  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.    145447.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen  chromhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  den     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotiertem        2-Amino-          1-phenol    und     1-Acetamino-7-naphtol,    alkalisch  gekuppelt, in Gegenwart von     Pyridin    mit  chromabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene     chronahaltige    Farbstoff stellt  ein dunkelblaues Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser oder Natronlauge nur sehr schwer,  in Alkohol mit blauer und in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löst. Ans  der Lösung des Farbstoffes in     Zapon-    oder       Acetylzelluloselack    erhält man auf Metall  folien     rotstichigblaue    Überzüge.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    6,42 Gewichtsteile des     Farbstoffes    aus       2-Amino-I-phenol    und     1-Acetamino-7-naphtol,     in alkalischer Lösung gekuppelt, worden in  200 Teilen     Pyridin    gelöst und mit<B>6</B> Teilen  ameisensaurem Chrom einige Stunden am       Rückflusskühler    zum Sieden erhitzt. Hierauf  filtriert man die tiefrotblaue Lösung von  etwas ausgeschiedenem     Ohromschlamm    ab  und verdampft im Vakuum zur Trockne.

      Als     ebromabgebende    Mittel können statt       Chromformiat    andere, wie zum Beispiel Chrom  acetat, verwendet werden; die     Chromierung     kann ferner in Gegenwart geeigneter Zusätze,  wie zum Beispiel der     Alkalisalze    organischer  Säuren durchgeführt werden.

By dissolving the dye in zapon or acetyl cellulose lacquer, reddish blue coatings are obtained on metal foils.

      <I> Example: </I> 6.42 parts by weight of the dye from 2-amino-1-phenol and 1-acetamino-7-naphthol, coupled in an alkaline solution, dissolved in 200 parts of pyridine and with <B> 6 < / B> Parts of formic acid chromium heated to the boil on the reflux condenser for a few hours. The deep red-blue solution is then filtered off from some of the excreted ear mud and evaporated to dryness in vacuo.

PATENTANSPRUCH- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen chrombaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus dia- zotiertem2-Amino-l-phetiol und 1-Acetamitio- 7-iiaphtol, alkalisch gekuppelt, in Gegenwart von Pyridin mit chromabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
