Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 145447.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  chromhaltigen     Farbstoff    erhält, wenn man  den     Azofarbstoff    aus     diazotiertem        4-Chlor-2-          amino-l-phenol    und     f-Naphthylamin    in Ge  genwart von     Pyridin    mit chromabgebenden  Mitteln behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene chromhaltige     Farbstoff    stellt  ein     grünschwärzes    Pulver dar, das sich in  Wasser oder Natronlauge nicht oder sehr  schwer und in     konz.    Schwefelsäure mit vio  letter Farbe löst. Aus der blaugrün gefärbten  Lösung des Farbstoffes in     Zaponlack    erhält  man auf Metallfolien blaugrüne Überzüge.

    <I>Beispiel:</I>  5,95 Gewichtsteile des Farbstoffes aus       diazotiertem        4-Chlor-2-amino-l-phenol    und       ss-Naphthylamin    werden in 250 Teilen     Pyri-          din    gelöst und mit 8 Teilen ameisensaurem  Chrom einige Stunden am     Rückflusskühler     zum Sieden erhitzt. Sobald die     Chromierung     beendet ist, filtriert man die tief blaustichig  grüne Lösung von Ungelöstem ab, destilliert  hierauf das     Pyridin    im Vakuum ab und  trocknet die     zurückbleibende    Chromverbin  dung bei mässiger Temperatur.

      Als chromabgebende Mittel können statt       Chromformiat    andere, wie z. B, Chromacetat,  verwendet werden ; die     Chrornieruiig    kann  ferner in Gegenwart geeigneter Zusätze, wie  z. B. der     Alkalisalze    organischer Säuren,  durchgeführt werden.

    <I> Example: </I> 5.95 parts by weight of the dye from diazotized 4-chloro-2-amino-1-phenol and β-naphthylamine are dissolved in 250 parts of pyridine and treated with 8 parts of chromium acid for a few hours on the reflux condenser heated to boiling. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen chromhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus dia- zotiertem 4 -Chlor - 2 - amino - 1 -Phenol und p-Naphthylamin in (äegenwart von Pyridin mit chromabgebenden Mitteln behandelt. Der erhaltene chromhaltige Farbstoff stellt ein grünschwarzes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser oder Natronlauge nicht oder sehr schwer und in konz. Schwefelsäure mit vio letter Farbe löst.
