Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines harzartigen Kondensationsproduktes.    Im Hauptpatent     ist    die     Herstellung     eines harzartigen     Kondensationsproduktes     aus     Carbamidsäure-isobutylester        und    Form  aldehyd beschrieben, wobei die Kondensation  in Gegenwart von     Säuren    oder sauer     reagie-          renden    Verbindungen in der Wärmedurch  geführt wird.  



  Gegenstand der Erfindung     ist        ein    Vor  fahren zur     Herstellung    eines     harzartigen     Kondensationsproduktes aus.     Carbamidsäure-          n-butylester    und Formaldehyd, das dadurch       gekennzeichnet    .ist, dass man     die    Konden  sation in     Gegenwart    von Säuren oder sauer       reagierenden    Verbindungen in der     Wä@ime     durchführt.

   Man erhält     einen    farblosen und  praktisch     geruchlosen    Balsam, der sieh in  allen     gebräuchlichen        Lösungsmitteln    löst.  



       Es    ist     zweckmässig,    die     Bildung    von       kristallisierbaren    Verbindungen durch     länger     andauerndes Erhitzen des Reaktionsgemisches  zu     verhindern..     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  117 Teile     Carbami@dsäure-n-butylester    wer  den in 100 Teilen 33 %     iger    wässriger Form-         aldehydlösung    durch Erwärmen in     Lösung    ge  bracht. Dann setzt     man    5 Teile     kristallisierte          Ogalsäure    zu und     erhitzt    die     Mischung    am       Rückfluss    5 Stunden zum Sieden.

   Nach     ,dem     Abkühlen trennt man     die    saure,     wässmige          Lösung    ab,     erwärmt        -den        erhaltenen    Balsam  zunächst bei     einem        Vakuum    von 20     m.,m    auf  100   und     anschliessend    bei einem     Vakuum     von 1 mm auf     18e0     , bis     flüchtige    Anteile  nicht     mehr    entweichen.  



  Der     Rückstand    stellt     einen    farblosen     und     praktisch     geruchlosen    Balsam dar, der sich  in allen gebräuchlichen     Lösungsmitteln    löst.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines liarz- a.rtigen Kondensationsproduktes aus Carb- amidsäure-n-butylester und Formaldehyd, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Konden sation in Gegenwart von Säuren oder sauer reagierenden Verbindungen in der Wärme .durchführt. Man erhält einen farblosen und praktisch ,geruchlosen Balsam, der sieh in allen gebräuchlichen Lösungsmitteln löst. <B>UNTERANSPRÜCHE:</B> 1.
