Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen     Farbstoff    erhält, wenn man  den Farbstoff aus dianotiertem     4-Chlor-2-.          amino-l-phenol    und     Resorcin    mit einem eisen  haltigen Produkt, das durch Einwirkung einer       hydroxylgruppenhaltigen    organischen Ver  bindung auf ein Eisensalz in Gegenwart von       Alkalien    erhalten wird, behandelt.  



  Der entstandene     Farbstoff    stellt ein  schwarzbraunes Pulver dar, ist in Wasser  schwer, in Natronlauge mit     olivebrauner     Farbe, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit  gelbbrauner Farbe löslich. Aus einer. Lösung  in     Zaponlack    erhält man auf Aluminiumfolie  braune     -Überzüge    von guter Lichtechtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  5,27 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     4-Chlor-2-          amino-l-phenol    und     Resorcin    werden in 400  Teilen Wasser und 10 Teilen Natronlauge  von 36       Be    gelöst und kochend mit einer  Lösung von 3,5 Teilen Eisenchlorid in 50    Teilen Wasser, 20 Teilen Natronlauge von  36       B6    und 7 Teilen Glyzerin versetzt, 3  Stunden am Rückflug gekocht, nach dem  Erkalten essigsauer abgeschieden, neutral  gewaschen und bei 50-60   getrocknet.  



  Ein gleiches Endprodukt wird erhalten,  wenn statt Glyzerin andere     hydroxylgruppen-          haltige    organische Verbindungen, wie Glykol,       Tannin,        Gallussäure,    Zuckerarten, Kohlen  hydrate, verwendet werden.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren .zur Herstellung eines metall haltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Farbstoff aus dianotiertem 4- Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol und Resorcin mit einem eisenhaltigen Produkt, das durch Einwirkung einer hydroxylgruppenhaltigen organischen Verbindung auf ein Eisensalz in Gegenwart von Alkalien erhalten wird, behandelt. Der entstandene Farbstoff stellt ein schwarzbraunes Pulver dar, ist in Wasser schwer, in Natronlauge mit olivebrauner Farbe, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit gelb- brauner Farbe löslich.
