  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Alkaminesters    einer aromatischen     Aminokarbonsäure.       Es wurde gefunden, dass der bisher     un-          bekannte        Amirroberrzoylalkaminester    von der  Formel

    ein wertvolles     Anaestheticum    darstellt.  



  Man stellt den neuen Ester durch Er  hitzen der     p-Amirrobenzoesäurealkylester    mit  dem     Alkamin    dar.  



  <I>Beispiel: -</I>  1 Gewichtsteil     p-AminobenzoesäLireäthyl-          ester    wird mit 3 Gewichtsteilen     a-Dimethyl-          amino-p-rnethyl-r-oaybutan    12 Stunden lang  gekocht und dann das unveränderte     Alkamin     im Vakuum     abdestilliert.    Der     Rückstand    wird  mit Salzsäure genau neutralisiert, die erhal  tene Lösung mit Äther ausgeschüttelt, um  unveränderten     p-Amirrobenzoesäur-eester    zu  entfernen und hierauf das a-Dimethylamino-         ss-methyl-r-(p-arninobenzoyl)-ogybutan    mit  Pottasche abgeschieden.  



  Die Base besitzt die im Hauptpatent an  gegebenen Eigenschaften. Man erhält das  selbe Produkt wie nach dem Verfahren des  Hauptpatentes.

The residue is precisely neutralized with hydrochloric acid, the resulting solution is shaken out with ether in order to remove unchanged p-amirrobenzoic acid ester and then the a-dimethylamino-ss-methyl-r- (p-arninobenzoyl) -ogybutane is deposited with potash.



  The base has the properties given in the main patent. The same product is obtained as in the process of the main patent.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Alkamin- esters der Aminobenzoesäure, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man das Alkamin der Formel EMI0001.0023 mit p-Aminobenzoesäurealkylester erhitzt. Die Base besitzt die im Hauptpatent an gegebenen Eigenschaften.
