisch, z. B. bei     Kokkeninfektionen,    ins  besondere bei     Streptokokkeninfektionen    wert  vollen     Sulfoverbindung,    das dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man     Sulfanilsäureamid    mit       Galactose    kondensiert.  



  Die Kondensation wird am besten in  wässriger Lösung, zweckmässig in Gegenwart  eines Kondensationsmittels bei 90 bis<B>100'</B>       ausgeführt,    doch     -sind    auch     Lösungen    der       Ausgangsmaterialien    in organischen, mit  Wasser mischbaren Lösungsmitteln anwend  bar; auch ein direktes Zusammenschmelzen  der Komponenten ist möglich. Als Konden  sationsmittel eignen sich insbesondere Am  monsalze, wie     Ammonchlorid,        Kaliumbisul-          fat,    Zinkchlorid oder andere schwach sauer  wirkende Mittel.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10 g     Sulfanilsäureamid    werden mit 20 g       Galaetose        und    0,5 g     Ammoniumchlorid    in  100 cm' Wasser 4     Stunden    auf dem Wasser-    bade erhitzt. Der beim     Einengen    hinterblei  bende Sirup ist in Wasser sehr leicht löslich.

Die neue Verbindung bildet einen in Wasser leicht löslichen Sirup. UNTERANSPRüCHE 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kondensation in wässriger Lösung bei Wasserbadtemperatur durchgeführt wird. 2.
