Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neutrallösliclien 3ietallkomplegsalzes. Im schweizerischen Patent Nr. 1,48911 und seinen Zusatzpatenten Nr. 1,56337, 156338 und 15e6340 sind Verfahren beschrie ben, die darin bestehen, dass man ein Metall hydroxyd und eine Polyoxycarbonsäure bezw. ein Salz dieser Säure unter Mitwirkung basi scher Stoffe zur Herstellung neutrallöslicher Metallkomplexsalze aufeinander einwirken lässt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines für therapeutische Zwecke, zum Beispiel für In jektionslösungen verwendbaren neutrallös- lichen Calciumbleikomplexsalzes, welches da durch hergestellt wird, dass man Gluconsäure in wässeriger Lösung mit einer Bleiverbin dung, zum Beispiel Bleioxyd oder Bleihydro- xyd, und soviel Calciumhydroxyd behandelt, dass zum Schluss eine etwa neutrale Lösung entsteht und das gebildete bleigluconsaure Calcium mittelst eines Alkohols ausfällt.
Man kann zum Beispiel eine wässerige Lö- sung von Bleiacetat oder Bleichlorid mit Gluconsäure behandeln unter Zugabe der zur Erzielung einer neutralen Lösung erforder lichen Menge von Calciumhydroxyd. An Stelle von Gluconsäure kann zum Beispiel auch das Lacton der Gluconsäure verwandt werden,
das bei Behandlung mit Calcium- hydroxyd in bekannter Weise in Gluconsäure bezw. glueonsaures Calcium übergeht.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Zu einer Lösung von 36 gr Glucolakton und 18 gr Bleiacetat in Wasser wird 2 n- Kalkmilch bis zur dauernd neutralen Reak tion zugeführt. Nach einigem Stehen wird filtriert und das gebildete bleigluconsaure Calcium durch Einführen in Methylalkohol ausgefällt. Nach dem Abtrennen und Trock nen erhält man ein farbloses Pulver, das sich leicht mit neutraler Reaktion in Wasser löst.
Durch Schwefelwasserstoff wird aus der Lö sung Schwefelblei gefällt. Ammoniumoxalat fällt oxalsaures Calcium. Das Glucolacton wird bei der Behandlung mit Kalkmilch in bekannter Weise leicht in Gluconsäure aufgespalten und liefert das gleiche Produkt wie bei Verwendung der äquivalenten Menge Gluconsäure.

The subject of the present application is a process for the production of a neutral soluble calcium lead complex salt which can be used for therapeutic purposes, for example for injection solutions, which is produced by gluconic acid in aqueous solution with a lead compound, for example lead oxide or lead hydroxide, and treated so much calcium hydroxide that in the end an approximately neutral solution is formed and the calcium lead gluconic acid formed is precipitated with an alcohol.
For example, an aqueous solution of lead acetate or lead chloride can be treated with gluconic acid with the addition of the amount of calcium hydroxide required to achieve a neutral solution. Instead of gluconic acid, for example, the lactone of gluconic acid can also be used,
that when treated with calcium hydroxide in a known manner in gluconic acid respectively. Calcium glueonic acid passes over.
<I> Example: </I> To a solution of 36 grams of glucolactone and 18 grams of lead acetate in water, 2N milk of lime is added until it is permanently neutral. After standing for a while, it is filtered and the calcium lead gluconic acid formed is precipitated by introducing it into methyl alcohol. After separation and drying, a colorless powder is obtained which easily dissolves in water with a neutral reaction.
Lead sulfur is precipitated from the solution by means of hydrogen sulfide. Ammonium oxalate drops calcium oxalate. When treated with milk of lime, the glucolactone is easily broken down into gluconic acid in a known manner and gives the same product as when the equivalent amount of gluconic acid is used.
