La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe verticale suivant l'axe I-I de la fig. 2, la fig. 2 une coupe horizontale suivant la. ligne II-II de la fig. 1, et la fig. 3 une coupe horizontale suivant la ligne III-III de la fig. 1 d'un premier mode de réalisation; les fig. 4 et 5 sont des schémas de mon tage;
Pour permettre la mise en route lorsque le circuit d'excitation est ouvert, le rupteur peut être associé à un dispositif à bilame thermique formant l'excitation et assurant ainsi la première d@emi-os,cilliation,de l'aimant;
Electric switch device. The present invention relates to a switch device for circuits. electrical belonging to the category of flashing and / or time delay breakers.
This device is characterized in that its contacts are controlled. by an oscillating crew formed by a magnet which can pivot in the field of a sodenai @ de. This magnet is preferably formed by a transversely magnetized disc,
while the solenoid can be formed by two parallel piling coils .disposed on either side of the axis of the disc.
Preferably, this axis carries the members acting on the contacts to be controlled and is returned to the rest position by a spiral spring.
The contact control member can be constituted by a finger or by a cam integral with the axis.
The latter can also wear a second finger or a second Lady acting on a second pair,
âe contact interposed in the excitation circuit, the interruption of which is thus assumed by members carried by integral members. from the same shaft as the components controlling the main circuit. According to an advantageous embodiment,
-the second pair of contacts is formed by spiral springs.
The movement of the mobile crew can be regulated in case; for exceeding a position or a predetermined angular speed, by means of a friction brake actuated by the mobile equipment itself, and acting for example on Varhredudit equipment.
This braking device is also useful in the event that the kinetic energy developed by the crew is too great with regard to the operating conditions of the apparatus.
The invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the devices shown are only exemplary and should in no case be. considered -as limiting the invention.
Fig. 1 is a vertical sectional view along the axis I-I of FIG. 2, fig. 2 a horizontal section along the. line II-II of fig. 1, and fig. 3 a horizontal section along the line III-III of FIG. 1 of a first embodiment; figs. 4 and 5 are assembly diagrams;
fig. 6 shows an alternative embodiment applicable to the control of several circuits, finally FIGS. 7 and 8 show, respectively in vertical section along the line VII-VII of FIG. 8 and in section along line VIII-VIII:
of, fig. 7, an alternative embodiment of the device shown in FIGS. 1 to, 3.
As shown in the figures, the switch device is constituted by a disc 11 magnetized transversely and integral with an axis 12 which is pivoted in lower plates 13 and upper 14. The lower plate supports the two excitation coils 15 and 16 of rectangular shape, flattened and elongated, in the opening of which <B>- </B> is placed the disc 11.
On the axis 12 is wedged a finger 17 which controls, through a pin 17 ', the contacts 18 and 19: a spiral spring 20 fixed on a support 21 carried by the plate 14 tends to bring the crew mobile to s @ a rest position. Finger 1 7 corresponds, on the diametrically opposite side of axis 12,
a second finger 22 which controls the device for interrupting the main circuit by means of a tilting cam 23 articulated around an axis 24, and the rear end of which carries two vertical pins 24 'and 24 "on which comes to act - the finger 22 during its oscillating movements.
We thus bring: known the insulated part <B> '27. </B> must the conductive part 25 facing the contact kernel 29, the end of which, suitably arranged, can penetrate either into the enclosure. 23 ',
either in the notch 27 '. in order to cut or re-establish the circuit which: e closes by the contact 29' merged with the axis 24 and mounted, like the spring 29, on the insulating plate 28.
In order to reduce the amplitude of the angular displacements of the disc, the periphery of the latter carries a boss 67 on which rests a brake spring 68 fixed on the plate 3 or on the. intermediate plate (fig. 3).
The assembly of the device is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. It can be seen that the current source supplies coils 15 and 16 in: series, and that the circuit closes via contacts 1.8 and 79; the excitation of the coils 15 and 16 causes the rotation of the disc 11, therefore of the axis 12, and the pivoting of the. finger 17 which, in no health:
in front of contact 19, which is longer than <B> </B> contact 18, opens the circuit, that is to say allows the disc to return to its rest position under the action of the return spring 20. The game is repeated each time the excitation circuit is interrupted.
According to a variant (fig. 5), two current sources mounted in opposition. supply the two fixed contacts 18 and 18 ', while the movable contact 19 is controlled, as in the previous case, by the finger 17.
This embodiment can include many variants and FIG. 6 gives an example where the main circuit is not cut and restored at each oscillation as in the example above. The oscillating system acts against a toothed wheel 59, which rotates in one direction only being retained by the spring 51,
the finger 52 carried by the oscillating axis 12 and removed by a spring 55 not acting in one of the directions of oscillation. The wheel 59 acts by <B> de- </B> multiplication 56 (worm screw for example-) on a contactor 57, 58 making it possible to control one or more circuits, either simultaneously or one after the other. others, easy to achieve with known means.
It can be seen that this arrangement makes it possible to obtain a well-defined duration of contact and rupture by adapting suitable de-multiplication members.
The above-described provisions are given by way of example; we can provide that instead of simply cutting the current in a circuit, we use the contact position used for breaking the circuit to send #urant in a second circuit,
for example switching on and off natively from them lamps.
The variant embodiment of FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3 by the use of urn, control cam and auxiliary contalcts formed by spiral springs. This @dispositif comprises, as in the previous case,
a magnetic disc 31, integral with an axis 32 which is supported by a pivot in the lower plate 33. The latter is connected to the upper plate 34 by links 35 and screws 36, and also supports the coils of excitement 37 and 38.
The upper plate: d carries, by means of spacers 39, the plate 40 maintaining the upper pivot of the axis 32, with one, spacers 39 also serving as a support for the spring,
spiral 41 which breaks the return of axis 32. On this axis is wedged a carme 42 starting from an upper spindle 43 and a lower spindle 44.
The cam acts on a movable contact 45 cooperating with a fixed contact 46, while the upper pin 43 actuates a coil spring 47 cooperating with a second spiral spring 48,
the two spirals 47 and 48 constituting the switch -du cirl excitation of the apparatus. Braking is provided by a folded metal blade 49 which can pivot freely around its fixing screw 50 and whose. ends freely surround axis 31. When the amplitude
of said that -becomes too large, the lower spindle 44 abuts on one of the branches of the brake, and applies it to the axis, thus ensuring the slowing of the latter.
To allow start-up when the excitation circuit is open, the breaker can be associated with a thermal bimetal device forming the excitation and thus ensuring the first d @ emi-os, cilliation, of the magnet;
the cut after a predetermined time by this bimetallic device activates the auxivliainss contacts.
The device, abject of invention, stands out for its simplicity, thanks to its regularity of operation,
@and especially by! its consumption practically negligible since it is (the order of a few miUivatts only for a breaking capacity of the order of an ampere ifous 110 volts.
