Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 141535.    Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines metallhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  den     Farbstoff        aus        diazotiertern        4-Chlor-2-          amino-l-phenol    und     Resorcin    mit einem     chrom-          haltigen    Produkt,

   das durch Einwirkung einer       hydroxylgruppenhaltigen    organischen Ver  bindung auf eine alkalische     Chromhydroxyd-          suspension    erhalten wird, behandelt.  



  Der gebildete Farbstoff ist in Wasser  und Natronlauge etwas löslich, ebenso in  Alkohol und .organischen Lösungsmitteln,  wie Essigester oder     Amylacetat.    Aus einer  Lösung in     Zaponlack    erhält man auf Metall  folien     braunstichig    rote Überzüge von sehr  guter Lichtechtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  26,4 Teile des Farbstoffe: aus     diazotier-          tem        4-Chlor.2-aminophenol    und     Resorein    wer  den in einer Lösung von 8,4 Teilen     Cr20s     als     Chromoxyhydratpaste    in 26 Teilen Ätz  kali und 10 Teilen Glyzerin 16 Stunden lang    am     Rückflusskühler    zum Kochen erhitzt. Hier  auf verdünnt man das Reaktionsgemisch auf       250    cm' und fällt die Chromverbindung des       Farbstoffes    durch Neutralisieren mit Essig  säure aus, filtriert, wäscht aus und trocknet  bei 50-60  .  



  Ein gleiches Endprodukt wird erhalten,  wenn statt Glyzerin andere     hydroxylgruppen-          haltige    organische Verbindungen, wie Glykol,       Tannin,        Gallussäure,    Zuckerarten, Kohlen  hydrate, verwendet werden.

  <I> Example: </I> 26.4 parts of the dye: from diazotized 4-chloro.2-aminophenol and resorein in a solution of 8.4 parts of Cr20s as chromium oxyhydrate paste in 26 parts of caustic potash and 10 parts Glycerine refluxed for 16 hours. Here, the reaction mixture is diluted to 250 cm 'and the chromium compound of the dye is precipitated by neutralization with acetic acid, filtered, washed and dried at 50-60.



  The same end product is obtained if other organic compounds containing hydroxyl groups, such as glycol, tannin, gallic acid, sugars, carbohydrates, are used instead of glycerine.

PATENTANSPRUCI3: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metall haltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Farbstoff aus diazotiertem 4- Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol und Resorcin mit einem chromhaltigen Produkt, das durch Einwirkung einer hydroxylgruppenhaltigen organischen Verbindung auf eine alkalische Chromhydroxydsuspension erhalten wird, be handelt. Der gebildete Farbstoff ist in Wasser und Natronlauge etwas löslich, ebenso in Alkohol und organischen Lösungsmitteln.
