Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 141535. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den Farbstoff aus dianotiertem 4-Chlor-2-amino- 1-phenol und f-Naphthol mit einem eisen-, aluminium- und kupferhaltigen Produkt, das durch Einwirkung einer hydroxylgruppenhal- tigen organischen Verbindung auf Eisen-, Aluminium- und Kupferverbindungen in Ge genwart von Alkalien erhalten wird, behan delt.
Der neue metallhaltige Farbstoff löst sich sehr wenig in Wasser, etwas mit violetter Farbe in Natronlauge und rotviolett in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure. Aus der violett stichig braunen Lösung in Zaponlack erhält man reine rotstichig braune Überzüge.
<I>Beispiel</I> 5,97 Gewichtsteile des Farbstoffes aus dianotiertem 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-pheiiol und f-Naphthol werden in 500 Teilen Wasser und 10 Teilen Natronlauge von 36<B>0</B> ss6 auf- gelocht und mit einer aus 0,97 Teilen Eisen chlorid, 1,71 Teilen Aluminiumsulfat und 1,0 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat, 50 Teilen Wasser, 20 Teilen Natronlauge von<B>360</B> B@ und 7 Teilen Glyzerin erhaltenen komplexen, alkalischen Metallsalzlösung kurze Zeit zum Sieden erhitzt, hierauf abgekühlt, neutralisiert, filtriert und getrocknet.
Ein gleiches Produkt wird erhalten, wenn statt Glyzerin andere hydroxylgruppenhaltige organische Verbindungen, wie Glykol, Tanniii, Gallussäure, Zuckerarten, Kohlenhydrate, ver wendet werden.

It has been found that a new metal-containing dye is obtained if the dye is made from dianotized 4-chloro-2-amino-1-phenol and f-naphthol with an iron, aluminum and copper-containing product that is produced by the action of a hydroxyl group-containing term organic compound is obtained on iron, aluminum and copper compounds in the presence of alkalis, treated.
The new metal-containing dye dissolves very little in water, somewhat violet in sodium hydroxide solution and red-violet in concentrated sulfuric acid. Pure red-tinged brown coatings are obtained from the purple-tinged brown solution in zapon varnish.
<I> Example </I> 5.97 parts by weight of the dye from dianotized 4-chloro-2-amino-1-phenol and f-naphthol are in 500 parts of water and 10 parts of sodium hydroxide solution of 36 <B> 0 </B> ss6 and perforated with one of 0.97 parts of iron chloride, 1.71 parts of aluminum sulfate and 1.0 part of crystallized copper sulfate, 50 parts of water, 20 parts of sodium hydroxide solution of 360 B @ and 7 parts of glycerine The resulting complex, alkaline metal salt solution is heated to boiling for a short time, then cooled, neutralized, filtered and dried.
The same product is obtained if, instead of glycerine, other organic compounds containing hydroxyl groups, such as glycol, tannic acid, gallic acid, types of sugar, carbohydrates, are used.
